It's a quiet place. They offer good table service. The coffee is delicious. The breakfast and lunch menus are varied, good quality, and reasonably priced. Recommended.

A great place for breakfast and lunch during your visit to Rome. It was right next to Sant Erasmo Suites where we were staying. Delicious food, super affordable prices, and fantastic service.

If you order a fish plate you will get literally third of a fish filet, defrosted piece of smelly squid and two defrosted scampi. We know our fish so I know what I'm talking about. Oh and no side dish. 23 euros. Kids ate pizza and vegetable risoto, they were acceptable. All in all, if you are really hungry you can stop here, if not keep searching.

It's really great! This is my second time eating here. The lunch set meal is only €7.50 (main course + meat and vegetable dish + vegetables), and the taste is quite good. The restaurant is mostly frequented by locals, so the food is very authentic. Of course, this also means that some dishes might not suit Asian tastes, but when you're in Rome, you have to try the authentic flavors! Lattes and cappuccinos are only a little over €1, very affordable, and the taste is okay (I don't know much about coffee 🥹). Vegetables: Choose spinach, don't choose the other one that looks like lettuce. Main courses: The red pasta has a bit of tomato and mild spice flavor, which is very good; the seafood pasta is also okay, but it depends on personal taste.

22/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful fresh seafood platter and other dishes that were new to us. The two waitresses were very attentive and considerate, but not intrusive. An evening and a restaurant that will remain a fond memory for a long time.
19/04/2026: Behind Castel Sant'Angelo, among the beautiful Roman alleys, lies this small restaurant, so far one of the best I've ever visited. The attention and care shown to the customers from the moment they arrive, with a cute bag hanger designed specifically to hold them at the table, is truly captivating. Their welcome with a taste from the chef is truly ecstatic: a small gourmet dish rich in flavor and served hot. We sampled many appetizers, both raw and cooked, and each was carefully chosen, but the octopus tentacles on potato cake left me speechless... The portions are truly generous and satisfying, something you don't find in high-end restaurants. We continued with a first course, and here's another top dish: perfectly cooked, fiery pasta that perfectly blended the selected seafood sauce with exceptional Castelmagno cheese shavings. The top of my list, and I'll be back soon to discover other dishes.

15/05/2026: Popeye Pizza in Rome is top notch. Amazing crust and toppings. Small place with great service. I love great pizza by the slice. You pick the size of your slice if not ordering a full pizza. I purchased a small bottle of red along with my pizza slice. 10€
