26/07/2024: Siamo stati molte volte negli ultimi anni , questa volta hanno cambiato in cucina il personale con risultati mediocri.
Il prezzo però è rimasto invariato .
Peccato perché si mangiava davvero bene .
Per il resto location e personale di sala all’altezza.

13/11/2024: Rustic and very nice atmosphere, kind and friendly staff and good food, of excellent quality and cooked really well and you can also find a good choice of wines which are recommended by the owner's son who I know has taken a sommelier course. I will happily return.
06/11/2024: Located in an area where you can enjoy a wonderful view, the food is the perfect side dish. Exquisite typical cuisine: I don't really like the flavor of pecorino but the gricia was mouth-watering and, for the first time in my life, I tasted the famous coratella... What can I say?! Go and enjoy!

03/11/2024: We walked by by chance and grabbed a free table. After a number of restaurants where they ignore you for half an hour, a very pleasant contrast. Service at a very high level, food also great and the atmosphere of a local business. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet and authentic place full of local people.
02/11/2024: Perfect service, delicious food.
To start, we were served a glass of prosecco and bread
My wife ate tortellini with mussels, I ordered risotto with shrimps. The dishes were prepared perfectly. At the end, we had a perfect espresso with almond cookies.
It is worth adding that the restaurant is quiet. No loud music, which often distracts and interferes with conversation.
When I'm in Frascati again, I will definitely come back here.

25/08/2024: Yesterday I went there with my family we ordered frittura antipasti suggested by the waiter , well the fried zucchini were full of oil the supply were not supply but casual little small ball with left overs inside and some other balls burned outside and super super raw inside ! We told the waiter about it and instead to apologise his answer was ( those are Chianina balls ) well a part the fact that unfortunately 4 of us were all professional chef on the table and it was evident that the balls are frozen and even if you fry Chianina balls in the fryer the meat should be at least slightly cooked inside istead of raw frozen !! Btw I don t want to go much in those details but for what we paid they should change the quality of the frittura right away because it was obscene!!
Pizza was very good instead !
Many time we go there by the years but this time I have to say that there was not much care of us on the table !! Especially if any guest is not happy or leave raw food on the table there should be action on it not try to justify something that is actually wrong !! Next time I want try to go to Noah that pizza seems pretty good also !!

13/08/2024: Schon unsere dritte Reise und Übernachtung bei Gianpaolo und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Seine Küchencrew versteht ihr Handwerk und die Speisen sind alle ausgezeichnet und frisch zubereitet. Zudem ist er ein sehr herzlicher und liebenswerter Gastgeber. Frascati lohnt sich immer: Klein, echt und nicht so overtouristet wie die grossen Städte.

09/12/2024: Ha ben poco delle tipiche fraschette dei castelli. È possibile ordinare solo taglieri di salumi (niente coppiette e niente salsicce) e formaggi. Nessun pasto caldo, nessun piatto di pasta. Prezzo nettamente eccessivo per aver mangiato solo salumi e formaggi. Location molto carina, unica nota positiva.
01/12/2024: Locale suggestivo e caratteristico, scavato nella roccia. Menù proposto dal titolare, che ci ha elencato la provenienza di ognuno di essi, porchetta, salumi, formaggi, verdure locali e pochissimi piatti caldi. Prezzo leggermente alto.

13/08/2024: Really disappointing experience. The staff is young and kind, and the location is magical, but everything else is absolutely unacceptable from a culinary point of view. It's incredible to have to pay such a high price for such poor quality food. The breaded lamb was just fat, and the spaghetti alla matriciana came with a sauce that even my son could make better, with bacon that was basically just fat. I rarely write reviews, but this place is to be avoided. In Frascati we had the opportunity to eat in excellent restaurants and trattorias, but unfortunately this is not one of them.
11/08/2024: Prices not in line with the quality offered.
Acceptable cut, meatballs with sauce worth reviewing (my grandmother's were meatballs), cheese and pepper floating in the cooking water.
You have to know how to accept what isn't right along with compliments.

18/08/2024: We went to this farmhouse for an aperitif in the vineyard, apart from some small problems with the wasps the evening before, they immediately accepted our reservation for the following evening without problems. We ate well, just a small note on the speed of the service, because from the time we were there at 8pm, they started serving us at 10pm. But for the rest, nothing to say, the location is truly unique, an experience absolutely worth trying!
15/08/2024: Excellent for spending a summer evening outdoors. You eat among the rows and the atmosphere is very relaxing and characteristic. Perhaps the price is a little high for the aperitif offer, which includes a platter and two tastings of first courses, even if they are of excellent quality. We really appreciated the possibility of bringing the dog. Advised!

24/04/2024: Locale molto curato, servizio e personale attenti e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente. Piatti ottimi e con materie prime di ottima qualità. Consiglio con tutto il cuore il gallinaccio au filo de scozia, veramente spettacolare.

23/03/2024: E’ un po che mancavo da Frascati, al rientro sono andato con mio figlio in questo locale di cui conosco la lunga storia di passione e dedizione di tutti, Fabrizia sempre sorridente e cortese nell’accogliere gli ospiti, Sandro e Gaetano professionisti in cucina. La genuinita’ e originalita’ e’ il loro motto ! Mangiato antipasti di pesce freddi e caldi tutti ottimi e gustosissimi, poi tagliolini al nero con ricciola e bottarga, meravigliosi. Tutto a prezzi ragionevolissimi. La cantina fornitissima. Ci vediamo presto
