20/05/2024: Mangelhafter service, dreckige Räumlichkeiten. das Personal unterhält sich lieber untereinander und lästert heimlich hinter dem Rücken der Gäste. das Essen war nichts weiter als eine kalte Pizza.

11/05/2024: Το φαγητό συμπαθητικό , η πίτσα αδιάφορη όπως επίσης και η τοποθεσία !! Το σέρβις ειλικρινά με άφησε με ανοιχτό το στόμα! Η κυρία που μας «εξυπηρέτησε» ηταν αγέλαστη και αγενεστατη! Περίμεναμε την υπόλοιπη παρέα μας και ζητήσαμε κατι να πιούμε… η απάντηση της ηταν όχι, θα τα παραγγείλετε όλα μαζι… μα της λέω θελουμε να πιούμε, μουτρωμένη μου απαντάει οκ! Όσες φορές ζητήσαμε κατι μας απαντούσε μουγκρίζοντας κ φυσικά με Μούτρα! Κάποια στιγμή ρώτησα που είναι η τουαλέτα και μου έγνεψε σχεδόν υποτιμητικά προς την κατεύθυνση!! Δεν θα ξανα ερχόμουν ποτέ και φυσικά δεν το συστήνω!! Μου έκανε εντύπωση η τόση αγένεια!!! Δεν με έχει συνηθίσει η Ιταλία και οι Ιταλοί σε τέτοιες συμπεριφορές! Κρίμα

26/08/2023: As always, wanted to make a reservation for the evening. But according to our hotel, the Riolet will remain closed this season. There is no website or information about it here on Google Maps. A pity.

24/08/2024: Pessima esperienza: hanno preso male l’ordinazione e, insistendo sul fatto che ci era stato portato quanto avevamo ordinato, ci hanno messo la roba sul tavolo in un contenitore da portar via a scanso di equivoci per il pagamento. Ovviamente abbiamo lasciato lì la roba pagandola ugualmente. Non ci ritorneremo. Cibo discreto ma qualità del servizio ZERO.

04/06/2024: Sono stata con amici in questo ristorante e il cameriere si è rifiutato di offrirmi opzioni per pranzo che non contenessero glutine dicendo che anche l’insalata verde conteneva glutine, non ha parlato di contaminazioni ma semplicemte ha detto che io non potevo mangiare lì. Trovo assurdo che una catena di ristoranti di Milano sia così poco informata e con personale così ottuso da non essere in grado di preparare una soluzione senza glutine, oltre la maleducazione e la mancanza di sensibilità di fronte ai miei amici.

29/08/2024: Absolutely appalling, got turned away as we are not hotel guests, it mentions nothing about that on their website and we were recommended by locals who have eaten there and are not hotel guests.

16/08/2024: Spend one night in this hotel in Milan to go down to Puglia. The hotel is very pleasant and well decorated, quiet and comfortable room. The bathroom could do with a little refresh! The place as a whole is calm and pleasant! On the other hand, the restaurant is very expensive! The dishes offered are far from up to par! Considering the price we expect much better! So very disappointed with the restaurant!
