15/05/2025: Tourist trap. We came in the evening as a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 & 6. Service was attentive, almost politely aggressive. ʼHead waiter’ suggested he put together some starters for us. Great!! Big mistake. Huge. We ordered our mains at the same time - pasta for the kids, fish for me and Pasta Nerano for my wife. They brought out so many plates for starters it was frankly insane. An artichoke special (kids would not touch it), caprese, breads, Parma ham and more mozzarella and eggplant Parmesan. Just as a starters!! Couple of glasses of ‘house red’ and we enjoyed our food but WAY too much was brought. Cue the shock when the bill was presented. €80 for the starters alone. That’s €20 per person when two of the people are 9 & 6 years old! Total rip off. The most expensive meal we had in our 2 weeks in Italy, and the one that made me feel the most sick with the ripoff price!

26/04/2025: We had lunch at their place on April 25th, and we came back with a pleasant memory. A place worth trying, which reflects (at least in our case) expectations and gives prestige to the area where it is located. The staff welcomed us warmly, and this treatment persisted throughout our lunch (accompanied by nice musicians, my thoughts also go to them). From the culinary side there is not a word to add: they are professionals. In conclusion, it could not have gone better. If I have the chance, I will gladly return for lunch or dinner at their place.
25/04/2025: Eating in this restaurant is an experience that you have to do in your life. It is not a restaurant, it is magic, for the location, in Posillipo, the view (I would put it in first place for location ... and I have traveled), for the truly excellent food. Truly excellent fish dishes, the paccheri with monkfish are delicious. I recommend the desserts, we had a zeppola with chantilly cream and strawberries which was a mystical experience of goodness. Excellent service. This is a place that is truly not to be missed on a trip to Naples.

14/01/2025: What can I say... the Ghe Kalè was cool! I relaxed a world, the location was top and the room was super comfortable. But the thing that struck me the most was the cuisine! The chef is a magician, the dishes were a real delight. I loved the Aglianico stew with mashed potatoes, it was the bomb! If you are looking for a place to unplug and eat well, I recommend it 100%.

03/04/2025: A beautiful hotel where all the family members working there strive to fulfill guests' every wish. We were there from March 26 to April 2, 2025, and had a wonderful time. Varied, delicious Italian food, a wonderful terrace with sea and landscape views, and consistently clean rooms. Many thanks to Claudio and the entire family.
22/03/2025: We spent a week on the Gulf of Naples. We felt very comfortable at this family-run hotel. The food was excellent Italian home cooking. I would love to go back. The rooms were always clean, and the breakfast, with its delicious salami, was a real treat. Thank you, dear family ❤️

29/04/2025: Per andare due sere di fila nella stessa pizzeria, a Napoli, un motivo deve esserci. Dopo decenni di ristoranti rustici, raffinati, stellati, con esperienze a volte buone, altre meno, ti siedi qui, assaggi la frittatina di bucatini e la trovi meglio di qualunque cosa abbia provato finora: croccantina fuori, cremosa dentro, dove bucatini, provola, piselli, carne e besciamella si fondono in un equilibrio di sapori meravigliosi. A seguire una pizza ottima, napoletana ma leggera, dall'impasto tenero e profumato, con pomodoro e mozzarella di ottima qualità. Con un tocco di Romagna.... nella birra, ottima anche lei. Si capisce perché c'è sempre la fila. Ma sono talmente ben organizzati da rendere le attese non troppo lunghe ed il personale è cordiale, come ci si aspetta che sia a Napoli. Sinceramente, fatico a trovare un difetto in questo locale.
29/04/2025: Ottima pizza napoletana non contemporanea. Non sono accettate le prenotazioni quindi bisogna mettersi in fila ad attendere ma, almeno per il nostro caso, i tempi non sono lunghi. Ottime e consigliate le frittatine così come eccellente la gestione dei servizi costantemente presidiati da personale che ne cura la pulizia. Chiaramente ottima la pizza anche se appunto ormai l'effetto wow è raro da trovare essendo la pizza buona fortunatamente molto diffusa.
Per concludere, nota di merito al prezzo, ben al di sotto di quello che mi aspettavo.

Affacciato sul suggestivo porto di Baia, questo ristorante rappresenta una vera e propria perla per gli amanti del pesce fresco e della cucina mediterranea. Fin dal primo istante si viene accolti da Martina, la direttrice di sala con gentilezza e professionalità , una vista sul mare che fa da cornice perfetta a un’esperienza gastronomica di altissimo livello.
Il menù, interamente curato dallo chef Mirko, è un trionfo di sapori autentici e creatività. Ogni piatto racconta una storia di mare, tradizione e passione. Le cruditè di pesce ,così come i primi piatti, dove la pasta si sposa perfettamente con sughi saporiti e profumati. Il pescato del giorno, preparato con tecnica impeccabile, è una vera celebrazione del territorio.
Il servizio è attento e cordiale, e il personale è sempre pronto ad essere a completa disposizione. Si percepisce chiaramente la dedizione e la cura per ogni dettaglio.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chi desidera vivere un’esperienza culinaria unica, in un luogo dove il mare incontra l’eccellenza della cucina. Complimenti allo chef Mirko ,a Martina e a tutto il team!
06/05/2025: Incastonato in uno scenario spettacolare abbiamo pranzato in famiglia alla locanda dei re dove la qualità e la professionalità si sposa perfettamente con chi vuole passare una giornata tranquilla in famiglia.
Menu degustazione con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo antipatici ricercati, spaghetti ai ricci uno spettacolo e frittura fresca asciutta e dorata
Complimenti allo Chef e alla Direttrice ma anche a tutto lo staff
