11/07/2025: We visited for dinner with 7 people for my parents' 70th birthday party. Chef Domenico's food was generally very satisfying, interesting, and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and I was grateful for the good atmosphere. The location was also great because I could see the Naples coastline at a glance. The only regret was that Chef Domenico went to other tables to say hello, but he didn't come to our table, so I was disappointed that I didn't have a chance to ask questions or talk to him about things I was curious about. That's why I only checked the service and atmosphere 4 stars. I uploaded photos of the food that I personally liked.

02/07/2025: Desayuné y tomé un cóctel después de cenar. El desayuno incluía una estupenda selección de panes especiales caseros, como pan de plátano y tostadas de aguacate, y una variedad de excelentes platos con huevos. También una maravillosa selección de diferentes tipos de preparaciones de café. Me sorprendió subir a la azotea, que tenía un ambiente estupendo y una vista impresionante del mar. Cena o cóctel de 4º grado. Sólo tenga cuidado con los posibles insectos en esta época del año. Excelente personal atento en todo momento.

02/08/2025: The food was really bad; you can't trust the Google reviews. The service was a disgrace; they didn't even look at us or ask if we needed anything else. You can't even close the bathroom door because your knees are over the door frame... And the fish fillet was completely overpriced.

24/06/2025: Stop here for tasty pizzas and bakery products. From breakfast to lunch and dinner Roberto (the owner) has all covered! Everything is prepared on-site and from scratch. The quality and taste are really authentic, people are genuine and the prices are very reasonable.

25/07/2025: Disfrutamos de un entrante de calamares fritos, una pasta de pescado y pizza - todos eran geniales, en particular los calamares y especialmente la pizza. El servicio es cálido y eficiente. Nos sentamos dentro, que era fresco, pero se perdió el bullicio de Sorrento ocupado, pero hay algunas mesas en la calle si se puede manejar el calor. Lo que es aún mejor es que incluso con el vino, la factura era de menos de 70 €.

20/07/2025: Quaint little steakhouse tucked away on a quiet side street in Sorrento — a nice escape from the busy tourist spots. We shared a tomahawk steak that came with veggies and potatoes, and it was perfect for the table. I had the lamb and house wine; the lamb was slightly overcooked but still tasty. Overall, a good experience and worth a visit if you’re looking for something authentic and less crowded.

01/08/2025: I went for dinner with friends, the place was elegant, the food was amazing and the waiters Ibra and Salvatore were fantastic.

31/07/2025: In five years in Naples, I've only discovered this gem this once. The location is super central, both when departing for the boat and when returning from the boat. But it's already the best restaurant I've been to in these years in Naples, 100% authentic, an uncomplicated list, where only the best of Naples is available. After six days in Ischia, I only ventured for this place's famous traditional Pizza Frita, and what a pizza it was, the tender dough tasting just like the grandmother's of all those blessed enough to have met and tasted it at her beloved home. Moretti beer, as befits a companion. The highlight of the meal, the best Tiramisu in Naples, made live and in full color by the hands of dear Frederica. It's worth coming just for this gift of seeing the Italian dessert made live. A thousand thanks, it was brilliant. I also had the beautiful Nicola spoiling me with the house Amarettos, for which I am eternally grateful. My flight is delayed, but I'm going with a full stomach and soul. Thank you, dear Tratoria Castel Nuovo. I'm already booking for 2026, both for the outward and return journey. Grazie 🫶

15/08/2025: A nice italian taverna .. a good atmosphere and a good food.. Very kind people and the food was amazing … all the starters and the main course was 10/10… I recommend this this taverna!!!!

14/08/2025: We tried the seafood tasting and loved the different combinations of flavors. We had pasta, which was delicious, and the best part was the wine, as we could pour as much as we wanted. The only downside is that you have to make a reservation, otherwise you'll have to wait for a table.

02/08/2025: We ate at Il Pozzo in Sorrento and ordered a white fish dish and a salmon dish. The fish were very well cooked, fresh, and flavorful; the quality was truly evident. However, the portions of the accompanying salad and mashed potatoes were quite small, which left us feeling a bit short in that regard. The white fish portion was also quite small. The place is pleasant, and the service was decent.

15/08/2025: A lovely hidden gem close to Vietri sul Mare, with a beautiful shaded garden beneath the lemon trees. The food and service are excellent, offering great value for money. We visited several times during our stay, and it never disappointed.

15/08/2025: We ate there for lunch on August 15th. What can I say? Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious, based on fish. We'll definitely be back.

19/07/2025: Pizzeria La Rosa is a historic pizzeria near Colli di Fontanelle. We've known this place for many years because, when we were young, it was one of our favorites. I returned after many years and must say I was pleasantly surprised (let me start by saying we only had pizza, but the restaurant also offers a nice selection of dishes that we'll try next time): fast service, friendly staff, cloth napkins, tables on the terrace where, especially in the summer and in the evening, you can enjoy a pleasant coolness, delicious pizzas, well-cooked, well-topped, large, with a shallow crust. Overall, a great place (again, as a pizzeria for now). The wine selection is also good, and wine by the glass is available. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend it. The prices are very reasonable, even for the made-to-order pizzas.

02/08/2025: A good restaurant in San Mauro del Cilento. It's attached to the local olive oil mill. It offers healthy food with Slow Food labels. Fast service. A small shop selling local products. Superb prices for the quality.

16/06/2025: Typical restaurant, welcoming, friendly staff, we ate very well, typical food and recommended by the owner, all homemade, exquisite dishes, they offered us various tastings of other dishes, very tender and quality meat. We paid little, modest prices and everything was good. I highly recommend

07/06/2025: Historic restaurant in Oliveto: strictly homemade pasta... truly exceptional ricotta ravioli with sauce or with courgette flowers... grilled meats with an ancient flavour... Mafalda cake not to be missed!!

25/06/2025: The food is incredible. Very tasty. The service was very good. And the prices were spectacular. If you're in Pompeii, don't hesitate to go there for lunch. I don't know if it's open for dinner... but the food is spectacular.
