They paid a lot of attention to people with celiac disease. The entire menu was also available gluten-free, including the handcrafted desserts.
Excellent quality/price ratio.
Superlative restaurant, highly recommended!

13/09/2024: 5 stars is not enough, Il Corsaro deserves at least 10 ;) the best seafood I have ever eaten and the owners are the best hosts I have ever met. You can't go there just once and only for a moment because it is a little paradise on earth to which you should come back.
