07/07/2025: We had a little dinner in this very nice place and we took a cutting board with some very good cheeses and really special cold cuts, too bad there were really too few. The food was pleasant but it didn't excite me as I would have expected from the reviews, a first course for €18 must be delicious, not acceptable. Amazing innkeeper, too bad I can't say the same about the rest of the team.

15/08/2025: A truly well-maintained and well-managed place. The dishes are excellent. I'll definitely be back. I recommend the tagliatelle with lamb ragù and the stuffed ravioli.

The atmosphere is intimate, meticulously crafted, and very welcoming: perfect for a lunch with friends. The cuisine is truly excellent: dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, carefully presented, and authentic in flavor.

30/08/2025: Tiny family-run restaurant: the wife waits tables, the husband cooks. The atmosphere is informal and friendly. Fresh homemade pasta is served. We ordered chitarra with truffle and scamorza with truffle. Both dishes were beautifully seasoned with generous shavings of fresh summer truffle. Good bulk wine (red Montepulciano di Abruzzo). Fair prices. I've attached a photo of the menu. We were lucky to get the last table. Reservations are recommended.

29/08/2025: Small and cozy place. Quiet with only four tables, so it's best to book in advance. Excellent ravioli and the pork loin with caramelized onions are delicious. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

28/08/2025: Disgusted! We had a Majella appetizer and two first courses, but we left without finishing our meal. They brought me a mushroom first course, which was a surprise! A beautiful bumblebee-like insect mixed with the pasta!

Ambienti molto lineari e ben organizzati , dove il Personale di Sala 🤵🏾 si muove molto velocemente e secondo i crismi del Galateo ! I Gestori al riguardo sono molto esigenti ed alche con la Clientela ( anche quella conosciuta ) di mostrano prodighi di “ consigli culinari “ finalizzati a gustare al meglio i Piatti del giorno …. Noi abbiamo preso la 🐑 Coratella di agnello 🐑 perché - per chi piace - è un bocconcino niente male ! Per dolce 🍰 poi …. , abbiamo ordinato della “ Sbrisolona “ ricoperta con crema chantilly ! Cos’altro da aggiungere ? È una Location già conosciuta e dove ci fa sempre molto piacere ritornare ….

01/09/2025: Excellent restaurant just outside Navelli. Naturally, there are numerous saffron dishes. The ones we tried were truly excellent, with a special mention for the saffron cream with millefeuille. The price was also very fair. Definitely worth returning if you're in the area. See you soon!

19/08/2025: Excellent food and value. The dishes use top-quality ingredients. The wine list is good, though not particularly extensive, which isn't a problem at all, but makes choosing easier. The staff is very kind and friendly. The experience is worth repeating.

05/08/2025: Very pleasant and quiet atmosphere behind the castle. We sat outside on a panoramic terrace. The food was delicious. It's a shame about the service... extremely slow!

21/07/2025: If you're in the area, it's worth a visit. Arrosticini, potatoes, and a selection of cured meats and cheeses (made in-house) deserve 10 minutes of applause :), but the first courses are also delicious. Perfect service. Thank you!!

21/07/2025: Excellent! This is the most important reason to visit Rocca Pia, a charming and authentic village in itself. We were welcomed warmly, immediately engaged in a frank conversation, and the food was exceptional. Highly recommended!

12/07/2025: The quality of the dishes is excellent. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The wine cellar is good. The lemon delight is excellent and artisanal. The portions are generous, perhaps too large... It would be better if they told you when you order so as not to leave food on your plate.

08/08/2025: Fantastic pizzas and arrosticini. The double-dough one is excellent, but not for the faint of heart... Let's just say two people eat well... with a pizza! The owner is incredibly friendly. We also tried the delivery service, and everything was perfect. Well done.

05/08/2025: I'm reviewing the restaurant. We returned with some friends after a visit to the Stiffe Caves. And once again, it didn't disappoint. I'm obviously talking about the restaurant, which delighted us with its truly high-quality products. I recommend the Massari appetizer, which is almost a full meal of local products (cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, etc.). The coratella and the other appetizer courses are delicious, but the truly delicious thing was the Massari cacio e pepe, which I assure you rivals and surpasses many of the ones they make in Rome. Thanks also to Emanuele and Nonna Ernestina, who add a touch of homeliness to the place. Well done. Recommended.

26/07/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante per 2 sere, la prima abbiamo iniziato con l'antipasto ma a causa dell'abbondanza e della qualità siamo riusciti ad assaggiare soltanto gli arrosticini ma la seconda abbiamo optato per i primi e secondi e debbo dire che la qualità della materia prima ci ha estasiato, il personale impeccabile e competente Alessandro con la sua simpatia e efficacia cià ha guidato per tutte due le serate da ripetere e lo consiglio

16/07/2025: Cibo (dall'antipasto al dolce) e servizio di grande qualità. Assoluatmente consigliabile. Da non perdere a Sulmona.
