28/03/2025: Bueno, no me impresionó , menú un poco apretado , la mayoría de los discos pesados, personal amable y una especie de lugar local particular , un buen spa , en un lugar tranquilo , no es tan fácil de alcanzar aunque , la carretera es apretada y un poco peligroso

22/03/2025: Ho regalato un pacchetto spa+cena al mio compagno per San Valentino che abbiamo sfruttato un giovedì sera. Spa non molto curata, acqua delle piscine sia interna che esterna freddina... fuori non funzionava idromassaggio nonostante presente. Spogliatoi misti uomo/donna, solo due docce presenti (aperte). Phon a muro attaccati aglia armadietti. Cena deludente, nel pacchetto era previsto antipasto e primo a scelta invece ci siamo dovuti adattare ad una cena a tema "pane" per un laboratorio presente quel giorno. Una bottiglia di vino 33euro (il meno costoso) e fanno pagare anche l'acqua non in bottiglia chiusa ma riempita

16/03/2025: L’ambiente è enorme. Sembra di essere in mensa . Decine e decine di persone e un gran rumore. Il cibo è buono ….ma a noi è capitato un cameriere che voleva farmi mangiare gelato limone e fragola per velocizzare la comanda . Ineducato e prepotente . Il vino sfuso bianco era buono . Il rosso ( pazzesco ) freddo è assolutamente imbevibile , dal sapore inquietante .

09/03/2025: Ambiente accogliente.personale professionale e cortese, Mascia ci ha servito molte volte, sempre con il sorriso e con grande professionalità . Mangiato bene e con soddisfazione, i miei figli hanno apprezzato tutto, dal cibo al contesto. Location da suggerire con grande piacere perché i luoghi giusti vanno suggeriti, con altruismo...

17/03/2025: Food not as described/ordered. Ordered club w/o mayo and was slathered with what seemed to be extra mayo. Also came with "baked potatos" which seemed to be fried in the fryer and even served in the fryer cup (pictured).

15/03/2025: Perfect for breakfast in the morning but also discreet for lunch, the juice extractors are excellent.

17/03/2025: A downer experience. I know my Italian is limited but it seems this is a common occurrence in northern Italy. I thought a 60-something year old café on the Navigli would be more accustomed to English speakers. I walked in today and tried to order a coffee, then asked if I should wait outside. The staff were stunned. Dumbfounded. Silent. I awkwardly rephrased my request, then was reduced to ordering the coffee and taking it outside myself because the woman looked at me like I was holding up the place with a firearm. Why do Northern Italian café staff always treat customers like we're unwelcome invaders? No smiles. Alarmed expressions. Then an inability to even try and understand our requests? I felt like I was wearing a clown suit, but then maybe that would have induced a smile--at least. At least no cops were called, but the coffee was about as good as bus stop coffee. And more expensive.

23/02/2025: This cafe is listed on a luggage holding service called Bounce. I paid for the service and once arrived was met with a rude old man who said they can’t hold my luggage? It’s the responsibility of this cafe to remove their establishment from this service instead of making people waste their time! People here need to learn some manners for mistakes that they’re causing people.

02/01/2025: Mi permetto di scrivere per esprimere la mia delusione in merito alla recente esperienza presso la vostra struttura. La location è veramente splendida, ma purtroppo non è stata sfruttata al meglio, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la qualità della cucina. Ho ordinato un antipasto e un primo piatto, ma entrambi sono stati tra i peggiori che abbia mai mangiato. La preparazione e i sapori erano davvero discutibili, ben lontani dalle aspettative che mi ero fatto. Seppur la sala e il servizio siano stati buoni, la cucina è stata purtroppo un vero punto negativo. Credo che un investimento su un cuoco competente e su un miglioramento della qualità dei piatti possa fare la differenza e valorizzare davvero il vostro ristorante. Sarebbe un peccato non riuscire a offrire un'esperienza completa, considerando il potenziale della location. Peccato veramente.

01/01/2025: Mangiato al freddo senza alternativa nonostante avessimo prenotato per tempo. Cenone ultimo dell'anno. Coperto raddoppiato, e riscaldamento inefficace. Prezzo ovviamente adeguati al cenone ma cibo al limite della decenza. Alle nostre lamentele nessuna ha dato una soluzione o almeno delle scuse ed un tentativo per farci capire che si trattava di un errore. In 4 in famiglia trattati veramente male, personale apparentemente cordiale ma inefficace.

01/03/2025: Não gostei muito, acho que deve ser um do tipo pega turista, devido localização próxima a galeria vittorio emanuelle. Pratos caros é bem mais ou menos. Pedi bruscheta de entrada (bem normal) e um carbonara que não estava lá essas coisas.

08/02/2025: Ristorante pizzeria in corso garibaldi con tavoli all’esterno nel periodo estivo. Possibilità di menù a prezzo fisso che lo rendono interessante come opzione per una pausa pranzo. Pizza classica sottile abbastanza buona. Primi e insalate ok. Materie prime non eccelse, ma tutto sommato corrette visto il prezzo. Servizio rapido.

05/07/2024: We ate here during our 10 day stay; we both had a delicious carbonara pasta, the portions was great which we didn’t find a lot of in Desenzano, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere

12/02/2025: Lately I've been stopping for breakfast because it's convenient for me with the working hours at the moment, but I think I'll change bars... the barmaids have a depressed attitude and are very slow in service, never a smile, in fact they seem annoyed by having customers and one thing that bothered me a lot is the fact that they have a large, long-haired dog that wanders around the tables in the bar and with the brioche boxes placed on the tables because even those are never ready in the display... but Where do we put hygiene? What if there was an allergic customer? If a family member of mine were present I would have to leave immediately so as not to have any problems, I hope the local health authority will pass and take stock of the situation... this is not good!!!
