23/03/2025: We were in Fidenza for an event, and had lunch here on a Sunday. Genuine, traditional, authentic food: all really tasty. The location also reflects the description of the food exactly. Friendly and nice waiters. We will definitely be back!

The environment is nice, not very noisy and the service is friendly and fast (Friday evening before Christmas). The wine list is not exciting and the sparkling wine we drank wasn't either. There is room for improvement in my opinion. The price is in line with the places in the centre, currently in my opinion a little high, but we had a good time here and the whole dinner was taken care of and the price paid was not regretted

The quality consistently surprised us positively in several courses. Here my chef knows his craft. Even the red wine and grappa we chose was of high quality. The service looked after us in a friendly manner. Definitely my recommendation! Free parking behind the house.

09/02/2025: Restaurant located inside an ancient convent in Fontanellato, province of Parma. A revisited, at times innovative cuisine; worth a trip! You can find the same restaurant inside the Labirinto della Masone but, personally, I prefer the main location. I have never stayed at the property, so I cannot comment on the rooms but for those who live far away and also want to visit the Duchy of Parma, I think it is an ideal location; especially because there are truly beautiful places to visit in the area.

Quello che rovina è il personale molto pressappochista, in particolare una cameriera anziana, molto sciatta e trasandata che con modi rustici e maleducati ci ha proibito di accedere alla sala pranzo dicendo che era tutto prenotato e che l'unico tavolo libero era in entrata in mezzo a un gran casino di passaggio. Per carità se una ti dice così non puoi farci niente, e ci siamo seduti ad un tavolino in entrata ma c'era la porta scorrevole che si apriva in continuazione e facendo arrivare un freddo cane a chi doveva mangiare. La cosa peggiore è stato che io mi sono lamentata per il freddo davanti ad una porta continuamente aperta e se si era liberato qualcosa nella saletta ma questa donna mi ha invitato ad andare via , detto urlando e in malo modo e non di certo adatto a trattare un cliente. Mi sarei alzata e uscita solo che ormai avevo ordinato. Inoltre ho poi visto accedere alla saletta gente che arrivava dopo di me a cui aveva detto di attendere qualche minuto . Di solito non mi capita mai un comportamento simile e l' avrei presa a calci se potevo. Mai piu. Si imparano le maniere e l'educazione se si vuole lavorare in un luogo di ristorazione e presentarsi in modo più civile anche nel vestiario.
