Un bémol : des prix dans la logique du marché à l’exception d’ une addition incompréhensible de 78 euros pour trois verres d’un vin blanc régional • soit 26 euro le verre ,nous n’avions pas pensé demander le prix du vin au verre d’habitude on est dans les 10 euros le verre de vin local. Dommage ça surprend d’autant plus que nous étions déjà venus l’année dernière sans subir cette surprise. • Ce vin coûte 18 Euro la bouteille sur le marché, belle marge

30/05/2025: I just returned from a trip to Italy with a family of 15. Our boat trip was cancelled due to weather so we went to Ravello as a plan B. I was scrambling to find restaurant accommodations for 15 and stumbled upon Sigilgaida. Enter our hero, Pasquale. He and I chatted and he not only made room to accommodate us, but what he had prepared re seating options when we arrived for dinner was beautiful. Wonderful setting with breathe taking views. To say my family was thrilled and delighted would be an understatement. What followed after we were seated turned out to be one of the highlights of our 10 day trip. We were wined and dined as if we were long lost members of Pasquale's family. He introduced local wines (one of which was my favorite of the trip), brought insight to the dishes, and treated us with surprises at every turn. He created a night none of us will forget and in the process we felt like we made a new friend. Beyond that, when the meal was complete, Pasquale and the staff had rides for us waiting back to Amalfi (no easy feat at that time and place). Over the top consideration and service. If you find yourself in Ravello and are looking for an amazing meal, with incredible views, that will create lasting memories, don't miss this place. 05/06/2025: Never again! The food is out... (I'm holding back here). It was horrible. We didn't want to pay anything. It was quite a hassle; we had to fight to avoid paying. English isn't their strong suit. I asked for the boss and went there with Google Translate. I don't recommend it!

The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both comfortable and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Allesa (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name) at the front desk—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made check-in seamless and every interaction a genuine pleasure. Likewise, Vincenzo (again, apologies if the name isn’t quite right), the restaurant manager, stood out for his incredible patience, kindness, and commitment to exceptional service, making every dining experience a joy. The night-duty bar staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating—always ready with a warm smile and hot water for my nightly tea. The hotel itself is simply stunning, with breathtaking views that never get old. It’s ideally located, surrounded by a variety of fantastic restaurants and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around so convenient. The wellness facilities, serene pool area, and easy beach access were sensational—perfect for rest, rejuvenation, and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. This hotel is more than a place to stay—it’s an experience. We can’t wait to return!

28/05/2025: We spent 4 days at the Hotel Mary, using it as our home base for exploring the Sorento/Positano region. The location was ideal and the setting was perfect. The rooms were lovely and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to explore this region without being caught in the tourist hustle and bustle of the other regions.

20/02/2025: A fantastic experience! The sandwich shop is a real gem, with a comfortable and familiar environment that makes you immediately feel at home. The sandwiches are simply delicious: fresh and tasty ingredients, prepared with so much care. The beer on tap is a must try! The staff is helpful and kind, always ready to satisfy every request with a smile. The quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere make this place a great choice for an evening with friends or a dinner with the family. Highly recommended!

03/05/2025: Località davvero stupenda. Parcheggio molto ampio. Il cibo davvero squisito, si sentiva la qualità e la freschezza delle materie prime. Super accogliente, servizio veloce e tempi di attesa molto rapidi. Consiglio vivamente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

27/05/2025: I was able to eat on the second floor of the store. Even though I don't speak Italian, they treated me kindly. I had vongole pasta and fried shrimp and squid, and they were really delicious.

17/05/2025: We had our last dinner here after a tour. All seafood dishes are great. We had 6 dishes for two of us. Every dish is very good. Especially we ordered clam sauté again after finishing one. So goood!

28/05/2025: The restaurant has no view, the service is okay. We ordered four dishes: 1. Pizza, very average, little cheese. 2. Octopus salad, only octopus, no vegetables, olives. 3. Stewed chicken legs, edible, very big legs, thought they would be small. 4. Vegetarian lasagna, not rich, but good thing my friend who doesn't eat beef got to eat lasagna too. This meal cost 106 euros.

13/06/2025: In vacanza con amiche, ci hanno proposto questo locale tipico: abbiamo trovato personale preparato, attento alle esigenze della clientela e molto cortese. Il ristorante è anche pizzeria con forno a legna. Ottimi gli antipasti, i primi, i secondi sia di pesce che di carne. Le porzioni sono molto generose. Consigliatissimo

05/06/2025: After our hike on the Sentiero dei Limoni, our group of around 40 people stopped for lunch at Ristorante La Botte in Minori – and received a very warm welcome. The food was simply fantastic! Maria Pia cooks with love and passion, which you can really taste. The pizzas were also impressive across the board. The service was attentive, friendly, and fulfilled our every wish. A special bonus: Giuseppe, the family's son, is an artist – the beautiful paintings on the walls are all his work and give the restaurant a very personal touch. We would love to return – La Botte is highly recommended!
