26/04/2025: It was recommended to me by a person in the area. Nice, welcoming place. The girls were nice. I took the truffle olives, an explosion of flavour, and the meat ravioli, truly excellent. Accompanied by a glass of local red, water and a coffee, the bill costs 31 euros. I saw a very inviting set of cutting boards on other tables.
25/03/2025: Staying overnight at the Palazzo Ciotti hotel, I tried the tasting menu of the adjoining bistro. The local pecorino cheeses and the small tasting of mixed fried foods are excellent (the REAL Ascoli olive, a distant relative of the frozen ones found in pizzerias), also noteworthy are the egg cooked at low temperature with pecorino fondue and black truffle and the meat-filled ravioli always with black truffle. The dessert was also excellent (mascrpone cream with vanilla and raspberry crumble.

11/06/2025: Restaurant located at the beginning of the seafront near a pine forest. We ate fried cheese (good, but I would consider changing the quantity) and bruschetta with sausage and bacon.
Followed by handmade arrosticini and suckling pig (cif and Ciaf) both delicious and with an excellent quality-price ratio.
Very kind and helpful waitress.
I recommend it for a quiet evening

31/07/2025: Ci ha attirato l’aspetto essenziale ed accogliente, tutto bianco e blu.
Personale gentilissimo, proprio quello che desideravamo.
Abbiamo iniziato con un abbondante e vario antipasto caldo e freddo, abbiamo assaggiato anche il crudo. Poi fritto di calamari e gamberi con patatine e maionese appena fatta.
Il pranzo è statato accompagnato da un ottimo prosecco.
Sorbetto, cantucci e caffè .
Conto assolutamente onesto.
29/07/2025: A beautiful restaurant in the city center, where you can eat in the little square of the old market. We tried the appetizers and first courses, and they were delicious, with a special mention for the desserts. The staff was very knowledgeable.

01/05/2025: Fanno i frappè su bicchiere piccolo che sembra 15 cl, quando i normali frappè sono da minimo più del doppio. Mi hanno messo 2 palline di gelato piccole e mezzo litro di latte: giuro mezzo litro, che poi hanno buttato. Risultato era un bicchiere di latte con un vago sapore alla nocciola. Volevo riportarlo ma ormai lo avevano provato tutti i miei amici ed era meno della metà. Senza parole. 3,50€ buttati!

16/07/2025: I was here for a birthday party. The place is very nice, and despite the heat, it's nice in the evenings.
But at a certain hour, it fills with mosquitoes and insects, unfortunately; mosquito coils would be necessary everywhere.
The food was all good, but regarding allergens and contamination, it really needs reconsidering. I have a friend with celiac disease who was offered pearl barley, with the kitchen confirming that she could eat it, when all she had to do was search online and realize she absolutely couldn't eat it.
If you're new to celiac disease and you trust without knowing exactly what you can eat, it could end badly, so it's best to be properly informed. We're in 2025, and in my opinion, this lack of care is unacceptable.

12/03/2025: Excellent service and nice atmosphere, but some very disappointing dishes: Ascolana olives a little dry and tasted like they were in the fridge, boiled slices and a little cold. For the rest, a good selection of cheeses, good tagliatelle with meat sauce, tortelloni filled with unusual carbonara. For the price I expected a little more.
08/02/2025: Sono stato al caffè dei poeti qualche giorno fa con la mia ragazza, locale carino, buoni i crudi di carne ma sul primo abbiamo avuto un po’ di riserve : abbiamo deciso di provare i ravioloni ripieni alla carbonara… buona la sfoglia ed il ripieno ma mancava quel che più caratterizza la carbonara, la cremina che si crea con l’amido l’uovo ed il grasso. Era stato messo un formaggio, simili a quei formaggini che mangiavo quando ero piccolo nella minestrina, inoltre il guanciale si sentiva veramente poco sotto i tendi… cosa che in realtà anche questa dovrebbe essere una caratteristica del piatto, quella del guanciale croccante. Un po’ una caduta di stile secondo me. Per il resto ci siamo, la carta dei vini ha buoni prodotti locali e non … magari ecco giusto ad imparare a fare una carbo crema potrebbe essere un valore in più.
