01/04/2026: Extremely expensive. I recommend the pastry section. The kitchen was very good, but it doesn't justify the price. We ordered a croque madame, which was very good, a toast with avocado and salmon, which was very small, especially considering the price, and a chocolate muffin that was spectacular. The service was excellent. Impeccable. But the prices are outrageous. A tea was €10, and it wasn't even perfect. It was a decent breakfast, but for €75 for two adults and a child, you expect more quantity and a superb level of quality, which isn't the case. In short, the place is very nice, but stick to the basics.

17/02/2026: Thanks to Francesca at the front desk, always available and impeccable… Thanks to Giorgia whose smile and sweet words at breakfast help you start the day off right… Thanks to Simone, a dinner manager like no other I've ever encountered in any hotel in Rome… and last but not least, a warm greeting to TIZIANA, the massage lady who, with what she does in the hotel's spa, should be considered an employee of the month!!!!!!. I think I'll be returning to the hotel this weekend not only because I feel like I'm part of the family but specifically for her massages. A big hello to all the staff whose names I still have to learn… I forgot… a greeting to the MADE of my room during my stay… the room was ALWAYS spotless and tidy!!!! ❤️See you soon MICHELE from EUR ROME

08/02/2026: Great location - walking distance to everything. Top notch service! Friendly and accomodating. Very knowledgble Rooms are spacious, clean and our room even had a towel warmer. Nice shower and large closet space. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice and plenty of options and variety. Hot and cold options. Will stay there again on the next pass through! Definitely recommend.

07/04/2026: I ordered a Margherita pizza to go. After paying, I waited 30 minutes. I asked if it was ready and they told me they'd forgotten to tell the pizza chef. When I got home, I opened the box, but unfortunately, what I saw didn't resemble a Margherita pizza. The pizza was unsightly and inedible. What makes me even angrier is that the most they can do for the inconvenience caused to the customer is apologize in an annoyed tone, as if it were almost my fault.

27/03/2026: Disgusting drinks and incredibly unfriendly service! We ordered a Hugo and received a very strange-tasting drink (with sambuca or something). After paying, we noticed this and wanted a proper Hugo. After a 5-minute unfriendly argument, during which they tried to tell us that the drink was supposed to taste like that, we left without a drink.

07/12/2025: We're not there yet... unprepared staff... soggy pizza and raw ingredients... no receipt if you pay in cash... go back to Naples... oh... they don't make supplì... in Rome... well... we can do without places like this...

12/11/2025: Terrible experience, not recommended! We stopped here after visiting the Colosseum, feeling tired and hungry, and decided to give this place a try — what a mistake. No one came to take our order for a long time, and when they finally did, we had to wait ages for our food. Two other groups who arrived after us were served and even finished their meals before ours arrived. When we asked the waitress about our order, she seemed irritated that we didn’t speak Italian and told us it would be ready “in two minutes.” When the food finally came, it was awful. The pasta with mushrooms had thick, undercooked pieces of meat, and even the pasta itself was half raw. Absolutely not recommended — save your time, money, and nerves!

18/04/2026: A quiet and recently renovated atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing evening. The service was quick and efficient, with a young but very polite and professional waiter. The quality of the food was truly excellent: delicious pizza and fried foods, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The arrosticini were also excellent: tender, well-cooked, and very flavorful. The quality-price ratio is more than fair. The background music was also much appreciated, helping to create a pleasant atmosphere without being intrusive. A place I definitely recommend!

25/03/2026: Excellent wood-fired pizza, both meat and fish dishes, and very friendly staff. I can't wait for the warmer weather to arrive so I can enjoy an aperitif outside by the pool.

12/04/2026: This was our first restaurant during our stay in Rome… and we ended up going back on our last night! It was our best experience: the food and the staff were so friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

09/04/2026: We received a warm welcome and were seated quickly. We ordered a plate of Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe pasta. The prices seemed slightly high for the portions, but the food was good. However, we waited a long time for the bill, which we finally had to ask for after several attempts.

01/02/2026: A half-empty piadina, missing the filling of parmesan and brie (instead of which, two small pieces of mozzarella) and eggplant (instead of the expected slices, three squirts of eggplant pulp). Disappointing and undoubtedly overpriced (three sparsely filled piadinas for the modest price of €26).

19/04/2026: The food is delicious, but the service leaves much to be desired. It's very, very slow. You have to ask at least twice to ask for anything. Be careful, though. I've read a lot of complaints about the staff's politeness. The waiters are very friendly and polite, but their speed and understanding of requests could be improved.

10/04/2026: Terrible experience, never again. I ordered from this pizzeria expecting a minimum of professionalism, but it was a total disaster. The sorbet was delivered in a bottle of water (San Benedetto), which was absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. To make matters worse, I had ordered a cheesecake and without any warning, they sent me a panna cotta because it "ran out." The worst problem? The panna cotta completely spilled during transportation, ending up on top of the sorbet and tiramisu: the result was everything dirty, smeared, and inedible. A completely ruined order. Zero customer care, zero attention to packaging, and a total lack of seriousness in order management. Waste of money. I strongly advise against it.

02/04/2026: A must-see! The real strength of this place is the staff: always smiling, extremely polite, and quick. They make you feel welcome every time with their extreme courtesy and attention to detail. Congratulations!

14/01/2026: This restaurant offers ample seating, with outdoor tables sheltered by a glass canopy. Excellent service and a good selection of lunch and dinner dishes are available at the bar. Paid parking is available in the adjacent building.

27/03/2026: If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would do so without hesitation. We had booked well in advance for Easter lunch, but a week beforehand we were informed that our reservation had been cancelled because they had reached the maximum number of seats. Apparently, they check "every so often" instead of managing reservations seriously and promptly. I find it unacceptable to be notified only a week in advance for an event like Easter, when it's practically impossible to find an alternative, given that the restaurants have been fully booked for some time. This is unprofessional, disgraceful, and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for customers.

23/03/2026: A delicious lunch with tasty dishes and friendly, attentive service. A warm, family-friendly atmosphere with an outdoor area near the lake. The price was consistent with the quality. Highly recommended, even if it's not cheap.
