We stopped for lunch. The atmosphere was a bit spartan, but welcoming, well-maintained, and clean.
A large bathroom, including one accessible to disabled guests.
The staff were extremely friendly and the food was as good as it used to be. Compliments to the chef, who quickly served several courses.

"La Tana del Lupo" – Acqualagna (PU)*
You walk into La Tana del Lupo expecting to eat pizza, but instead you're embraced.
*Service*: Olympic relay speed, Sunday lunch kindness. The beautiful waitresses read your mind: glass half empty? Already filled. Determined, precise, but if you let out a joke, they're the first to laugh. Hats off.
*Pizza*: Here, the rules aren't Neapolitan; they're from Signora Patrizia. Sonia's mother...she's beautiful too.
Fine pizza with burrata that says "ciao" when you bite into it, crispy on the outside and with a center softer than Signora Patrizia's caresses. Ingredients that taste of the forest and the true Marche region. Each slice is a declaration: "We joke, but never about pizza." I tried to leave the edge. I failed. With dignity.
*She, the pizza chef, Signora Patrizia, Sonia, and the team*: They're the ones in control. Patrizia, in front of the wood-fired oven, is the absolute authority, the one who fixes everything with a glance.
Sonia is the driving force: present, attentive, she solves everything before it becomes a problem. In the pizzeria, she leads the way with a peel that looks like an orchestra conductor's baton. And the team follows the rhythm: close-knit, alert, with the pride of those who know they work in a place where things are serious.
Determined, I say: if you're only looking for truffles in Acqualagna, you're missing half the story. The other half is here, between a Margherita that moves and a lady who never misses a beat.

I returned for dinner here after 4-5 years. The pizza is always very good and the prices are reasonable! The only downside is the excessive wait times and the waiters are confused! I asked the waiter for mayonnaise and he told me it was out. When I saw another waitress bringing it to another table, I asked for it and she brought it to me right away! It's a shame because it's a nice place and the food is good!
