This is one of those gems you simply must seek out instead of your hotel restaurant. It's a small, family-run restaurant with welcoming staff and good, affordable food. Four standard Italian courses for less than €50 per person, including a side salad. Or about €15 for a single pasta course. The menu isn't extensive, but that makes choosing easier. The quality is truly excellent! The ambiance is what you'd expect from a small restaurant in a residential area. The interior is simple but comfortable, and you can enjoy a relaxed meal.

I had a good dinner alone. The staff were friendly and served me quickly. The prices were also reasonable for Milan. The food was of a decent quality; it's fine for a quick, unpretentious dinner.

13/04/2026: It's not always possible to find a restaurant inside a hospital. This is a plus for the service you can find inside the San Raffaele Hospital. Unfortunately, however, the space available for tables is truly limited; service is generally quick. Recommended for the pizza, which is truly delicious.
