My family, myself, my wife, and my disabled son, found ourselves in a completely welcoming environment!! The attention was never intrusive, yet always present. It's never "entitled to everything," and people who show this sensitivity in welcoming are a treasure for those accustomed to living with difficulties, even if they're on vacation and therefore feel lighthearted.
