11/04/2026: Fried tortellini are out of this world! I had the pulled pork and loved it!

01/02/2026: A half-empty piadina, missing the filling of parmesan and brie (instead of which, two small pieces of mozzarella) and eggplant (instead of the expected slices, three squirts of eggplant pulp). Disappointing and undoubtedly overpriced (three sparsely filled piadinas for the modest price of €26).

04/05/2026: Osteria del Mercato needs no introduction, but I wanted to point out how delicious their vegan croissants are. I've never had them this good anywhere.

03/05/2026: We had a snack at this restaurant near Via del Corso. Decor: A small, attractive, and well-decorated place at first glance, but it turns out to be quite large. The bar and the displayed food are enticing. It looks appetizing. Price: The price/quality ratio is outrageous: 47 euros for two focaccias and two Diet Cokes, no less… Food: The salmon and avocado focaccia was good (but not worth the exorbitant price of €15.80), and the tomato and mozzarella focaccia was also good, but still very expensive. The former was served with a small bowl of fries, which added nothing. A bit pretentious, but decent in taste.

13/06/2026: I dont understand the bad feedback about the food. Its not the best, but very good! I think my raviolis should have a little bit more seasoning, but overall they were good. Dessert was delicious. I reccomend this place if dont want to go to town center.

20/05/2026: The place is beautiful!! It's divided into two parts. You can choose to dine in the modern part or the old part!!! You can visit the caves and step back in time!!! They organize parties and events. The food? Excellent!!! If you want to taste REAL NEAPOLITAN pizza, you have to go to ERNESTO e VALENTINA! They offer various menus, you'll be spoiled for choice. Great prices! I recommend it to everyone. Quality and courtesy guaranteed.

14/09/2025: The staff were very friendly, but the wait was really long; they served us after the people who arrived after us. The pizza dough wasn't very good. Prices were average. The Jefferson, at €7, was too expensive.

15/05/2025: Quality ingredients. The ham platter was really good, and the service was very attentive, even after specifying any food intolerances. I would have preferred a selection of tapas on the menu, which seemed almost marginal, and the focus was on paella when in reality there are much more noteworthy dishes like roast suckling pig and beef meatballs, or other seafood options. Prices are reasonable.

The pasta with potatoes, provola cheese, and mussels is a must-try: truly exceptional, one of the best dishes. What I really appreciated was the spoken menu, with daily recommendations based on the catch available. This choice makes the experience more authentic and confirms the restaurant's attention to the freshness of the ingredients. 08/03/2026: We went to this restaurant today, recommended by friends, and we were pleasantly surprised: the wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the seating we were given (reservation required) was perfect. We ordered two starters: Pasta with potatoes, provola cheese, and mussels, which was truly delicious and well-prepared. The portions were well-proportioned, and the ingredients blended perfectly. The spaghetti with clams, lemon, and calamari were truly delicious, with just the right amount of citrus, so as not to be overpowering but still bring out the citrus flavor. For our main course, we were served a very fresh sea bass, deboned by them, accompanied by truly excellent baked potatoes. To finish, we ordered their house dessert, made with amaretti biscuits, and a caprese salad. The owner was very kind and offered us coffee and liqueurs. Highly recommended, 10/10

07/04/2026: A very expensive bakery! They charged me 10 euros for a small portion of peas. It's ridiculous—I absolutely don't recommend it, especially since it's not even that good. There are much better and cheaper places.

18/05/2026: Good evening, what can I say? All in all, the waiters were attentive and polite. The quality and price of the dish needs to be reviewed. We had spaghetti with clams, the spaghetti seemed inedible when you played the guitar. Then let's talk about the second courses. The fried seafood was good, but after 30 minutes it had to clog the bathroom. I don't recommend it.

02/05/2026: Overall, the fish was decent, the atmosphere pleasant, and that was it: the rest was a bad experience. The fried baby octopus arrived with sand in it, and I even ate it. The staff was distracted, listless, and inattentive: the dessert arrived with the spoon immersed in cream up to the hilt, so much so that I struggled to find it and had to ask for another. For this wonderful service, they charged us nothing less than €9.50 per dessert, as if it were made of solid gold. Avoid; there are better options in the area.

26/04/2025: This review refers to the new management. The place was recommended by a friend who clearly didn't know about it. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience, especially considering it's under new management. I should have taken a photo of my plate of gricia, which left me speechless: the portion was ridiculously small. The lemon scallops were inedible, and it hadn't happened to me in a long time to not be able to eat anything. The grilled vegetables were bland. And then the baked potatoes, which were evidently sold out: they arrived too few, and to compensate, they filled the gap with French fries, without any explanation, without an apology that would have been at least a sign of goodwill. The coffee was undrinkable. The bread was dry. But the worst thing of all was seeing a mother—I assume the owner, to whom the new place has been dedicated, "Rea Silvia" (the restaurant's new name)—being mistreated by her son, who would yell at her among the tables and customers, perhaps thinking he was better than her. Of all the things, this was the worst and saddest. My sympathy goes to the lady who's the only redeeming feature of this place because she was so kind. Yet she also gets the bill wrong, and not just with us (other customers had complaints). We only found out the price of the dishes at the end because there was no menu, and, to top it all off, you could only pay in cash, which is truly unacceptable. €27 for nothing. €12 for a non-existent gricia. I hope these criticisms help you improve, since you're just starting out, because you can't treat customers like this and expect to be paid, and even that much.

17/05/2026: We ordered several items for breakfast, waited an hour, then asked for our order, only to be served only a water, a juice, and a cappuccino for the modest sum of €14! That seems perfectly fair to me!!! Stealing!!
