05/02/2026: This place, which we discovered for lunch, is very family-friendly, and the food is plentiful and home-cooked. A great find, worth trying if you're in the area, or making a reservation because it's very busy. Keep in mind that they serve pizza in the evening, which is very popular.

29/03/2026: We had lunch at Ristorante Viareggio and the experience was excellent. The location is fantastic, right on the beach.
The fish is incredibly fresh and carefully prepared: we tried the appetizers, the first courses, and the dessert and were truly satisfied. The value for money was also excellent.
The owner is truly friendly, kind, and helpful. He also loves dogs; we had a German Shepherd-like dog with us, and there were no problems at all.
If you're looking for a place to eat excellent fish in Grottammare without too many frills but with plenty of substance, Viareggio is a guarantee. We'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: Whenever I'm in Offida, a visit to Oasigel is a must. Gelateria is far too simplistic. You can also have a colazione or aperitivo there, for example.
The two owners, a married couple, are super nice, friendly, and helpful. They gave me a great restaurant recommendation for Offida, for example.
Everything tastes excellent, from the cornetto to the coffee products to the aperitivo. They also have a very good pecorino, as an alternative to the classic aperitivo.

The lady serving us (I assume the owner) also offered us an appetizer—yes, ciauscolo and other salamis, including a spectacular organic one. Plus cheeses and other items. All served as appetizers. A friendliness and attention to customers that you're no longer used to, almost strange...
It's astonishing to see how the locals, despite what they've been through, have managed to roll up their sleeves and move forward.
