06/11/2025: In this place you have to be in ball gowns and suits to be served normally and with respect. Or you have to be Italian, apparently because these demonstrations don't pass them by. They were a little polite until they seated us, but then the politeness disappeared. On the other hand, there were people in suits at the neighboring tables who asked them "is everything okay with your food?"; "oh, today is the perfect time to visit our city". They didn't even ask us anything, even when they served us the soft drinks they almost spilled them on the table from crashing. Apparently this is the hospitality of the Italians towards Eastern European tourists 😄 It is very important to clarify and know from their waiters, and the one who answers the assessments very witty, that not everyone has to demonstrate their financial capabilities in order to receive adequate and respectful service. :) No one knows who is what kind of person. They may have the money to order you the entire menu, but alas, with such a policy, it's a difficult job... Otherwise, the food was nothing special. You can eat tastier food in other restaurants. It was also very cramped. We had to lift the people next to us when we had to get up and go to the toilet.

06/01/2026: Very qualified staff, Excellent and well-prepared dishes! Everything was almost perfect if it weren't for the very cold atmosphere. Despite the fireplace, the dining room was very cold, and we ate in the cold. We will definitely return, hoping for a warmer dining room. Thank you 🙏🏻

04/01/2026: We came for dinner as a couple. We had a truly special time, enjoying the quality of the food and the attentive service. An authentic and welcoming place. A must-visit if you're in Como or the surrounding area. We highly recommend it, and thank you again to the team.

17/01/2026: Pizza with a unique shape and generous size. Good quality ingredients. We stopped by chance on our way back from Switzerland. We'll keep this in mind for our next visit to Como.

28/11/2025: Warm and welcoming place. Very friendly staff, delicious pizza! The tables weren't crowded together, there was a baby changing table in the bathroom, and we had no trouble getting around with the stroller. Excellent value for money.

07/01/2026: A very beautiful and atmospheric place. It's not immediately obvious from the street, thanks to the modest entrance, but once you walk in, you're greeted by a truly spacious restaurant. The staff was polite and helpful, and they offered you a seat right away. Prices are a bit higher, averaging 15-18 euros per pizza, but the food is very appetizing and delicious. I recommend the "Calabra" pizza—it's unusual for those who like it a little spicier.

02/01/2026: Highly recommended. The dough is so delicious. The menus are in German, and the staff also speaks German. Very cozy, with cloth tablecloths and cloth napkins.

12/10/2025: This is a great restaurant with an incredible location right next to the lake. The food is excellent and the lemon ravioli has deservedly been on the menu for 25 years. We had eaten here 15 years ago and were charmed by the friendly staff and great location; this visit was equally wonderful.

07/10/2025: We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. We went the day before to put a reservation in (you cannot walk in - you must have a reservation). Being right on the water is a great way to spend dinner. It was peaceful and a beautiful setting. The food was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed every bite. Definitely recommend getting to the restaurant if you are in Sala Comacina.

09/01/2026: A spectacular option if you're hungry at night in Lugano and the surrounding area. As soon as I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the owner and waiters. The menu is extensive; I tried a meat dish and a pizza, and both were very good. I'll definitely be back!

27/10/2025: Pleasant restaurant with excellent pizzas and pastas, with a special mention for the carbonara. The prices are affordable, and the €3 supplement per person is justified by the beautiful view of Lake Como. The frequent traffic, due to the proximity of the road, can be a bit annoying, but the service remains professional and fast.

07/12/2025: Good morning, I'm replying to the person who wrote this review. I say you need to learn how to eat. If you've only eaten junk food, it's normal for good food to be unto your liking. I was near their table, but that wasn't the case because the plates were all returned empty. I ate very well, the service was excellent, and the owner was very kind.

29/01/2026: The 1kg artisanal panettone in a Bric's fabric bag that I took home for €60.00 was indigestible. I didn't have the presence of mind to refuse it; the owners could have informed me in advance, but they didn't! The owner is also rude and should be ashamed of himself!
