11/08/2024: Historic hotel restaurant in the area, hospitality and good food, nothing to say even if the meat is a little too peppery... but that's personal taste.... the place as an environment has unfortunately remained in the splendor of the 80s.... perhaps a renovation wouldn't hurt....... a dispassionate piece of advice to the management.... when the mixed grill is served it would be appropriate to give the guests six knives that cut... otherwise nothing to complain about. Definitely coming back

29/06/2024: I ordered a takeaway margherita from them a few weeks ago, and within 10 minutes of my call it was ready! They were very punctual and very kind. The pizza was really good, but above all I was surprised by the price: the margherita only cost €3! I would say that today in 2024, it is very very rare to find a whole margherita for €3, so the 5 stars are also to reward this thing, which left me amazed in a positive sense; apparently there are still people who keep prices more than honest, without speculating. I recommend ❤️

28/11/2023: It is a simple restaurant but at the same time very rich in content, the cuisine is from another era! The right combination of modern and ancient, the food is really very good! Milena is very attentive to details! Highly recommended for those like me who love the flavors of the past such as (tripe, coratella, pork rinds and beans, crescia di polenta cooked on the grill) and many other delicious dishes 🫶

17/09/2023: Se sei affamato dopo 2 ore di cammino nei boschi potrebbe essere un allucinazione piuttosto che un rifugio. Cucina pessima. Servizio ancor più scadente considerando l'ora e dieci di attesa per una lasagna e grigliata preriscaldata senza contorni (il proprietario si è dimenticato di servirli ) .Mai più, lo sconsiglio assolutamente!!! Rimango basito con gli altri sciagurati avventurieri x il punteggio dato fin'ora a questa pessima mangiatoia.

31/08/2024: This pizzeria is present on the Glovo app to order with home delivery. After waiting for the order for an hour and a half, I call the pizzeria who denies having received any order. I go back to check the application, where I am informed that the order has been cancelled...immediately after the phone call. I definitely won't order again.

12/07/2024: Update June 22, 2024: Unfortunately I have to update this review. I say unfortunately because for 3 reasons I will never return and for 3 reasons I will remove 3 stars. 1. Long wait. On a quiet evening where it was just me and my boyfriend it is inconceivable to wait more than 20 minutes for 2 burgers (nothing special or complicated). Again, it was literally just me and him. 2. While we were waiting, in addition to noticing the laziness of the staff in doing things, I noticed that the work surface was being cleaned with absorbent paper from a roll that was placed on the GROUND. Zero hygiene. 3. At the time of the bill I notice that the place has gotten smart and now charges 10 cents for each single-use sachet of sauce. This time, 2 of us spent €30.40. I liked it the other times I was there, but I don't think there will be a next time now. Old review from March and April 2024: Located in the Gentile shopping centre, the atmosphere is very particular and original, with a slightly industrial and slightly rustic style. At lunch they also offer the self-service solution. I was there for dinner on a Wednesday evening, so a quiet evening with few people, excellent service, friendly waitress. Let me start by saying that I have difficulty digesting pizza, now any pizza I eat makes me feel bad, however this was the only one after a very long time that didn't bother me even a little (I had read that it has excellent digestibility but you have to try to test). So good quality, maybe it was a little hard to cut. The prices, what can I say, are unbeatable, you can no longer find pizzas with these prices. And the menu is very extensive, they really do everything, appetizers, platters, first courses, second courses, fried foods, burgers, pizzas and wraps. You can download the menu on their website. The three of us spent only 27 euros, with 3 pizzas, half a liter of water and a 66cl beer Update: I went back and also tried two other pizzas, the waitresses were always very kind

20/07/2024: Too expensive for the price. The "all you can eat" menu costs 13.90 + cover charge + drink (€2.80, even simple water), bringing the total to almost €20. Furthermore, some dishes require a supplement of €1/2. There are better alternatives! Consider that for lunch you eat good Italian food in many restaurants for the same price... and not just rice with micro-pieces of fish.

10/07/2024: My favorite ayce sushi restaurant in Fabriano! The fish is always very fresh, the rice ALWAYS cooked to perfection, even when the room is full. Nigiri and uramaki are prepared with the right amount of rice and not with a disproportionate dose to immediately fill customers' stomachs like other ayce do. The menu is certainly the most varied considering similar restaurants in the area and the girls are helpful and friendly in terms of service. I also recommend the Chinese main courses to those who understand a little about oriental cuisine, very tasty as per tradition! See you soon ☺
