22/08/2025: We were passing through Fabriano, and it was already late for lunch, so we stopped by this place. It was very welcoming, with music just the right volume and extremely friendly staff. We had amazing eggplant parmigiana and equally delicious tagliatelle with eggplant ragù. We highly recommend it!
13/08/2025: This indoor restaurant in the city center (no outdoor seating) was easy to find on a Wednesday lunchtime (white lines). The appetizer and carbonara were sensational. The wait was a bit long. The staff was young and friendly.

13/04/2026: First time at a spa. 2 hours of relaxation with a massage. Dinner for two was really good.
16/02/2026: Ristoro Appennino is truly a "refreshment" in the Apennines, capable of pampering its guests like few others. The spa is well-equipped and clean. As for the restaurant, everything is truly excellent and exceeds expectations. Here you can experience the true Marche.
I highly recommend it!

Ormai ho capito che bisogna farsene una ragione ed andare quando non hai nessuna fretta.
In compenso il sushi è buonissimo.
A vedere il locale non gli si dà molta fiducia, ma dispetto dell' apparenza, il sushi è sorprendentemente buono e bellissimo, una chicca!
Uno dei migliori che ho provato.
Il cuoco addetto al sushi ha un talento innato per sapere dosare gli ingredienti alla perfezione.
Ogni pezzo è piccolo, perfetto, ed in bocca è un connubio di sapore ed equilibrio.
Lo consiglio.

03/12/2025: THE FOOD IS GOOD, ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOMETIMES SOME RESTRICTIONS, SUCH AS WITH SASHIMI, WHICH YOU CAN ORDER ONLY 2 PORTIONS PER PERSON (8 PIECES IN TOTAL). AS FOR THE SERVICE, IT'S NOT THE BEST; YOU HAVE TO REPEAT THINGS MORE THAN ONCE BECAUSE THE WAITER DOESN'T SPEAK ITALIAN WELL AND SOMETIMES FORGETS TO BRING THINGS LIKE SAUCES. THE ATMOSPHERE IS WELCOMING AND PROPERLY AIR-CONDITIONED, ALTHOUGH THERE IS A SLIGHTLY STRONG FISHY SMELL, WHICH IS NOT NORMAL IN A RESTAURANT WHERE THE FISH IS HANDLED RAW; BEING BLASTED, IT SHOULD BE ODORLESS. AS FOR THE PRICES, THEY SEEM FAIR FOR WHAT IS OFFERED AND IT IS MUCH MORE ACCESSIBLE TO THE MAJORITY OF CUSTOMERS.

17/12/2025: I'll start by saying I'm not a big fan of Mc's, but I don't know if that's a coincidence or not... EVERY TIME I GET A DELIVERY, SOMETHING IS MISSING... I think it happens once (and in fact I kept quiet), but if 5 times out of 5 something is missing for one reason or another, I find it absurd. I even happened to be left without dinner. Then I called and they told me they don't have a courier, so the only thing they can do is give the person's name and next time they'll give it to me without paying... the prices keep rising, especially with delivery services, which raise them, but then again, that's what you get... I'm not very happy.

25/04/2026: This place isn't close to Fabriano's city center, but it serves excellent pizza and fried food in a simple yet welcoming atmosphere.
Gluten-free options available.
04/04/2026: Three of us dined there tonight, ordering two pizzas, plus restaurant food and wine. Everything was excellent, and the extra virgin olive oil was top-notch. The staff (especially the one serving) were very kind and attentive. Great value.
