08/10/2025: They welcomed us with a table for eight at the last minute on a Sunday, when we were looking for a quick stop on the way home, and they adapted some dishes to make me a vegan version. The chestnut flour pasta with mushrooms was delicious. But everyone else said all the dishes were excellent. Excellent service and a very pleasant place. The prices may not be cheap, but it's still worth a visit.

01/11/2025: I highly recommend visiting Trattoria del Porto. The welcome is exquisite, as are the traditional dishes served with love. The service is highly trained, friendly, and very polite (even considering we arrived a little late). The cuisine is excellent, and the set menu allows you to try everything, with appropriate portions for each course. A fantastic experience for my fiancée and I.

12/11/2025: The best restaurant I've ever eaten at on Lake Como. Everything was delicious, and the staff were always smiling. We went there three times during our stay and each time we were stuffed. The portions were large! The prices were also very reasonable. For a moment, I felt like a real Italian. The restaurant also serves desserts, which aren't listed on the menu, but after asking the waiter, we get a full list of what's being served that day.

09/11/2025: My sweetheart and I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. Everything was perfect: truly excellent food, lovely and very welcoming staff, and a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is admittedly far from the more "touristy" towns, but it's so worth it! There's absolutely nothing to complain about. A big THANK YOU!

10/11/2025: We came from Turkey, it was very difficult to get to the place (indeed the highest part of Como) but it was worth it. The atmosphere was very nice, but the pizzas were a bit oily for cuisine.

30/10/2025: Passing through with friends, we enjoyed this restaurant and ordered the tasting menu, which was very generous. We had a wonderful meal; the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the view of the lake was lovely. We highly recommend it.

18/10/2025: We found this his hidden gem during a walk from the funicular. It's a beautiful little family run cafe with the most spectacular views. Lovely food and a good wine and beer selection too. Mr Gray the cat was definitely our favourite though!

01/11/2025: A first-night memory on Lake Como: we walked to the restaurant, and the effort paid off. I savored a single dish that stood out as one of the best tastes I’ve ever had—the ravioli was extraordinary. This place feels like it deserves a Michelin star.

01/11/2025: The service was excellent — always with a smile and kindness. The staff gave us lots of helpful information and tips for our planned routes. Breakfast was nice, but nothing more than average. The rooms, however, are outdated and lack any interior design harmony — no sense of style or coordination. We were given a dark room with heavy, dark furniture, which made it unpleasant to stay in. Parking costs €10 per night. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy our stay and wouldn’t return to this hotel.

31/10/2025: We enjoyed a very pleasant evening with a lovely atmosphere and attentive service. We've eaten at several restaurants around Lake Como before, and this one was by far the most professional. The value for money is excellent. There's something for everyone.

20/10/2025: In this charming and cozy trattoria, the cooking is exquisite in every respect, and Sophie and her team immediately make you feel like friends. Word has spread, and since the prices are also very fair, it's better to make a reservation. It's completely unbelievable that some people do just that and then don't show up without canceling, meaning other guests have to be turned away even though tables remain empty. This gem of a restaurant is far too good for such ignorant people. But thank you, Sophie! Coda di Manzo, braised to a delicate consistency, isn't something you get every day. The fish from the lake is not to be missed. We've never had better tagliatelle. And the desserts all seem to be delivered straight from heaven. You put in so much effort and give your guests evenings to remember! Grazie!

13/09/2025: The service and the location are all very good. However, the portions are very small and the prices are excessive. Two people, shared starter (very small), one main course each (small), and a shared dessert and a glass of wine each.

16/11/2025: The 7 course fix menu was very disappointing. It is definitely not Michelin one star level. A huge dog was brought to the restaurant by one of the guest, which is very rare in the Michelin restaurant

10/11/2025: A wonderful experience at this restaurant. The location, the decor, the service, and of course the food were absolutely perfect.

30/10/2025: I recommend the Polenta Concia, the portions are generous. All dishes are served in bowls, making it easy and convivial to enjoy the dish with everyone else at the table.

20/10/2025: A little outside the city center, with nearby parking and a good restaurant for a pleasant stay. Osso bucco*****. A place to remember.

18/11/2025: A disgrace! Sending out a plate of fried mixed fish cooked in used oil is a sign of indifference. The other diners ate everything because they were friends with someone on the staff, which is why I didn't make any further requests. In fact, I asked if the chef was still in the dining room and was told he'd already left (who would cook another dish, the waiter????) I returned almost the entire dish, and once I went to pay, I didn't even hear a "sorry" or a refund, as if the waiter or the lady at the cash register had tasted it and was sure it was excellent. (…………) I will advise everyone against ordering fried fish from this place, and after receiving a response like that, I will strongly discourage anyone from even having a coffee. Having worked in the hospitality industry for years, finding myself faced with such a disgrace was disappointing, but I paid in full without complaining to the cashier or the person who brought me the dish. I asked if the chef was there, but he had already left. Otherwise, I wouldn't have let him taste it, because I'm not a murderer, but just smell it. Best regards

09/11/2025: Everything at this restaurant was excellent, from the service and the wine they recommended to the portions and the price. It's the best ham and cheese pizza I've ever had (no picture), and the calzone in the photo was so delicious I didn't expect it to be. It's a proper Italian restaurant and offers great value for money. If you go, keep in mind that the portions are family-sized, and you absolutely must visit if you're in Como.
