16/11/2024: Advised by our charming local hosts, we discovered this restaurant without pretensions but with a warm welcome for her and attentive for him, a quality wine by the glass and cuisine as we like it, simple and tasty, made with local products in a traditional cuisine. A find! We loved it. However, we have been traveling in southern Italy for 2 weeks. Try it!

04/11/2024: By pure chance we stopped for lunch here, occupying one of the last available tables. We ordered 2 calamari with seafood and a fried dish to share as a second course. The restaurant, with outdoor seating only, has an open kitchen... an extra guarantee for those who sit down. Unlike the other restaurants in the immediate vicinity, aesthetics do not prevail, remaining less touristy and with normal prices. View of the small port of Castel dell'Ovo, I recommend stopping here. You will not stumble upon an "industrial" kitchen, but a home-made one. Price €56 for 2 first courses, 1 fried dish and 1 water. There is.

03/11/2024: I absolutely give 5 stars on everything... We arrived at Borgo marinaro and there was no room anywhere, we turn the corner and arrive at Trattoria da Patrizia (how could I not choose a restaurant with my name 😅).. Obviously everything is full and the owner (Patrizia) tells us that everything is full but if we had the patience to wait she would have found us a place!!! So we did ☺️ The wait rewarded us for everything... We sat down and had the fried whitebait as an appetizer (superlative), as a first course Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (super good), Spaghetti with clams (we expected better) and then to conclude a delicious octopus soup on super spicy and super good croutons the octopus accompanied by an excellent house wine (falanghina)!! To finish we had a limoncello and a meloncello, all for the modest sum of €75.. Fair price, enchanting sea view, excellent cuisine, Patrizia and her excellent assistant.. I recommend it ☺️

17/12/2024: Unfortunately it's a big No. Too bad. The place has potential, it's welcoming, very nice, a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately we're not there with the cuisine and the service. It's really a shame also because it's a very simple cuisine without too many pretensions so it's easy to do bingo! But it is not possible to eat a tasteless appetizer, a side salad with cod that tasted of nothing and with dark cod, a dry and tasteless potato and porcini parmigiana, among the first courses the Genoese one was ok but the other first course with porcini mushrooms and chickpeas Absolutely not. The second courses, the fried fish, were all returned from the other tables too... the dessert was a cream puff... well unfortunately I won't go back nor will I recommend it for the food even as long as you pay €45 each for such simple but well-made cuisine even bad... unfortunately not.

Service: Attentive and Reliable Environment: Familiar and Characteristic Thanks to Camillo and all the staff for making us experience a "No Stress" evening And I close by borrowing his quote "And that's it!" HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🍸🍾

27/11/2024: We ordered local fresh fish (anchovies) both fried and grilled and it was excellent, as well as the tomato salad and potato fries (ordered double portions of both). Clean and well serviced place. Highly recommended.

30/11/2024: Il tavolo affacciato sul mare a pochi passi dal Porto, ma comunque situato nella via centrale della movida di Camerota fa da piacevole cornice al menu’ presentato. Il mare è protagonista assoluto e lo fa in grande stile. Molto buoni i crudi ( la mia ricciola forse un po’ troppo salata) e i primi . Eccezionali i gamberoni al sale. Servizio gentile e puntuale nonostante l’affollamento.

03/10/2024: Mangiato un piatto di spaghetti con vongole c’erano pochissime vongole senza guscio e questo già…salatissime e un piatto di spaghetti con pomodori e melanzane porzioni piccole, una birra piccola e un acqua da 75ml 1 caffè e 1 orzo. Abbiamo pagato 51 euro. Un costo tutt’altro che onesto. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

08/12/2024: It was a Saturday, a not very crowded day, despite the well-known proximity, with children in tow: Appetizer with cuoppo di terra (E.18) You expect abundance and variety, but instead you get light fried food, plenty of anchovies and salad?? Paccheri (and not spaghetti) with seafood was the request: they bring me the seafood, sent back to the chef, some prawns are added... and the rest? To the taste, just enough... My 9 year old son asks for: Sorrento style gnocchi... in a terracotta pan, with the same ones, soaked in an exaggerated quantity of sauce with little white gold: tasted by the disappointed child. (Shortly after we went out and went to the nearby take away: devoured a cuoppo) Margherita rollello...chosen by the remaining family members: good. High Bill…for the quality offered. Tourist restaurant, without pretensions and with no culinary attraction. Merry Christmas from a Neapolitan.
