30/05/2025: PLACE NOT SUITABLE FOR ITALIANS. You can tell that it is a very touristy place, not only for the prices, but above all for the quality of the food: small portions, not fresh fish, little attention to detail. We had a pasta that, to pay €15, they brought us just a taste. Then, the swordfish was noticeably not fresh, despite the chef lying shamelessly, it left us nauseated for the whole evening. They tried to fix it, bringing tasteless calamari, which they charged as much as the swordfish! In the end I lost my appetite so much, that I only had a side dish after the first course and we left. Oh, and they didn't even offer us bitters for the mix-up. Unfortunately, the problem is that places frequented mainly by foreigners end up losing quality, almost automatically and unconsciously. So, it's not a criticism of the chef himself or the waitress (always very kind and professional), but of the performance of the place that is losing its Italianness, from all points of view. Too bad, definitely not an experience we will repeat.

23/05/2025: Very nice environment with sea view. Professional staff, super kind and friendly. Claudio's mixed appetizer abundant and of quality, very good and artisanal fish first courses. Rosé wine from the area recommended by the owner approved. Excellent service and fair price. Highly recommended.

30/05/2025: Authentic, creative, and cozy Italian dining in La Spezia We had a wonderful dinner at Vicolo Intherno. The atmosphere was intimate and charming, perfect for a relaxed evening. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and full of flavor. To start, we tried the Parmesan and honey flan with caramelized onions and fondue, which was rich and delicate. The highlight for me was the meat ravioli with ragù—a comforting classic done just right, with a hearty and well-seasoned sauce. We also had the trofiette with pesto sauce, fresh and vibrant, topped with stracciatella for a creamy contrast. For appetizers, we ordered what I believe was the Pasqualina with herbs and ricotta parmesan fondue—a unique combination with earthy mushrooms and crispy elements on the outside, paired with a velvety green fondue. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the menu offers something for everyone, from seafood lovers to vegetarians. Prices are reasonable given the quality, and the pasta is all handmade by the chef. Definitely recommended if you’re in La Spezia and looking for something local, fresh, and flavorful!

13/05/2025: True discoveries, traditional cuisine with local products, small wines from the Coin, and that sympathy that characterizes Italy. It was a great discovery. We were welcomed very well and served like kings. Everything was homemade, the ravioli were fabulous and the ragù sauce that accompanied it was simply perfect. We appreciated the kindness and care that led us to dessert. And before leaving home, they gave us a nice surprise with a gift and a nice souvenir. I recommend it if you are in the area, you have to stop by

14/05/2025: small but nice place inside, I had lunch in the outdoor terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the olive groves in front and partially of the sea. A la carte menu with not much choice, in addition to the appetizers 4/5 first courses and the same number of second courses. Noteworthy is the mixed appetizer but a bit expensive €48 for two people, the rest of the lunch good but nothing special. The service perhaps the most noteworthy thing, with the addition of a bottle of Franciacorta Berlucchi €38, a dessert and two coffees, for a total expense of €165. Excessive for quality and quantity.

04/05/2025: I went for lunch with my partner, we had lunch on the summer terrace with a very beautiful panoramic view. We started with a really good anchovy bruschetta, we continued with spaghetti with clams (with plenty of fish and a generous portion) and trofie with pesto (really delicious). We continued by sharing a mixed fried dish, which was also good, to end with sharing a truly delicious ricotta and chocolate cake. They also offered us some cantucci with coffee. Super honest prices for the quality of the raw materials. The waiter Kevin in particular and all the staff who welcomed us were very nice. Super recommended!

21/05/2025: We ordered two pizzas for pickup. The staff was very friendly, the pizzas were prepared quickly, but unfortunately, the taste wasn't great. We've had much better pizza.

07/05/2025: A superb, unexpected evening! We had a blast! Delicious dishes, especially the pumpkin tagliatelle & gnochiete! This little restaurant is much better than those in the city center, real homemade and tasty cuisine. The server was adorable and gave good advice. I highly recommend this restaurant!
