12/11/2025: We enjoyed breakfast a couple of mornings, everything was excellent, excellent service.

27/10/2025: The aperitif was good, with good parmigiana and Ascoli olives. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The waitress, Sara, was kind and helpful. An excellent wine bar and restaurant experience.

18/10/2025: The beer selection at The Beer Shop is enviable: if you're stuck for choice, owner Nelson will surely be able to recommend the right one for you. To quote Ollivander's from Harry Potter: the beer chooses the wizard! For a little background, literally next door is Affianco, where you can enjoy bruschetta, fried food, and other delicacies. There's indoor seating and an outdoor veranda for sipping your beer and observing the vibrant local wildlife.

People who can make simplicity unique and wonderful. The "little dinner," as they call it, is truly a delightful experience. The prices are fair and the ingredients are excellent. 15/11/2025: It's now our favorite place to spend an evening or a Sunday lunch in a warm, informal, and welcoming atmosphere, but especially when we want to enjoy excellent meat, wine, and a variety of cured meats and cheeses. I really like both the à la carte selection, from appetizers to dessert, and the set menu with options for Sunday lunch. My constant choice remains the mixed roast; tender, well-cooked meat. The portions are absolutely adequate. Another must-try for me is the tiramisu to round off the meal: I recommend everyone try it.

20/08/2025: Connected to the Hotel La Perla, I used to come here for breakfast and dinner. Eating with a sea view is unparalleled. The breakfast was reasonably well-stocked, with excellent croissants and even the canned fruit was a welcome change from what I've seen at other hotels. The only flaw: it lacked savory options. The cuisine was excellent, with fish served daily and all of the highest quality. Perhaps a little more attention to portions wouldn't have hurt. The dining room staff was incredibly friendly.

A huge compliment to Daniele, Fausto, and the entire staff—exceptional people who put their heart and soul into it from start to finish. Top!!!!

05/09/2025: I would have expected something better given the reviews. The place isn't bad for a quick bite, but the prices are a bit high. In our case, a vegetable lasagna, three rice-stuffed tomatoes, and four battered zucchini flowers, plus a can of orange juice, cost €35... a shame.

16/11/2025: This isn't my first time here; on the contrary, every time we return, we're always satisfied. The food is consistently excellent, from the arrosticini to the grilled meats, to the potatoes, which are a true guarantee. Like the rest of the menu. Yesterday, however, they deserve a special thanks: we had warned them we'd be arriving very late, around 11:00 PM or 11:30 PM, and we almost didn't want to go because we were embarrassed. Instead, they greeted us with a sincere smile, and as soon as we were seated, everything was on the table within ten minutes. Speed ​​and attention to detail are not a given, especially at that hour. The owner is always kind, helpful, and friendly, and the staff works with rare professionalism. I highly recommend this place: I'll be back a thousand more times, because every time is a pleasure.

12/12/2025: I come to this bar every year because they serve good cocktails and the staff is friendly. This summer I came back with my boyfriend, and when I checked out they told me I couldn't pay separately because "that's how it works in Italy." I found them very rude because, having heard me speaking French to my boyfriend, they clearly thought they could lie to me because I'm not Italian. I hope they don't treat foreigners like that. (P.S.: By the way, I'm from Porto d'Ascoli but I live abroad.)
