23/03/2026: I guess we came on the wrong day, but scrolling through various reviews, I see I'm not the first to notice a few things. The place itself is very cute, welcoming, small, and well-decorated. We booked for lunch, but before we could sit down, we had to wait over 10 minutes for a table. Another half hour passed before we could order. For the appetizer (initially served to only one of us, and then the rest arrived quite a while later) and the main course, a total of hours passed. I want to point out that we absolutely don't blame the girl who was waiting on the tables, who found herself apologizing for the various inconveniences. We came in at 1:30 PM and left at 4 PM for two dishes each, three of us, without waiting for coffee or dessert. To be fair, I won't discuss what we saw specifically, because we were by no means the only ones to experience this that day, and we witnessed some unpleasant and somewhat embarrassing situations. As for the food, the quality is good. I'm very sorry to find myself having to make these comments, because I know that a business requires a lot of sacrifice and commitment, but the customer's time and money are also valuable, given that the final bill wasn't that cheap either. I hope this can help you make some informed decisions.

17/03/2026: The truffle pasta alone is worth the time it takes to serve it. This is easily the best homemade fresh pasta we’ve ever had. And we are globetrotting foodies. Just expect the lovely owner to take his time producing this amazing food

14/10/2025: A small family-run restaurant in the heart of the Laga woods. We had a porcini mushroom lunch, and it was delicious and perfectly cooked. The maltagliati with porcini and chestnut sauce is highly recommended. The owner is truly helpful, friendly, and attentive to service and the needs of her guests. We'll definitely return.

13/09/2025: The setting says it all. Pozza, a hamlet of Acquasanta, site of battles and brutal reprisals during the 1944-45 civil war between Nazi-Fascists and partisans, a few houses, some still under restoration, a few souls left to testify to the ancestral attachment to these places of mountains and extraordinary waterfalls. Mother and daughter, both mushroom pickers, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room. Their cuisine is down-to-earth, flavorful, and never predictable. The gentle roughness of those who know you're just passing through and they're here year-round. A pop-up atmosphere, amidst mountains that are rock, in every sense of the word. Mushrooms, of course. I recommend the appetizer selection. And the pasta dishes. We'll be back for the fried fish, hoping to stop by when it's available. Open all day as a bar and restaurant, but only for lunch as a restaurant.

01/11/2025: We discovered this bar while staying at the "Acquapazza" property. I recommend it; the croissants are fresh, and the cappuccino is perfectly frothy. I'll definitely be back.🫶

15/08/2025: Good restaurant, good food. The only thing is unclear is the price. Sometimes hot appetizer and cold appetizer. A first course, a second course, dessert, coffee, and only drinking water are €30. TODAY WE BACK. WE ONLY HAD A HOT APPETIZER (GRATINATED VEGETABLES AND OFfal). A FIRST COURSE, A MAIN COURSE, DESSERT, AND COFFEE are €35. ONLY DRINKING WATER. WHY IS THAT STRANGE? AND NO SWEETS WITH COFFEE.

17/01/2026: What a discovery! We came here on a friend's recommendation. We ordered two fried fish dishes (cod and tuna). They were really, really good. The sandwiches were delicious, and the brownies with rosemary ice cream were truly delicious. I also heard they do catering. Business card taken. See you soon!

05/11/2025: In San Benedetto del Tronto I wouldn't know where else to go when I need good food, tranquility, smiles and good wine all with an extraordinary quality/price ratio. Absolutely an extraordinary, intimate and pleasant place run by extraordinary people who are very good in the kitchen.

23/12/2025: Limited parking, small but nice atmosphere. We had an aperitivo; the drinks were a bit limited, and the food was also very limited. Service was dry.

07/09/2025: Overall, a beautiful hotel with a pool and a great location, full of well-kept greenery and bike rentals! There were several problems: - the pool was empty due to a garden party that took up practically half the hotel, without guaranteeing a place for those staying there. Despite this, the ladies at reception were of little interest. - the room was very nice, but unfortunately, it was dusty, and the bedspreads for the kids were covered in hair and dust. It was absurd! - to top it off, the air conditioning doesn't work as you'd expect because it's managed by reception. So, at 1 a.m., it went off, making us die of heat! They didn't even give us a discount, despite all these inconveniences. There are so many beautiful ones in the neighborhood, so I'd avoid this one!! -

12/12/2025: I come to this bar every year because they serve good cocktails and the staff is friendly. This summer I came back with my boyfriend, and when I checked out they told me I couldn't pay separately because "that's how it works in Italy." I found them very rude because, having heard me speaking French to my boyfriend, they clearly thought they could lie to me because I'm not Italian. I hope they don't treat foreigners like that. (P.S.: By the way, I'm from Porto d'Ascoli but I live abroad.)

21/09/2025: Ideal place for a simple lunch by the sea. Excellent salads and smoothies, and a quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended!

06/03/2026: I go there often and it's always a spectacle, Roberto's pizza is a magician, and both Marcella and her sister are always very kind 😍 But lately the prices have risen... for example, my wife and I went there one evening and we got 2 pizzas and 1 bottle of water for €30! This evening instead I ordered 2 pizzas to go: 1 half red with potatoes and sausage and half red with vegetables without corn with a little mozzarella and 1 caprese with ham on top, total €23.50... (oh, they put the corn on it anyway) for goodness sake I'm not saying I don't go there anymore but I think the prices need to be reviewed and carelessness with the corn can happen

05/03/2026: Sweetness and friendliness. After work, I was craving something sweet. And your very kind sales assistant offered me an excellent black truffle for dessert. And also a slice of pizza. Even though it's almost 11:00 PM, I was pleasantly served. Everything in Monticelli is closed... It wouldn't take much to enhance this neighborhood. Essentials are lacking here.

06/09/2025: I'm giving 5 stars only because I can't give more. We arrived on vacation last Saturday and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We decided to stop in and had a mussel appetizer, two first courses, and a half-liter of wine, finishing with two coffees. Needless to say, everything was delicious, and the service was super friendly and impeccable. We tried other restaurants during the week, but we couldn't end our vacation without returning here. It's absolutely the best restaurant in the area. If you're passing through Grottammare, you can't miss it. We returned again today, Saturday, September 6th, having an appetizer, two gnocchi (DE LI ZIO YES!!) as a first course, and a perfectly fried calamari, prawns, and vegetables (especially because the vegetables and fish are fried separately, preserving their full flavor), finishing with a not-at-all heavy tiramisu. What can I say? One of the best restaurants and sublime service. The quality-price ratio was more than excellent for the size of the portions served and the number of dishes ordered. The bill was significantly less than we expected. If we ever come back to Grottammare it will be our first stop.

02/09/2025: You come to Savana and always come back. The friendliness and service are always top-notch, despite the large number of customers. Gnocchi with fish sauce and mixed fried fish with vegetables are a real treat!
