19/02/2026: I had dinner here last week, with four adults and two children. I've been to many places in my life, and even abroad, I've never had a meal as bad as this one. We ordered a small platter, perhaps the only redeeming feature, then fettuccine with mushrooms—more mushrooms than fettuccine, full of pepper, inedible for an adult, let alone two children. Then came tagliolini di campofilone with a sauce that wasn't sauce but a pink broth with the tagliolini floating in it, inedible. Not to mention the side dish, a sautéed chicory, which, as soon as I tasted it, turned my stomach. It was full of water and garlic, horrible. Dear chef, vegetables to be sautéed need to be drained of excess water; as they say in Rome, they need to be squeezed dry, then sautéed in oil, garlic, and, for those who like, a pinch of chili pepper. Moral of the story: the kids ate nothing, and the two of us ate chicken breast. I will never recommend it again.

10/08/2025: Unica nota positiva: ingredienti di qualità. Tempi di attesa per una pizza : infiniti (circa 1h40) Impasto della pizza buono ma le fette erano troppo sottili e quindi il condimento cadeva tutto nel piatto.

06/08/2025: Non ci siamo, la pizza è anche buona ma i prezzi sono FOLLI, per non parlare del servizio, più di 30min per ordinare e quasi un'ora per far arrivare le pizze, per di più si sono scordati di portare due antipasti a alla fine hanno sbagliato anche il conto raddoppiando i coperti. Mi spiace ma l'esperienza è stata terribile.

14/01/2026: Bedbug infestation, nauseating filth, and arrogant staff. If you're looking for a hotel, move on. It's not a hotel, it's a public health risk. We were literally forced to flee at 2 a.m. after experiencing a nightmare I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. The infestation: The room was literally infested with bedbugs. We killed over 30, but they kept coming out of cracks, furniture, and curtains, so much so that while we were in bed around 2 a.m., they jumped on us and we literally ran away. A horror movie situation of unprecedented hygienic severity. Imagine that when we got home and unpacked our backpack, we found them inside too. The dirt: In addition to the pests, the conditions in the room were degrading: blood-stained sheets, yellow pillowcases to the point that we had to change three, and a stale and unpleasant smoke odor in the common areas. The staff (the real low point): When we reported the problem, we were ridiculed. The staff, with unprecedented rudeness, downplayed the situation, saying that "it's normal for them to sleep with bedbugs" because the property was on a hill and that the problem was us, who weren't "capable." A total insult to the customer and to the most basic standards of hospitality. The insult of the refund: Added insult to injury: when requesting a refund, they made surreal excuses, going so far as to say that "all the staff had been fired," including the sole director, Mr. Simone, to avoid responsibility. They also said we could do whatever we wanted because the Albanian owner didn't care. A place like this shouldn't stay open.

03/01/2026: New Year's Eve 2025 I have no words to describe the dinner. €85 for almost nothing, and even less for the lack of fish, which, reading the menu, seemed starred. The fish stank; the smell disgusted me. A seafood risotto that was just flavorless white rice, and for the fruit, two mandarins. An anisette dessert that tasted like anything but anisette. The music was almost nonexistent; I could go on, but I'll stop here. The worst New Year's Eve ever!!!!! If you happen to try it, absolutely NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

28/12/2025: Unfortunately, after waiting over half an hour for tea and hot chocolate, we had to leave without being served because they hadn't "passed the order." In similar situations, the competition would have at least apologized and, in some cases, offered free service. But none of that happened. Never again.

28/12/2025: Yesterday we sat at this bar at a table indicated by the waiter, which was cleared only 10 minutes after our arrival, but understandable given that the place was packed inside and out. We asked to order, and ordered two coffees and a caffè del marinaio. Meanwhile, other tables were being seated, and after a couple of minutes we began to see those who had sat later being served first. After about 15 minutes, I got up to ask for an explanation and was told they would be right there. Finally, after a couple of minutes, they arrived with the coffees. Unfortunately, the caffè del marinaio was served in a glass, whereas tradition dictates it be served either in special red cups or at least porcelain ones. However, aside from the container, it had a predominantly citrus flavor and was quite bitter. Since a coffee served at the table costs 2 euros and the caffè del marinaio 6, I expected them to at least be accompanied by water, which was instead only listed on the receipt. What can I say? A terrible experience. The three of us spent €10.20 and spent a total of 30 minutes for three coffees.

08/09/2025: What can I say? The ice cream portion is large but in my opinion it's a single flavor. You can order chocolate, strawberry, yogurt, etc. and you can be sure they'll have the same flavor (fior di latte). The whipped cream wasn't delivered, and the place wasn't very clean.

08/09/2025: Good product quality. Very fair prices considering the surrounding area. The girls are always kind and smiling during service, which is a significant asset in my opinion.

19/02/2026: Belgian beer poured German-style with a glass of some random beer, totally English decor. Dirty tap system, resulting in smelly beer. Confusion, lack of professionalism, and everything a bit random. Never again.

18/02/2026: Nothing to say about the food itself, but, a poor waiter (on his first day) threw half a Pepsi on my girlfriend, the guy was very mortified and I also feel a little sorry for him, but I expected AT LEAST that they would offer us drinks, never again.

15/08/2025: The experience was ruined by the unwelcoming staff, especially the guy who showed up with a long face, his hat pulled back, and dragging his feet. The prices were high, and the gelato was mediocre.

08/08/2025: Unfortunately, the ice cream was tasteless... a real shame, the location was very nice.

07/09/2025: Average establishment, terrible service, very poorly managed by a lady, even quite arrogant (with a cover charge of 2 euros each), she charged us like a restaurant, without tablecloths or anything of the sort and to top it all off she insisted on not giving me a receipt, asking me if I needed one! Having said that, I absolutely do not recommend this establishment which has no games for children!

12/10/2025: I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews, but this one is a must. Believing we'd make a good impression on friends and family, we went to this well-known and renowned restaurant. When we arrived, there was no one there; I thought I was lucky! I thought: more care and attention for us! Later, I understood why there was no one there. The dishes were paltry and of mediocre quality, the service time was biblical, and the bill was exorbitant. When other diners arrived, there were 11 of us. From ordering the first course to its delivery, over an hour passed, and it was even cold! Understandable when you have 60 people to serve and you're alone in the kitchen, but unacceptable with 11 diners. The appetizers were extremely paltry; the olives, for example, were 1 piece per person. Nothing to complain about regarding the fried food. Even the waitress, while very courteous, couldn't hide her lack of professionalism. Clearly, that's not her job description. A €30 dinner was paid more than double. You've lost the quality and professionalism you once had. I'm sorry. I wouldn't be surprised if we found the doors closed one day. I hope you mend your ways.

13/09/2025: The pizza wasn't that bad, but... his attitude toward customers was rather cold. A man in a white apron and glasses, I assume the owner, had a smile and a look—I don't know if he even knows what that means. But the icing on the cake... we and other (astonished) people were dining at his tables outside. Without a word, he took away the bins to throw away the plastic plates, bottles, and napkins, and closed the shop from the inside without a word. It was worth it for him to just leave everything there without looking for the public bins. Since then, in particular, I've never paid another euro for his pizza. Crazy, I've never seen anything like this.

13/08/2025: The dough contains milk, so for me, who's intolerant, even red or white pizza is off limits.

12/12/2025: Terrible experience. I was there this summer but I always forgot to leave a review, and perhaps it was precisely to erase the memory. I had a focaccia with ciauscolo, which was quite expensive, but of truly poor quality. The service was poor and unprofessional. The worst thing, however, was the bowl of chips: once they were finished, there was a lot of residue and dirt at the bottom. A truly disgusting surprise.

11/10/2025: There were two of us, and we ordered a cheese and cured meat platter (€30), where we found the quality to be poor. The prosciutto was left yellow and had a bad flavor, the salami wasn't fresh, and the coppa had a bad smell and was dark in color. We had the impression that all the products were old and of poor quality. The staff were friendly, and the location was nice. I wouldn't return.
