04/05/2026: Osteria del Mercato needs no introduction, but I wanted to point out how delicious their vegan croissants are. I've never had them this good anywhere.

03/05/2026: We had a snack at this restaurant near Via del Corso. Decor: A small, attractive, and well-decorated place at first glance, but it turns out to be quite large. The bar and the displayed food are enticing. It looks appetizing. Price: The price/quality ratio is outrageous: 47 euros for two focaccias and two Diet Cokes, no less… Food: The salmon and avocado focaccia was good (but not worth the exorbitant price of €15.80), and the tomato and mozzarella focaccia was also good, but still very expensive. The former was served with a small bowl of fries, which added nothing. A bit pretentious, but decent in taste.

16/06/2026: I dined at this restaurant a few weeks ago, honestly drawn by the fixed-price or all-you-can-eat meat menus they offer. Of course, when you eat all-you-can-eat meat, like all these all-you-can-eat options, you often find a surprise (and rightly so). There were two of us, and we opted for two menus with a mixed antipasto and all-you-can-eat beef slices for €25 each, excluding drinks. The antipasto, as is obvious, was filling and consisted of two bruschettas (one with radicchio I didn't particularly like), mixed cured meats (i.e., prosciutto, two types of salami, and loin), and cheeses (we only got one type of cheese, but whatever), and then something else that, to this day, I still haven't figured out what it was. I found it inedible because it was meaningless and even slightly bitter; we assumed it was fried spaghetti (?!?!?). Anyway, a passing grade is acceptable... The problems started later: they brought us the side dishes (obviously microwaved because some of the baked potatoes were piping hot and some were frozen) along with the appetizer... I understand trying to fill people up to get them to eat less meat... But I ate the chicory and potatoes before the meat. They brought the first cut of meat, without oil, salt, or balsamic vinegar, nothing. They salted it themselves, so it was either okay or nothing. I have to say the first cut of meat was neither praise nor infamy, with very little salt (that's how I like it)... The second round was a shoe sole FULL of salt. What can I say? I think the idea is even smart, but at this point I'd recommend raising the price but not getting lost in certain things, which, honestly, I found embarrassing.

16/07/2026: I had a lovely meal in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, which isn't a given for a beach resort in high season. Friendly staff, sea-view tables, and good food. I recommend the pasta with clams (I don't remember the name, but it's long, like a clam dish, but different). The fried fish is also good, and the prices are reasonable. Recommended restaurant!

12/07/2026: Very unfair. They confirmed one price and then doubled it without any explanation just because it was high season. The only thing the owner could say elegantly was: "You're free to choose not to come!" You bet! Avoid.

27/07/2026: Good food but terrible service and rude staff. We got sat without menus and were ignored while other tables got served. We aksed for menus and got reprimanded for asking. Once we received menus we were forced to order immediately- drinks and food all at once. The manager argued and slammed her palm on the counter repeatedly as my husband used Google translate to communicate a severe nut allergy. For such a beautiful location it's really a shame to have had this experience.

26/07/2026: Terrible service and we had a child allergic to wasps and bees then they moved us inside and even there the wasps and bees arrived and there were no cutlery, cold cuts and drinks and they treated us very badly and it is also a very high price for the service provided not recommended

22/07/2026: We had two pizzas; both were excellent and large. The only issue was the service—there are five staff members, yet at first, no one pays you any attention, and then they all stare right at your mouth while you eat. It probably isn't the best place for foreigners; I can recommend the pizza itself, but you're better off ordering it to go—you aren't exactly welcome there.

09/06/2026: This was a delightful surprise. We were referred here by the hotel an I discovered it had been on my must experience list for five years. The best gnocchi I have ever experienced! Hands down! So very friendly

08/06/2026: Everything you want after a day of walking around and seeing the sights. Fresh made pasta! The team was amazingly kind and attentive! Prices reasonably. Quaint atmosphere!

16/06/2026: The atmosphere is very pleasant, it seems quite family-friendly, the carbonara is absolutely incredible, I highly recommend it (I ate it almost every day I was in Rome). The service is great, the owner handles everything from customer service to deliveries, haha, he's very friendly! I highly recommend it!

10/05/2026: It's a typical Roman restaurant; the food is very good, and the atmosphere and decor are pleasant. One small drawback: the waiter was alone in the dining room and seemed disillusioned. But overall, we had a good time.

11/04/2026: So glad we stumbled upon this place at just the right time today! I can't speak to the dinner service, because we only grabbed a pizza and some wine earlier in the day. But we found Ponzi to be an unassuming and authentic pizzeria/trattoria with delicious pizza, quick service, and uninflated prices. Speaking to the authenticity and value, multiple groups of actual Italians were our fellow patrons. In fact, this is one of the only establishments in Rome so far where I've heard more Italian than other languages.

09/04/2026: Emilia was super friendly to me, the food is perfect (very authentic Italian), it's not expensive (4 cheese pizza + limoncello + tiramisu) €22 It's totally worth it! You can even make a quick stop at Santa Maria Maggiore to take a picture.

17/05/2026: Very friendly and accommodating staff, offered my dog some whip cream as a treat, took my order with patience. Gelato itself was above the average, definitely could taste the real fruit! They also have cakes, small desserts and cold drinks. Their outdoors patio is large and has a lot of space for families.

13/06/2026: I dont understand the bad feedback about the food. Its not the best, but very good! I think my raviolis should have a little bit more seasoning, but overall they were good. Dessert was delicious. I reccomend this place if dont want to go to town center.

02/08/2026: A spectacular view and a family atmosphere. Delicious food; I recommend the pasta with anchovies and the pasta with octopus. The granitas are also excellent.

18/07/2026: Fantastic restaurant in Ginostra! The staff really go the extra mile, from early morning until late at night. Delicious food, something for everyone. The maccheroni alle norma is the best I have ever eaten.

07/04/2026: A very expensive bakery! They charged me 10 euros for a small portion of peas. It's ridiculous—I absolutely don't recommend it, especially since it's not even that good. There are much better and cheaper places.
