10/08/2024: This is one of my favourite restaurants in the world. I have been visiting each summer for years from the UK and we always visit. The food is amazing, such good value for money and super tasty too. The service is like no other restaurant. I see the same friendly welcoming staff each year who couldn’t do anymore than they do. I have been with family and friends when visiting our apartment and everyone loves it. The photos attached are our favourite dishes. I am confused by anyone who would rate this less than 5*.

03/09/2024: Can’t understand why the rating for this restaurant is so low. Can only assume bad reviews from 7 years ago are still being counted! I’m so glad we ignored these and came here. What a fabulous meal - Gabriel our waiter was perfect - attentive but not pushy and always with a smile. We shared the seafood risotto which was amazing. Loved the decor and the ambience - perfect end to a hectic sightseeing day.

31/08/2024: Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée avec un dîner en terrasse. Nous nous sommes régalés avec quelques spécialités de la mer. Le service était vraiment à la hauteur avec une équipe de jeunes serveurs tous actifs, polis et respectueux, comme on s’attend de les trouver dans tout bon restaurant. Bravo!

05/11/2024: I'm happy with this wonderful place near the sea and a beach that leads to diving a stone's throw from the restaurant. A little advice as read by some other customer to review ... the prices of everything else a little bit. Hats off.... open during holidays where, if the day permits, you can also have lunch outside in the wonderful winter sun....

18/08/2024: Siamo arrivati in cinque, tre adulti e due bimbi, pronti per una cena alle otto in punto. Il locale era pieno di vita, con ogni tavolo prenotato, segno di una buona reputazione. Abbiamo ordinato panigacci, testaroli e due primi: il servizio è stato rapido come un fulmine e i prezzi davvero competitivi. Ma è il cibo che ci ha conquistati: i testaroli erano un sogno, soffici e sottili, e tutto aveva un sapore eccezionale. Gli ingredienti freschissimi e locali hanno fatto la differenza. Se cercate il miglior ristorante della zona, l’avete trovato. Consigliatissimo!

26/12/2024: Biagio's Baracchetta has been here... forever! As a family, Biagio welcomes his customers with simplicity and courtesy, typical local products, Ligurian cuisine and the famous Focaccia with Recco Cheese, which has been around for ages. Renovated over the years, it now has a spartan but welcoming exterior and a typical opening that looks like a window where it is possible to purchase Ligurian delicacies and drinks, as well as all the bar products and ice creams, to take away. Focaccias are an institution here in Recco, small disks of dough (like "fritters") filled with stracchino and then fried in boiling oil. Sometimes it happened to me that they were empty or not very full as they are usually served here. They are handmade one by one, no one is perfect.

17/12/2024: Excellent... very pleasant place and the guy at the tables is really lovely. Excellent focacco and also the cheese focaccia. If you want a 5 star restaurant it's not I will recommend it to everyone

02/11/2024: November 1st.. beautiful day.. 20 degrees.. walking around lunchtime we end up in front of Baiadelsole.. despite it being full they seat us without any problems.. everything is fantastic: service, food and obviously location.. fantastic.. thank you 🙏

01/11/2024: I hadn't eaten so badly in years and I hadn't been treated like a dog... We waited 48 minutes for a pasta with pesto for our baby which arrived full of salt, we ate terribly and at the checkout they humiliated us by telling us that we wanted the discount when we simply did note that after 50 minutes we had received food and moreover a dish full of salt as well as our second course of calamari was completely burnt and therefore inedible I highly recommend this place to foreigners who have no pleasure in being treated well and above all have no pleasure to eat quality food regarding ways honestly I'm embarrassed for them. Never again! not recommended

02/09/2024: A little corner of paradise in Punta Chiappa Stella Maris is a small hotel with a truly unique location, reachable only by boat. The hotel is totally immersed in nature with lakes and cute turtles, sunbeds and a swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the spaces surrounding the fantastic suites. A stone's throw from the hotel there is also the possibility of swimming at Punta Chiappa. The view is wonderful and exciting especially in the evening. We decided to eat at their restaurant and in addition to the view we were able to appreciate sublime cuisine with quality products. Michela and Andrea were fantastic hosts, welcoming and always ready to listen to our needs. I will definitely return!

20/11/2023: Se voce vai a Portofino não pode deixar de conhecer o Restaurante de Frutos do Mar, Da I Gemelli, ótima gastronomia da Liguria, na margem de Portofino com a vista para cais. A carta de vinhos e a melhor de Portofino. O serviço é excelente, vale ressaltar o especial atendimento do manager GIO GABRIEL e também do proprietario da casa MATTEO muito gentil em receber todos os clientes.

25/10/2023: Excellent pesto and Nonas pasta was amazing. The staff were all very friendly. House wine by the glass was good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
