12/12/2025: Typical Frascati tavern, stumbled upon by chance during Christmas shopping. The owners show a refinement in the raw materials. The red Cesanese is good. The combination of cabbage and cheese from the lower Tuscia is interesting.
01/11/2025: I ate at this restaurant for dinner. The food was definitely good, but the service and staff were somewhat questionable.
I'd just finished eating and my plate was immediately taken away from the table. We waited quite a while for the pasta, but above all, the cashier was incredibly rude. She complained that I was paying in cash because she didn't have change. Finally, she gave me the change but slammed it on the table in a rather annoyed way.
Too bad... the pasta was very good!

17/11/2025: They offer a set menu — you simply sit back and enjoy whatever they bring out. The cheeses were outstanding, with several types of prosciutto, and the smoked or pickled vegetables were some of the best I’ve had.
The ricotta with honey and chili pepper was my personal favorite.
Service was excellent, and the decor was very appealing.
16/11/2025: The atmosphere is truly charming. Excellent food, but the service is a bit slow.

Excellent local food, tasty and generous portions (pasta, mixed grill, turkey), veggies produced locally, good service. For us they even added few grilled veggies to taste for free. Prices are decent.
Service is good and I understand you can order dishes out of the menu (spaghetti al ragù).

01/11/2025: I've tried this place, eating both outside in the summer and inside...the atmosphere is welcoming and atmospheric in both settings. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive in their service.
The food is excellent: the pasta and meat dishes are delicious!
Adequate prices.
Reservations are recommended, especially on holidays.

28/11/2025: Today they took me for the first time to a place where you truly feel at home. The appetizer and first course were truly excellent, but the grilled meat main course was unsurpassable and I'd say not the best. Keep it up. We'll be back on Sunday, thanks for the beautiful day.

Forget the starred restaurants, here, real cuisine. Come on!

Fairly priced; the four of us had two appetizers, three first courses, three second courses, coffee, water, and wine. About €40 each.
28/07/2025: We had a hot and cold appetizer, spaghetti allo scoglio (spaghetti with seafood) and fried fish. Everything was exceptional. We also tried the spaghetti with clams and bottarga, spectacular and absolutely worth trying.

12/10/2025: Never again! Yesterday, a friend of mine and I ate an appetizer, two regular pizzas, a glass of wine, and a water, for a total of €51, so €25 each. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of the tables that were still in the restaurant, but I saw that the bill indicated a special pizza menu (I instead ordered a pizza that wasn't one of the special ones (called grottino; the special ones were, for example, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, etc.) and an extra appetizer. The pizza menu said the appetizer was included, but instead they charged us for it separately. Terrible treatment; that's why I gave it one star; we were very disappointed.

14/09/2025: We went here for an aperitif among the vines... the view, food, and wine were excellent! Perfect for sunset... They customized the menu for both those with allergies and pregnant women.
The arrangement of the pallets holding the food could be slightly reconsidered; perhaps they were too big for the available space. The staff were very kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back!!!
30/08/2025: Aperitif in the vineyard. A lovely experience, with good food and wine. You have to accept the occasional bug and a bit of dirt, but that's part of the experience, in my opinion.

03/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo locale su consiglio di amici. Premesso che dopo il caldo di Roma il fatto che si riuscisse a respirare era sufficiente a dare una super valutazione, ma il ristorante merita molto di più. Innanzitutto é presente anche il menu per chi é intollerante al lattosio o per chi é celiaco, mettono delle graziose bandierine per distinguere le portate senza lattosio o per celiaci al fine di evitare che una volta a tavola si possa far confusione. Siamo stati serviti da Valentino, unico nella sua professionalità ed estremamente gentile e disponibile, ha ispirato a tutti una immediata simpatia, qualità molto rare, abbiamo preso dei deliziosi supplì della casa, consigliati sempre da Valentino e da provare assolutamente, la pizza, anche qui provate quella della casa (pizza vecchia locanda) , e poi i dolci, fatti da loro! Una creme brûlé al pistacchio con pezzettini di cioccolato fondente, mitica, idem il tiramisù, se a tutto questo si aggiunge assenza di rumori della città e prezzi onestissimi, sicuramente torneremo per provare le altre pietanze !
27/06/2025: Ho contattato il ristorante tramite Just Eat ed ho pagato due volte quanto ordinato. Ho contattato il ristorante per il rimborso ed il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile; onesto al punto da dire "non voglio sapere nemmeno cosa è successo, le renderò la cifra spesa".
Quanto ordinato era molto buono quindi oltre alla massima disponibilità ed onestà, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Assolutamente consigliato!

01/11/2025: The price was ridiculous, especially considering the quality of the food. Mushroom fettuccine was overcooked and honestly didn't even seem fresh. A platter cost €30 for a pittance, not even particularly authentic. Chicken with peppers, a thigh and a piece of breast, overcooked peppers. In short, for an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, a side dish, and two coffees, a total of €88 (€44 per person). Absurd and not recommended.
01/11/2025: Not recommended: €2 cover charge per person with paper tablecloths. The appetizer was shameful at €30 (two slices of each) and average quality, nothing really good or, I'd say, fresh. The mushroom fettuccine was overcooked and seemed like it was bought at the supermarket. There were mushrooms, but nothing exceptional or, at least, nothing fresh. The ravioli of the day filled with burrata and basil sauce were good, but nothing exceptional. The chicken with peppers—a thigh and a piece of breast—were way overcooked. The baked potatoes were beyond reproach. Two mediocre coffees, for a total of €88 (€44 per person). Are you kidding me? Run away if you see it.
