We tried the round one with 70% hydration dough: truly delicious, light, and well-topped! The added bonus was the staff: friendly and cheerful. Having a small child, we really appreciated that they immediately brought him crayons to keep him entertained while he waited. Such thoughtfulness is not to be taken for granted. Highly recommended! 😊🍕
