05/07/2026: I used to stop here often for the excellent coffee (Illy) and the delicious pastries! Now they've changed the staff and have lost a lot of money. The pastries are still good, but the coffee is truly awful (still Illy).

25/05/2025: The place is welcoming, the food delicious and I appreciate that you can ask for a vegetarian paella.

15/05/2025: Quality ingredients. The ham platter was really good, and the service was very attentive, even after specifying any food intolerances. I would have preferred a selection of tapas on the menu, which seemed almost marginal, and the focus was on paella when in reality there are much more noteworthy dishes like roast suckling pig and beef meatballs, or other seafood options. Prices are reasonable.

02/06/2026: Unfortunately, the steakhouse has lost some of its quality, and the prices have skyrocketed! I hope we can improve both the quality of the meat and meet our customers' needs with lower prices!

31/03/2026: We recently had dinner at this fantastic restaurant. The ingredients were top-quality, and the staff was highly qualified and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

14/08/2026: Courteous and professional service: always very friendly. We tried both the fish dishes and the pizza. Spaghetti with clams was well-made: cooked just al dente, the clam water soup was good, and the clams were of good quality, without too much garlic or basil. Balanced and easy to digest. The fried fish was satisfying, and not too oily; the vegetable spaghetti served with the fried fish was a great accompaniment. The pizzas were thin, cooked just right, not burnt, and the ingredients were good, high-quality, and easy to digest. It's definitely worth a try.

29/07/2026: So good, we came back for more. Blanco serves delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere, with something for everyone in the family. Friendly service, great flavours, and a place we’d happily visit again when we’re back in Sabaudia.

16/08/2026: Terrible welcome, umbrella in the fourth row next to the toy storage room and the constant whining of children in the shower, not to mention the restaurant and bar that made me get up because I wasn't wearing a shirt and was sitting at the bar shirtless. NEVER AGAIN!

16/07/2026: We were immediately seated which was perfect, it's very hot weather today and the restaurant has AC which is excellent as we can enjoy our food in a cool atmosphere. We ordered pizza and it came quite quickly and was delicious. Would recommend this place

17/06/2026: The place was highly recommended by our aparthotel host. We was seated immediately, off to great start. The waitress gave us a few moments and came took our order starters and water. Starters ans water came, was blah . Waited a few for her to come and take the second order nothing. Let me say we was the only table seated outside. Within 10 minutes Two-four tops came in she seated took their starters brought and came and took the other tables second course. We was still waiting nothing. Went inside to try and place the order at the counter nothing. Finally went back to my table to get my cash to just pay for the two starters and water. Wallah they make eye contact to take my money. Service sucks all the other reviews that said that are telling the truth. Not sure if my ethnicity was not wanted there. 🤷🏾‍♀️

16/06/2026: I dined at this restaurant a few weeks ago, honestly drawn by the fixed-price or all-you-can-eat meat menus they offer. Of course, when you eat all-you-can-eat meat, like all these all-you-can-eat options, you often find a surprise (and rightly so). There were two of us, and we opted for two menus with a mixed antipasto and all-you-can-eat beef slices for €25 each, excluding drinks. The antipasto, as is obvious, was filling and consisted of two bruschettas (one with radicchio I didn't particularly like), mixed cured meats (i.e., prosciutto, two types of salami, and loin), and cheeses (we only got one type of cheese, but whatever), and then something else that, to this day, I still haven't figured out what it was. I found it inedible because it was meaningless and even slightly bitter; we assumed it was fried spaghetti (?!?!?). Anyway, a passing grade is acceptable... The problems started later: they brought us the side dishes (obviously microwaved because some of the baked potatoes were piping hot and some were frozen) along with the appetizer... I understand trying to fill people up to get them to eat less meat... But I ate the chicory and potatoes before the meat. They brought the first cut of meat, without oil, salt, or balsamic vinegar, nothing. They salted it themselves, so it was either okay or nothing. I have to say the first cut of meat was neither praise nor infamy, with very little salt (that's how I like it)... The second round was a shoe sole FULL of salt. What can I say? I think the idea is even smart, but at this point I'd recommend raising the price but not getting lost in certain things, which, honestly, I found embarrassing.

28/07/2026: The Food was alright the Pasta Portions weren’t big. The staff was unmotivated and unfriendly. I had to wait an extra 30 min for my Carbonara to arrive, although the others already had their food. Overall unsatisfying experience.

20/08/2026: Whenever I want to eat excellent Neapolitan pizza in a welcoming place, I choose Il Grottino. They have a huge selection of both pizzas and fried foods, a very friendly pizza chef who caters to every request, the staff is attentive, fast, and courteous, and the excellent pizzas are reasonably priced. Most importantly, my big dog is always welcome, which is very important to me since I always take her with me. Well done, keep up the good work!

19/08/2026: Weekday evening with friends. Disappointed with the pizza, which was lacking in content and undercooked. Slow service. The only star was for the very good fried food. We were shocked by the restrooms; there was only a trickle of water running, so much so that we couldn't flush the toilet. Personally, I tend to judge a place's hygiene by its bathroom, and considering there wasn't even water running, I can only imagine what happens in the kitchen. The pizzas also had a bitter aftertaste. Digestion was slow and difficult. It's a shame, everyone remembered this pizza as delicious, but I told my husband, no more pizza and never go to the grottino again.

15/08/2026: Canova Tadolini is one of those places in Rome that impresses as soon as you enter. The atmosphere is emotional and truly unique - as if you are in a museum-studio, surrounded by the artist's sculptures and works. The place has an undeniable charm and is definitely worth visiting at least once precisely for this unusual experience. Unfortunately, the overall feeling does not correspond to the exceptional setting. The staff seemed unwelcoming, rushed and at times dismissive. I will not dwell on the cuisine in detail, but the quality and sophistication of the food were not at the level I would expect from such a prestigious and emblematic place. And the attention to detail and cleanliness leave something to be desired. Exceptional atmosphere and history, but the experience could have been much better.

24/08/2026: It's definitely a beautiful place, especially for the splendid view of the lake. However, if I had to give an honest opinion, there are some aspects that, in my opinion, could be improved. Food: I ordered the fries, but unfortunately, I wasn't particularly impressed: 2/10. The first course, however, was the truffle ravioli, and they were truly delicious: 10/10. Dessert: Unfortunately, I have to give it 0/10. I wasn't expecting such a dessert, and I even mentioned it to the owner, but I didn't get a convincing explanation. What I was served, in fact, wasn't a true Tarte Tatin. It was more like a fried doughnut, accompanied by caramelized apple pieces and vanilla ice cream. Personally, I was expecting something very different. Service: It was good at first, but as time went on, it became quite slow. At times, it seemed as if some requests were forgotten, and, towards the end, the service even seemed a bit rushed. In my opinion, it would be helpful to have more staff, because with a small staff, it's difficult to ensure consistent and adequate attention to all customers. In conclusion, the restaurant's main strength is undoubtedly the splendid view of the lake, which can attract many customers. That said, a beautiful view alone shouldn't be the main element of the experience: there are several spots nearby where you can enjoy equally pleasant views. I believe that, to make the experience truly complete, it would be important to pay greater attention to service, quality, and the attention to detail of the dishes, especially the desserts. I hope these observations can be considered constructive feedback, because the place certainly has excellent potential.

02/08/2026: A spectacular view and a family atmosphere. Delicious food; I recommend the pasta with anchovies and the pasta with octopus. The granitas are also excellent.

18/07/2026: Fantastic restaurant in Ginostra! The staff really go the extra mile, from early morning until late at night. Delicious food, something for everyone. The maccheroni alle norma is the best I have ever eaten.
