28/02/2026: Everything was excellent. We ordered the six-course vegan tasting menu and were truly full afterward; it was delicious. The place is quiet and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back. There's also an excellent selection of vegan wines.

29/01/2026: I loved stopping by Lu Pennese — a charming little eatery in Italy known for authentic porchetta and local Italian sandwiches. The food was simple but incredibly flavorful, with friendly service that made the experience even better. Definitely a memorable and delicious find! 🇮🇹🍖

06/03/2026: Location that already upon entering makes you feel in a welcoming place, unique and intriguing. The maitre d' very kind and suuuupeeerrr nice, we were welcomed very well.. starting with the very delicious and fresh raw appetizer and then tasting the spaghetti with black garlic of incredible goodness "that overwhelming flavor remained in my memory" and then finishing with the fish soup cooked with tomato puree very good but it didn't intrigue me as much as the rest.. mandarin sorbet fresh and different from the usual.. I expected more choice of desserts and perhaps lighter among the choices apart from the sorbets they all seemed too heavy to finish a meal.. a tip, I missed the wet wipes to clean my hands, I don't know if they were available but there were no offers.. anyway it remains an excellent place and I hope to return soon!!

22/02/2026: A must-try restaurant, open for years. I really enjoy the cuisine, typical of the Abruzzo coast with plenty of seafood. However, it seems to me that the menu hasn't changed much in years (my last visit was over 10 years ago), but I'm not entirely sure. That being said, the dishes were excellent, from the antipasti (an assortment of raw and then cooked fish) to the desserts (apple strudel with vanilla ice cream), not forgetting the primi and secondi. The wine list offers a nice variety of local and international wines at prices to suit all budgets. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

03/02/2026: Even though you have to travel a bit to get to the restaurant, it's definitely worth it. Impeccable service: fast, friendly, helpful, and above all, very professional. The restaurant is modern yet classic, yet very welcoming. Excellent food, from the appetizers to the pizzas, the arrosticini, the tagliata, and the desserts, which are truly excellent. Overall, remarkable value for money. I'll conclude by saying that I've been here several times and they've never disappointed me. A wonderful place, keep up the good work!

Excellent meat and quality pizzas served in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive service. Reasonable waiting times. Suitable for couples, families, or groups of friends. At Taverna, you'll find excellence: from the seafood cuisine to the selection of wines and grappas, with recommendations from the legendary sommelier, from the desserts to the service. Here, the customer is king. All in the heart of the historic center, with 5-star service. If you don't have a snake in your pocket, your palate will thank you.

11/02/2026: Il Corsaro is a restaurant that excites. Immersed in a breathtaking setting, where you can enjoy marvelous views of the Vasto coast. Stepping out onto the sea-view terrace is an intense and unforgettable experience. Then, sitting down at the table, in such a refined, hospitable, and welcoming atmosphere, you can enjoy a refined and delicious fish broth, preceded by seafood appetizers. An extraordinary experience. The owner, Antonello, is a delightful person, refined in his manners and tastes. He makes you feel at home, with his kindness and genuineness. What more can I say? I was absolutely impressed. Congratulations indeed.

10/03/2026: Simply spectacular! Passing by with my dad, we stumbled upon it by pure chance, and we literally felt right at home. Lorenzo is a true leader of the dining room, he knows how to entertain with charm, he knows how to advise, and with his "I'll take care of it" attitude, he never fails! Extremely high-quality home-cooked food, with portions that will keep you hungry for two days. Kudos to Lorenzo's mother, who we learned is the kitchen's leader. Highly recommended!

25/02/2026: My first experience at this restaurant, unfortunately, was not a positive one. I specifically requested gluten-free pasta due to an intolerance. After eating it, I experienced significant symptoms consistent with my condition, including severe bloating and discomfort. This made me question whether the request was properly handled, an aspect that cannot be underestimated for those with an intolerance. For the second course, we ordered chicken with potatoes, but I found the saltiness excessive and the perceived quality of the meat not in line with my stated expectations. The thirst and discomfort persisted throughout the evening and into the following day. From my personal experience, I will definitely not return. *You know perfectly well who I am, so this is not an "unidentifiable" profile. I would like to point out that the cake we brought was gluten-free, precisely because my intolerance is not an opinion but a condition that I manage carefully. I reported the symptoms I experienced after eating the pasta served as "gluten-free." When declaring an intolerance, the restaurateur must pay maximum attention to the customer, also out of respect. Regarding the main course, my opinion remains based on my personal experience, both in terms of perceived quality and the level of saltiness, which I found excessive. Every customer has the right to express their opinion, just as every restaurateur is free to respond. Have a good day.
