13/07/2024: Bellissima esperienza, tutto buono e bravi tutti! Siamo stati in questo bel ristorante con un gruppo di oltre cinquanta persone; la sala era grande e si riusciva benissimo a parlare, cosa non sempre facile nei luoghi che accettano comitive. Il menu era ricco, tutti i piatti sono stati apprezzati (affettati misti, gnocco fritto, bis di primi _ tortelli di erbetta e maltagliati al ragù _ spalla cotta e patate fritte, con insalata; dolce caffè e ammazzacaffè) con ottimo lambrusco e prosecco ad un prezzo davvero competitivo; servizio impeccabile, veloce e attento. Una tappa obbligatoria per chi visita Fontanellato, la sua Rocca e il suo Santuario! Consigliato caldamente, bravi tutti!

11/08/2024: Review updated 2024: bad, very bad... I went back after 3 years... except that we booked and they didn't have the reservation (they forgot to mark the reservation)... well... then they took us put in a small dingy room in the back with 4 other cats... 1 waiter who showed up every 15 minutes and didn't even ask you if you needed anything... very cold service... the pizza was bad, very bad... before it was in Neapolitan style (really good) now they make it that looks like a freesbie record... unleavened, incorrect cooking, almost burnt... decent quality of the products, pizza to throw away but I had already paid for it... last one time I go to these subjects ... not recommended in August 2024 ...

10/08/2024: Burnt pizza with a terrible vegetable topping. Rude and grumpy elderly owner, who scolded me for having given some ham to the dog, which they allowed us to enter: entry to the 4 LEGS IS FORBIDDEN. Very bad experience. Never again!

29/06/2024: I had dinner at this restaurant a few months ago and, despite the pleasant environment, my experience was not entirely positive. The aspect that disappointed me the most was the lack of clarity on the menu regarding vegan options. Not finding dishes explicitly indicated as such, I asked the waitress if there were alternatives suitable for a vegan diet. His response was to show me two dishes that, in my opinion, were not suitable (baked potatoes and vegetables). To avoid misunderstandings in the future, I would like to underline that a vegan diet is not limited to excluding meat and fish, but also includes the elimination of all animal derivatives, such as milk, butter, eggs, honey and gelatin. I believe that the waitress, although kind, misunderstood my needs, interpreting them as specific food intolerances (for example, gluten or lactose). I suggest the restaurant improve communication regarding vegan options, perhaps by including a specific section in the menu or by training staff to recognize and correctly satisfy the requests of vegan customers. I believe that greater clarity and knowledge regarding vegan nutrition are fundamental to offering a truly inclusive and satisfying service to all customers.

05/08/2024: Good food, good service, nothing exciting but everything good, cooked with excellent ingredients. Prices a little high but you obviously pay for the quality. What I didn't like at all is that we had a 5 year old child at the table who paid as much as an adult. If this is the restaurant's policy I take note.

12/08/2024: We stopped for lunch last Friday. Excellent portions on the daily menu, for beer lovers I recommend the Magica Scura which they offer on tap. Before dessert they offered us a slice of watermelon, it's those small courtesies that I believe make a huge difference on the human side towards the customer. Friendly and confidential staff without being intrusive. Well done!!

04/08/2024: Very bad experience. Old place. Terrible service, they brought me the bottle of water with a fly floating inside. The waitress did nothing but cough and this is not a pretty sight. The icing on the cake was the bill: 15 euros for a gluten-free cooked ham pizza, never paid so expensive, and after waiting 40 minutes and then... 2.50 euros cover charge and since they didn't have bread for my husband who had a fried food, they made him 3 pieces of white pizza and charged him 3 euros... when they should have already been included in the cover charge. Experience not to be repeated!

28/07/2024: We discovered this place 2 years ago. Although the place could do with a little updating, we really liked the pizza, it was easy to digest and the products were of excellent quality. Lately there has been a deterioration in quality and service (annoyed waiters). The last time I received a raw pizza, I kindly asked to make it again, I was even blamed for having chosen a pizza that was like this because of the ingredients used, I'm sorry but I don't accept it, I had gotten it other times and it was cooked perfectly. I was kindly remade a simpler pizza, Margherita, which however was very very dry... no comment (maybe there was a problem with the oven or with the pizza chef??? I don't know... I didn't dare ask, amen ). I don't know if we will return. Sin.
