23/03/2025: Unfortunately I was disappointed with the tortellini, I must say that I am not a regular customer but I have bought them a few times. One evening I arrived late and they were closing, I asked if I could come in and they said yes, they gave me old tortellini that were not good at all. I was very disappointed, if they didn't want to serve me they could have just said no, it's not professional!

08/03/2025: Excellent fresh homemade pasta, missing some milk/lactose-free options Fast cashier service, service at the table is not very attentive However, the experience is positive, the freshness of the pasta reigns supreme

01/05/2025: Booked with the fork at 1.15pm (two people) passed by at 1.245pm and the place was closed with the words open from 12.15pm (also on Google). First thing everyone would think, the place is closed in winter. The owner calls us at 4.15pm screaming because we didn't show up. 1 change the times on the door and on google 2 if you are frustrated, change jobs 3 Don't call a customer who doesn't show up 3 hours after booking 4 In addition to the screams they left racist comments that we are not Italian. (rest assured that we are more Italian than you and in any case it is the tourists who give you work so respect, always) 5 Learn education before opening a restaurant. All of the above happened in February (to specify in case you don't remember). Never again!!!

29/04/2025: The 25 cm. I booked a table for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children) in this inn through The Fork based mainly on the good reviews reported in the application. We are greeted by a gentleman who asks us to have a little patience because a girl on the staff was ill, he was leaving and the boy serving tables was a novice, but not to worry. We trust and sit down anyway even because it was late and raining. Given the above average prices and the short time available, we plan to eat a first course and possibly a side dish. Before leaving, the gentleman offers us three samples of first course while the girls, who take a plate of amatriciana each, will be served after about half an hour. In addition to the tastings, we take water and 2 ½ liter carafes of house wine and then a plate of ham. After more than an hour and a half since we sat down, something to eat finally arrives, two dishes of chicory (to be honest, good) which however we hadn't ordered and after a further 10/15 minutes the famous samples begin to arrive. Given the time of service and the not excellent quality of the dishes (the scialatielli with mushrooms were overcooked and watered down as well as tasteless and the amatriciana decidedly insignificant, I would have cooked it better), having to leave again, we decide to give up the side dish and ask for the bill. We were told verbally by the waiter that the total lunch was 272 euros which, divided by 8 people, equals 34 euros each. In practice, 34 euros for eating a plate of pasta (because the 3 samples put together made a whole portion), water, a little wine, a single portion of ham and four scant portions of side dish to be divided into eight and moreover not requested. In practice, each portion of small samples was counted as if it were a whole dish, as if each of us had eaten 3 whole portions of the first course. We probably wouldn't have spent so much in a starred restaurant. Annoyed by the disproportionate bill and after asking for a detailed tax receipt given that, among other things, it had not been provided to us, I asked the waiter several times to speak to the owner in order to dispute the bill that had been presented to us but, according to him, he could not leave because he was making food. In the end, after having insisted several times and a further half hour had passed, the owner finally deigned to leave but remained in her positions despite the terrible service received and the astronomical bill presented. Lastly, immediately after we left, she was also quick to cancel my reservation on The Fork in order to avoid a negative review which she imagined I would certainly give her but, I feel sorry for her, I managed to write it anyway. P.S. I don't usually put negative reviews when I don't like a place unless it goes too far as in this case and the lady did.

02/05/2025: Ho trovato questo ristorante, vicino ad Offida navigando su internet, e ho letto buone recensioni. Devo confermare quanto letto, buoni gli antipasti, ravioli burrata e porcini ottimi, maccheroncini al ragù. Buoni gli arrosticini. Abbiamo pranzato all'interno perché l'esterno non ancora allestito, ma dopo pranzo ci siamo seduti sulle sedie a disposizione. Bel paesaggio ...... tutto verde Ristorante consigliato.

18/04/2025: I was in this refuge some time ago during the walk through the villages of Ascoli. Everything perfect, delicious food, excellent selection of background music, very kind staff. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area again.

01/05/2025: We have already come five times starting from San Benedetto. When we are in the area we come here and always eat well, spending the right amount. The sweet Tiramisu was wonderful. The kebabs are excellent and you can never go wrong with the first courses. Excellent and plentiful.

01/05/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance today, May 1st, even though we are from Ascoli Piceno, it is the second time my wife and I have gone, we were amazed by the excellent welcome and service! We ordered a first course, excellent and plentiful tagliatelle with mushrooms and ham, a portion of delicious olives to finish with superlative seared lamb and sliced ​​meat. I recommend this place to everyone.

27/04/2025: Cold chips, they didn't give us napkins on the tray, drinks weren't written on the menu, the bread got too moist when it wasn't plated and was slimy and inedible.

12/03/2025: Excellent service and nice atmosphere, but some very disappointing dishes: Ascolana olives a little dry and tasted like they were in the fridge, boiled slices and a little cold. For the rest, a good selection of cheeses, good tagliatelle with meat sauce, tortelloni filled with unusual carbonara. For the price I expected a little more.

08/02/2025: Sono stato al caffè dei poeti qualche giorno fa con la mia ragazza, locale carino, buoni i crudi di carne ma sul primo abbiamo avuto un po’ di riserve : abbiamo deciso di provare i ravioloni ripieni alla carbonara… buona la sfoglia ed il ripieno ma mancava quel che più caratterizza la carbonara, la cremina che si crea con l’amido l’uovo ed il grasso. Era stato messo un formaggio, simili a quei formaggini che mangiavo quando ero piccolo nella minestrina, inoltre il guanciale si sentiva veramente poco sotto i tendi… cosa che in realtà anche questa dovrebbe essere una caratteristica del piatto, quella del guanciale croccante. Un po’ una caduta di stile secondo me. Per il resto ci siamo, la carta dei vini ha buoni prodotti locali e non … magari ecco giusto ad imparare a fare una carbo crema potrebbe essere un valore in più.

I stayed during my stay at Sabya beach where I met Enrico, the beach manager, a very kind, welcoming, friendly, thoughtful and attentive to your every request, putting me at ease in a fantastic atmosphere.. the beautiful, clean, fragrant sea.. white sand.. a carefree holiday in complete relaxation.. pampered by all the Sabya staff. Exceptional restaurant, impeccable service, elegant structure, kind and polite staff.. an infinite thank you to Enrico and all the guys who work at the bar. I highly recommend ♡

28/05/2025: Excellent location on the beach, also ideal for business meetings. I had lunch at Sabaya Beach during a meeting and was very satisfied. Refined dishes, with attention to detail and really tasty. Impeccable service: attentive, friendly and punctual. A restaurant that I recommend without hesitation, both for a business lunch and for a relaxed dinner overlooking the sea.

07/05/2025: A historic Sambenedettese Doc place. The pizza is super light and digestible, made in a wood-fired oven. The choice of beer is always top. So this place never disappoints you. Highly recommended, but it's always better to book in advance, because it's packed almost every day.

26/04/2025: Pizza dough is light, digestible, crumbly and tasty. The Pastrami white pizza is a gem absolutely worth trying. 😋
