26/10/2025: Warm welcome and excellent cuisine. We ate a delicious mullet carpaccio with bottarga, followed by black rice with octopus flavored with fish broth. Perfect flavors from start to finish. A lime sorbet to finish. A very generous limoncello spritz. 2 glasses of a local white wine full of character. Everything is just right in the flavors and cooking. All for 70 euros per person, which seemed justified to us.

15/08/2025: We spent some wonderful days at Kapogiro Beach, we felt at home. Vanessa and Gilberto (Gibi) are the owners, welcoming, always smiling, and genuine. They have all the comforts, including new and constantly sanitized bathrooms. Unforgettable aperitifs, dinners, and lunches with fresh fish delivered every morning and very fair prices. Highly recommended are the braziono or salmon ravioli handmade by Mamma Silva, the best I've ever eaten! Our go-to place at the Lido ❤️

05/11/2025: We recently went for lunch. Honestly, I had high expectations since some colleagues had mentioned it to me, and perhaps that's why I'm disappointed (spoiler alert). The menu is 80% fish and 20% meat, and the offerings include a good variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses (and the usual average desserts). As mentioned, the buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto crudo (raw ham). The prosciutto was good quality, but the buffalo mozzarella (it was so small), like 90% of restaurants, is served cold... not even room temperature... The fish dishes actually looked nice, and those who ordered them confirmed the overall quality (although the fried foods had a bit too much oil leftover). Some friends and I ordered the fettuccine (with mushrooms and wild boar ragù). I presume to be able to judge the quality of a fettuccine, having eaten all kinds, especially homemade ones made by various people. Unfortunately, the ones at "I Quadri" lacked any of the fundamental characteristics of a good fettuccine. The pasta was extremely thick, which, combined with the al dente cooking, made it difficult (or impossible) to "wrap around a fork." It also lacked the roughness one expects from homemade pasta: the sauce literally ran off. Regarding the sauce, neither the mushroom nor the wild boar ones lived up to expectations, being rather liquid (disjointed) and lacking any distinct flavors. A real shame. The wine list is varied, but it's absurd that they don't include a red wine by the glass, only white. Coffee at the end: truly "a tear" in the cup. Yet we didn't ask for ristrettos... The service was courteous but not particularly precise: on several occasions we had to ask several times, attracting the attention of various waiters. In conclusion. An average experience that I could repeat only to taste the fish dishes which, in hindsight, seem to be the heart of this restaurant.
03/11/2025: The food at Il Quadri is good: excellent fried food, fish, risotto with scampi cream, excellent cocktails, excellent meat, desserts, and oysters. The price is fair, and the atmosphere is great, even on rainy days. Pure relaxation. The pizza and bar are also excellent.

03/11/2025: An exceptional experience, as always. "Da Giulia" is a family-run restaurant serving the freshest seafood, with excellent traditional Apulian and Sicilian dishes. We stop by every time we're in Milan, having discovered them through the "4 Ristoranti" program. It's become a must-visit ❤️. Of course, there are also "meat" options, which we haven't tried yet. The prices are fair for the food offered, and the service is attentive. The "Lugana" wine from the "Ca' dei Frati" winery is highly recommended for a seafood dinner. The average price indicated refers to what we ate: about €100 each, including three courses per person, two desserts, one wine, water, and service.
16/10/2025: Everything was delicious! A restaurant where you immediately feel a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. The service is friendly, discreet, and always attentive, while the cuisine combines tradition and attention to detail. Beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors: from the starters to the main courses, everything is prepared with great balance.

11/10/2025: This was an odd experience. Most importantly, the food is delicious, wonderful in fact. Exactly what I wanted - a taste of Lecce. We started with the fiori di zucca fritti and a sample of olive oil toasts. I had the Sagne Nnannulate with the tomato sauce with horse meat, lovely balance of richness and savory tomato flavor. My wife enjoyed the Ciceri e tria pasta, also wonderful. We paired it with a nice rose wine. Where I felt bothered was how we were treated. This is my 10th trip to Italy, so I know the customs and embrace them fully. I am not fluent but speak Italian decently for a tourist. We were dressed as well as anyone who showed up. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened at 8pm. There was a large tour group eating inside. However we were told we could only eat outside. OK, I understand it's Saturday night maybe there were many reservations so we took seats outside. But it was evident that we were not welcome for whatever reason. We could tell from the conversations as people rang the bell to enter, half of the people who arrived afterwards didn't have reservations. I speak well enough to understand the language of the restaurant. YET NO ONE ELSE WAS MADE TO SIT OUTSIDE. Each time the door opened, we hear people inside enjoying themselves and we were alone outside. While food service was OK, in my many visits to Italy this was the first time I was made to feel like a stranger. Made more apparent every time the front door closed. To reiterate, the food is wonderful. The inside atmosphere and decor, from what we could see through the windows like beggars, is charming. We just didn't feel welcome. We skipped dessert downed a coffee, paid and left. We felt welcome in Bari for 3 nights but Lecce was not welcoming this night. Dumb luck I guess.

11/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant that looks like a lakeside stilt house. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. We were even offered a digestif at the end. The price was reasonable for what we ate. We'll be back next time we pass through Bolsena.

05/10/2025: We had a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and friendly, and the owner was down-to-earth yet knowledgeable (he knows his stuff). We had the set menu for lunch and left feeling full and satisfied. The dishes that left us with a great impression were the lard, the raw meat (fantastic), the veal with tuna sauce, the tagliolini with truffles (fabulous), and the roast. Next time, I'll be back with the whole family.

17/10/2025: We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend from Algero. The various seating areas are beautifully designed, partly inside, partly outside. Since we didn't have a reservation, we were seated on a covered terrace in a quiet alleyway instead of in the brick arch, which is even nicer. Nevertheless, we had a very pleasant seating! Our waiter, Marco, spoke very good English and was even able to translate most of the ingredients into English upon request, something we haven't experienced very often in Sardinia. Marco was also able to confidently answer questions about the dishes and wines. Both of us, having previously worked in the restaurant industry, were more than impressed by the very attentive and courteous service. Unlike in some restaurants, we were even asked if we wanted to share the starters and main courses, and plates and additional cutlery were served promptly. We had the Agliata de pesce and the veal tartare with peaches for starters. Both were delicious. We drank a bottle of the house white wine, which went wonderfully with the food. For the main course, we had the tagliolini with pecorino, sabei, and truffle, which were wonderfully creamy, and the culurgione with beef ragù. We didn't have dessert. After an espresso, we asked for a myrtle liqueur. We had no idea that it would be added to the bill at the end, as we assumed it was a gift from the chef, but we only had ourselves to blame for not having asked. Ultimately, it tasted very good and wasn't expensive. I would recommend this restaurant anytime! We had a wonderful evening here.
