07/10/2025: I went with friends and we had both meat and pizza. The sliced ​​steak was truly excellent, the pizza was Roman-style, but you can also make it Neapolitan-style. The appetizers were delicious, especially the amatriciana supplì. Fast and efficient service. The staff were friendly and attentive to the customer's needs! Definitely worth returning.

The atmosphere was elegant, but too many details were out of place for a place with these prices. The space was very cramped. The food was okay. The Valpolicella Ripasso was excellent. 19/11/2025: It's a shame that such a beautiful place, with such kind and helpful waiters, doesn't offer anything to a lactose intolerant person at 11 in the morning, beyond eggs and bacon! No dairy-free sandwiches/toasts/rolls/croissants! And I, who wanted breakfast, drank tea. Considering the location and the prices... I find it serious and outdated. It's clear I won't be returning, preferring places where even those with a dietary restriction can eat something other than eggs and bacon.

We asked other waitresses a couple of times for the dessert menu, and they rudely told us we should ask "our" waiter. When we got the bill, we asked "our" waiter for the bill. I specified a €162 bill for three, and when we asked to split the bill between the three of us, he told us to go to the cashier and pay. We went to the cashier, and the cashier rudely said, "But you should have told us before that you're splitting the bill between the three of us." So I asked myself, "When did we tell the waiter?" More than that, when should I have told him? When was I ordering? It seems absurd to me that, given that we were three young people, we had to be treated like this!!! The service definitely needs improvement!!!!

20/10/2025: The place itself isn’t bad, and the service was fine. But the food — at least what I ordered — was a real disappointment. I specifically asked for a fresh, wild sea bass, and what arrived was a small 900-gram farmed fish, served late and completely dry. Definitely not wild. And at €31 per portion (€63 for the two), the price was outrageously high. Absolutely unacceptable.

31/10/2025: Oh i wonder why the asian guest gets treated so slowly compared to the white girls on the other table? You know i only asked for cheese 4 TIMES, they gave it to me when i had my last bite of pasta, which is funny but sad you know. Didn't know people in firenze could be like this By the way mediocre food for the price, i would have accepted it if they have better work ethics but i guess not
