We went to this small bar next to the main car park of the gorges for lunch. Tables both outside and inside and à la carte menus. I really appreciated the kindness of the lady and the girl who served us. We opted for two truffle omelettes and two beers. Good!

I've been coming to Furlo for 20 years and passing through here! historic bar to take breaks when going on a trip. Ice creams, coffee, drinks, tobacco, gadgets and souvenirs... and lots of parking in front.

Located at the mouth of the Gola del Furlo. A historic venue that preserves a piece of Italian history inside. Although he despises, disagrees and distances himself from any political, social, human etc. choice made in that period, it should still be remembered (historia magistra vitae) that in the room there is a splendidly preserved room in which Mussolini used to stop. Moving on to current things: here you can eat the best truffle tagliatelle, excellent platters of cold cuts with piadina as well as other first and second courses. Extremely friendly and pleasant service.

It has now been a fixed stop for me for years, tagliatelle with truffles and then fished in the Candigliano. Prices increase every year but these days it's normal!

Nous nous sommes arrêtés à côté et on nous a conseillé ce restau / bar Nous avons pris des piadine, un panini fromage et des patates Plutôt bon

15/12/2023: È la mia seconda volta e ormai penso di poter esprimere un giudizio consapevole. Il cantuccio è un locale eccezionale. La cucina dello chef ricorda sapori dimenticati, di cui solo pochi fortunati possono ancora beneficiare. Appena entrati ci si sente subito in un ambiente familiare. Tutto è chiaro fino dall'inizio: pochi fronzoli ma alta qualità. Volete mangiare bene e restare con un sorriso in faccia per tutto il pranzo (e anche dopo)? Provate il Cantuccio, lasciate fare allo chef e godetevi il pranzo. Non ve ne pentirete (tutto fenomenale: tagliatelle con i fagioli, carbonara, gnocchi all'anatra, piccione ripieno, tagliata ... etc)

Il Cantiere

13/03/2024: I've been to eat at the Cantiere a few times, the pizza and the first courses are very good, the place is quite large and welcoming, the staff makes you feel at home Furthermore, being along the SS16 it is convenient for a quick pit stop because on its menu there are many other appetizers
08/12/2023: I see that everyone who stopped here was enthusiastic, I join the chorus and sincerely thank the owners and staff for their skill and courtesy, a small place without pretensions aesthetically but perfect, especially in a little-frequented location
