20/04/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante in più occasioni, sia per delle feste (tra cui la mia dei 40 anni), che per dei pranzi in famiglia e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze, location stupenda (di sera poi rende ancora di più con la meravigliosa vista su Roma), portate buonissime, porzioni giuste e non striminzite e rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto. Ho sempre fatto un figurone con le persone che ho portato qui. Assolutamente consigliato!

21/03/2025: Enchanting location with an incredible view overlooking both an illuminated swimming pool and Rome. Prominent restaurant located in the Castelli Romani area. Impeccable welcome from the maìtre who assists guests in every choice. The attention to detail and the welcome flutes served upon arrival were very appreciated. Refined and particular cuisine, prices appropriate to the location and the quality of the food.

13/05/2025: Beautiful food. A great little place to escape Rome with spectacular views.

12/05/2025: 3 of us tasted meatballs with sauce, oxtail meatballs, coratella, pork shank, sautéed chicory (no starters or first courses). We were advised on a red wine that could accompany everything and the innkeeper was very good at serving us a juicy and drinkable Cesanese. Excellent tiramisu and lovely location. On Saturday evenings, fast service and maximum availability and courtesy of the staff.

27/04/2025: I return to Cantina Simonetti after 5 months. I go back because the food is great, but above all because the customer care and attention is friendly and very familiar. I return bringing the whole family and celebrating Easter. We went against the weather, which threatened rain and did not allow a lunch in the square. But in the end it was a party. Sun and no sun. I repeat, the food was excellent and Alessio was very kind as always. Almost a friend. My tonnarelli are super top, the artichokes have no comment and the lamb presents itself. Thanks guys. 05/05/2025: I am very happy to share this experience, because I had asked for information at a service station on where to eat excellent first courses and they suggested Il Caminetto. We booked by telephone, we were two families with 4 adults and 4 children, they welcomed us in this room with a fireplace in the center lit (it will be beautiful in winter, but in May it starts to get hot 😅, but we opened a window due to the problem). However, to make a long story short but not too long, we ordered the typical first courses of Rome including carbonara, cacio e pepe and tagliatelle with meat sauce. It was all S-Q-U-I-S-I-T-O, the carbonara was the real thing and the cacio e pepe was exceptional, never eaten so good. It's a shame that I chose short sleeves, sure that with spaghetti it would have been the best. We took two mixed meats, very good apart from the sirloin was a little too dry, the rest was really good. As a side dish they brought us two portions of french fries, and they were fresh, not the usual frozen ones. Half a liter of house red wine, just to accompany the meat and the first courses. In summary, 7 first courses, two mixed meats, two fried potatoes, half a wine, 4 water, 3 canned cokes plus covers, we spent €150, I think that is a more than fair price. We were very happy with the dinner, also because the next day the carbonara in a restaurant in central Rome was with cream... and I'll stop here. The only thing, the place is a little dated, but between a nice place and a good dish, I prefer the latter. Until next time, greetings from Naples. 01/05/2025: Very relaxing atmosphere in a very green context. The service was a little slow in the presence of so many people but still always friendly. Very good food. Very recommended. PS: internal parking which doesn't hurt at all and with a beautiful view of the surrounding natural context.

11/05/2025: A pearl in the heart of Frascati. Mr. Massimo, who welcomed us into a welcoming and familiar environment, is extremely kind and friendly. The food was delicious, the fish is well cooked, tasty and fresh. The sublime desserts. Compliments to the chef, who masterfully delighted us throughout the evening. We'll be back!
