15/10/2025: My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant in the magical Marina del Cantone in Nerano. The lunch was delicious, undoubtedly one of the best on the Sorrento Peninsula. Giovanna, as was all the restaurant staff, was incredibly kind. We truly felt at home, and the view was spectacular! We were just steps from the sea, kissed by the sun, and pampered with good food and great company!

07/11/2025: Burnt and bland pizza. Unfriendly waiters. There are a thousand better places in Naples. Super sad atmosphere, not even a hint of background music, nothing. You could hear the kitchen and everything they were saying. Al Irons, the waiter who served us, was speaking disparagingly about us to his colleague.
07/11/2025: It may be the oldest pizzeria in Naples but due to the service and the indifferent and ill-mannered staff I would never go back there again. I recommend hiring people who are willing to work there.

26/11/2025: Excellent food, excellent fish, I recommend the appetizers but it would be appropriate to inform the customer of the raw fish added without their knowledge and with a significant surcharge.
21/11/2025: The food quality is good. The service is attentive and courteous. It might be helpful to point out that the raw fish is served separately, excellent, but not separately.

17/11/2025: That same evening, both my father and I vomited everything we ate—real food poisoning. I don't know what was in the spaghetti with sea urchin, but the fact is, we were really sick.
12/11/2025: I didn't like the fact that even though I had paid for the set lunch which included fried prawns and calamari, they made me pay for a mixed fried fish (at my request) which included a red mullet, two anchovies and two cod.

14/10/2025: Antonio & his staff run an exceptional hotel. They accommodated a room change, scheduled a walking tour that with Angelina that was top notch, and enjoyed the restaurants for breakfast. We also misplaced a painting that Antonio found & shipped back to USA. Highly recommend Avino as destination at Ravello.
12/09/2025: I had lunch reservation in this hotel for my birthday. amazing staff very helpful and polite . the food was delicious and high quality.

16/10/2025: Last week I came here with a friend for pizza, wanting something different than usual.
The experience wasn't bad, but my problem was the service.
When I went to pay, I was told that both pizzas plus drinks were €24, then the clerk told me €29.
The cashier said exactly €24, so I was forced to pay €29.
I will never go back to this place again.

The wait time was reasonable even though the place was busy.
07/12/2025: Terrible. We made a reservation and they canceled it 10 minutes before our scheduled time on The Fork. We got there and they told us that reservations aren't valid on Saturdays, so we had to put ourselves on a list. And when I said they should post it on the various websites, they even had the nerve to say it had been done. Absolutely terrible behavior. It would be enough to be honest.

Prices a little higher than average for similar establishments: decent appetizer for the quality and turnover per item (?), a first course (good overall) or a second course of your choice (the meat dishes were so-so), a dessert, 7 mineral waters, 2 liters of wine, dessert and some coffees or liqueurs, average €35 per person (see receipt)......a bit high.
30/09/2025: Nice place, good food and quality products, pizza to recommend, only problem is the service is not working at all... the waiters walk around looking confused

12/11/2025: I didn't like anything except the beautiful tables. I've never had such tasteless pasta anywhere. The carbonara sauce was absolutely tasteless, no salt, no pepper, no cheese. I had slightly warmed egg yolks mixed with spaghetti and a couple of pieces of fried pancetta. Disappointing.

We had booked well in advance for a group of 24, yet they seated us at two separate tables, one of which was tiny and seated seven, creating considerable discomfort. The tables were outside despite the forecast for bad weather. When it started to rain, those seated near the wall got completely soaked, along with their plates, cutlery, glasses, and bottles.
Only later did they prepare an indoor dining area, but they asked us to bring our own plates and dishes, as if we were waiters.
Excessively expensive and lacking air conditioning.
Unprofessional behavior and poor organization. We won't be returning.
12/08/2025: Dinner with traditional products: the location is enchanting, both inside (in a tuff cave) and outside with arches offering a magnificent view. The appetizer with traditional products was rather disappointing (compared to the Irpinia variety!): only three small, unremarkable mozzarella balls and a few pieces of aged cheese. Service was slow and unprofessional: for example, the wine was already opened and brought to the table... As for the rest, the meat dishes were good but in modest quantities. Especially the lamb, which was more bone than meat... the place, however, has great potential. Definitely worth trying again.
