29/03/2026: An excellent Frascati winery. The welcome and service were impeccable. The two ever-smiling waitresses led us through a lunch where every course was delicious. Every now and then, the owner would stop by and ask us how things were going with grace and cheerfulness. Definitely worth a try!

28/03/2026: This trattoria in Frascati was recommended to us. I ate a proper pork shank: large, juicy, and cooked with the patience only true chefs know. The meat falls off the bone like butter, and every bite is a caress to the heart. Highly recommended!!!

18/03/2026: I've been wanting to try Cantina Simonetti for a while, and I must say my expectations were more than met. The restaurant is located in the heart of Frascati, overlooking a truly charming little square that I imagine becomes even more pleasant in the warmer months thanks to the outdoor seating. For now, I've been able to enjoy the interior: a cozy, warm, and welcoming room that immediately makes you feel at ease. We chose several off-menu dishes, and every dish was a confirmation: Ascolana olives stuffed with porchetta, Jewish-style artichokes, mezze maniche with oxtail sauce, and pannicolo with endive and carrot cream. Everything was extremely tasty and carefully prepared. A special mention goes to the oxtail sauce, truly exceptional, rich and enveloping, and to the pannicolo, cooked to perfection and served with its own juices: tender, flavorful, and executed with great technique. To accompany everything, two excellent red wines selected from a well-stocked cellar, further enhancing the experience. We finished on a high note with a delicious zabaglione and complimentary donuts, a gesture always greatly appreciated. Impeccable service: attentive, friendly, and never intrusive. A place definitely worth a visit... and one I'll gladly return to, perhaps to enjoy the summer version as well.

21/03/2026: We could sum it up by saying "Fabulous," but that would be an understatement. Let's talk about the location: Have you ever seen an osteria/fraschetta in a cave? Here it is! Let's talk about the service: the "real" one, not pretentious, but informal: "homey," beautiful and let's say a few words, maybe even four, about the food: Authentic flavors, products above all suspicion and above average. We can say that except for one or two dishes, we ate the entire menu: An appetizer worth a dinner, with quality cured meats and cheeses. We wanted to go all out: sautéed chicory, expertly made. Meatballs were perfectly balanced and soft, just as they should be, and a sauce that deserves a 10/10 rating. We finished it all off with a cacio e pepe lasagna made by grandma (an added bonus), fantastic. All washed down with a dry Romanella that spoke volumes! The price is right for the quality of the products, the service is fast and informal, and the location is truly breathtaking. Recommended? Yes, very much!

07/04/2026: A fine dining restaurant at the hotel. The food was very nice and service attentive. Their menu highlights what contains gluten vs is gluten free which is what nice. very nice steak and other sides. Service was attentive.

01/03/2026: The cuisine is magnificent, both in flavor and presentation. It offers views of the pool, the Vela, and the surrounding area. In winter, you can enjoy the view from the closed windows, which are open in summer. The staff is friendly and elegant.

24/03/2026: A rustic place with a large fireplace where they cook various types of meat, all very tasty. Their mixed antipasto and homemade desserts are excellent. Good value for money. We'll definitely be back.

09/03/2026: The location is somewhat anonymous; you have to know it to get there. There's not much parking, but the tables are old-fashioned, meaning there's LOTS of space for both diners and waiters. We arrived after 1:30 PM and the place was packed, so it took a while to order. In fact, we grabbed our second course on the fly before the grill restaurant closed (it was already after 3:30 PM). On the plus side, the platter of delicious, high-quality cured meats, excellent first courses, and homemade pasta platters, and the grilled meat was delicious. They made up for it. I'll definitely be back, maybe around 12:30 PM.

26/12/2025: Fantastic lunch! I went here with my family for Christmas lunch and we definitely chose the right place! The staff was super friendly and always smiling. They cater to all needs; as a vegan, I had a special menu that left me amazed; everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: Never again! Yesterday, a friend of mine and I ate an appetizer, two regular pizzas, a glass of wine, and a water, for a total of €51, so €25 each. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of the tables that were still in the restaurant, but I saw that the bill indicated a special pizza menu (I instead ordered a pizza that wasn't one of the special ones (called grottino; the special ones were, for example, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, etc.) and an extra appetizer. The pizza menu said the appetizer was included, but instead they charged us for it separately. Terrible treatment; that's why I gave it one star; we were very disappointed.
