The restaurant is decorated with great taste and imagination, very personalized, and nothing banal.
The owner, Lele, is a professional in the industry, always welcoming and kind.
The cocktail menu is the result of careful research and is constantly updated, as is the food menu.
The desserts are also excellent.
They also lend themselves to excellent results for off-site events.

Then you go in and discover that they offer an aperitif you don't expect, with a sushi stand, where you can taste the fish and the attention to aromatic combinations. Very good. Very special. Very unexpected. Very everything.

19/08/2025: The menu is simple, but very good. We were lucky enough to come on a jazz night under the rock. The view is breathtaking. Freshness and beauty guaranteed.
17/08/2025: A family-friendly, intimate, and informal atmosphere. The setting is shaded and cool, even in August. The piadinas and cresces are excellent. The staff is very friendly. The view is breathtaking. We went for lunch, but we're planning on returning at sunset.

15/08/2025: This family-run restaurant is a true gem. The food is simply delicious. The welcome is warm, and the young owners make you feel right at home. A special touch is the Mussolini dining room, filled with memorabilia and photographs. A perfect place for a special dinner or a family lunch.
14/08/2025: This historic bar located in the center of the Furlo district offers friendly, fast service. Guests can enjoy traditional trattoria dishes, such as tagliatelle or ravioli with truffles, crescia sfogliata, platters of cured meats, or a truffle frittata. Definitely recommended for a stop after a long walk.

The service was prompt, nonpartisan, apolitical, and unsmiling.
19/08/2025: Very tasty and down-to-earth cuisine, also very tasty truffle dishes, all at fair prices.
Very cozy inside and wonderful in the garden under the trees.
One waitress seems a little annoyed and not very cordial, but the others are all the friendlier.

01/08/2025: Exceptional! A magical, quiet place that combines relaxation, appetite, and vacation. Not to be missed! Easily accessible, with on-site parking, a spacious, comfortable room with air conditioning, a comfortable bathroom, and a bed that will make you sleep soundly. A fabulous garden with a pool, solarium, and shaded areas. The managers and staff know their job as hoteliers and restaurateurs: congratulations! Excellent value for money.

17/08/2025: The atmosphere is simple but well-kept and clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is good. We had pizzas (all very good) and a delicious, tender grilled steak. It's a shame the desserts were sold out. It would have been 5 stars.
Recommended.

03/05/2025: Meraviglia! Una famiglia davvero gentile, generosa, appassionata di cucina e di storia. Conoscere Alberto e Roberta è un piacere e un onore! Il luogo è davvero splendido, soprattutto la Grotta delle Delizie (direttamente scavata nella montagna), con una cantina di vini eccellente. E poi i piatti parlano da soli: una tecnica ineccepibile che valorizza tantissimi prodotti tipici. Sarà difficile dimenticare il rotolo di faraona in crosta di pane con fondo di cottura e tartufo, ma non sono da meno anche i cappelletti. Questi sono davvero i luoghi che fanno il bene dell'Italia e di noi.
23/12/2024: Locale storico ben tenuto e arredato in modo rustico tradizionale . Il plus é una grotta interna, che contiene la cantina edove si può pranzare, condizioni metereologiche permettendo. Ottimo servizio piacevole e quasi famigliare. Piatti ben fatti, gustosi e saporiti, molti dei quali prevedono il tartufo, prezioso ingrediente della zona. Ottima e diversificata cantina. Prezzi corretti.

20/04/2025: The Shine bar and restaurant offers a culinary experience of exceptional quality. Each dish, choreographically presented, is prepared with care and superb ingredients. Although the price is slightly above average, the quality of the food fully justifies the expense. Compliments!

I recommend the game tortelli with truffles.
Wonderful meat.
Susanna, the owner, is kind and engaging. I don't live nearby, but I'll be back at least once a year.
03/08/2025: Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the homemade first courses. The truffles were superb! The meat was excellent! Try the tart made by the owner with fresh fruit and maybe add some salted caramel ice cream!
