The menu isn't overly extensive, but it does feature dishes that piqued curiosity. The full menu offered a well-structured gastronomic journey, characterized by well-constructed dishes and pleasant service. Each course demonstrated technique, balance, and evident attention to detail in the selection of ingredients. Among the offerings, the seafood carbonara stands out: a dish that reveals complex preparation and remarkable technical mastery, distinguished by its flavor and originality. The final conversation with the chef highlighted the dedication and commitment required to maintain high standards, offering an interesting insight into the work behind each creation, which is difficult for the uninitiated to perceive. In conclusion, a restaurant definitely worth a visit, both for its quality and for the price, which is in line with the offerings, as is the wine list. 26/08/2025: The beach restaurant is located on the seafront, with outdoor seating where you can even hear the waves. We ate very well (seafood tagliolini, seafood risotto, mixed fried fish, and peppered mussels). The staff were attentive to those with food allergies, and were friendly and helpful. Tasty and authentic cuisine. This is the second time we've returned in years, and we enjoyed both times. Thank you.

16/02/2026: We booked dinner with Valery well in advance. We arrived confident and with high expectations. We sat down at a fairly comfortable table, the waiters coming and going. A waiter quickly took our order. Nothing special, cheeses, medium-rare steak, potatoes, and chicory. I should point out that the message sent to Valery mentioned a welcome service was offered... and nothing, no welcome offer. We waited and waited, then realized that the cheese might have had a problem with its delivery (we thought: "Oh, they're cheeses!" There's no preparation, just cutting and bringing them to the table, but they never arrived). The waiters came and went, it was difficult to intercept one, until the same waiter who took the order was intercepted and I reported that we still didn't have anything, not even the water, which arrived shortly after. I ordered sparkling, but it magically arrived without bubbles... I should point out that by then about 80 minutes had passed since the order was placed (yes!!! a full 1 hour and 15 minutes). The waiter says he's sorry, and I tell him I'm sorry too. Shortly after, the "steak" arrives with two (not much more) forks of chicory and two potatoes. The cheese is nonexistent, and at this point we didn't ask for it. Okay, finally! The steak has arrived, so to speak, but instead we start tasting it and notice with great amazement that the steak was barely warm, and after a few minutes it was already cold. I'm astonished by this fact; needless to say, maybe he could have "heated" it, but if he has to Re-heat it... Something doesn't usually bring, you shouldn't re-heat. So for a variety of reasons, the super steak remains both on the plate and on the tray that brought it. Perhaps these facts overshadowed the positive aspects; perhaps they were there but now faded into the background. There was a discount of about 9 euros on the 95... but in reality the meat was a little cheaper à la carte... but that's fine, so I wonder... discount?

30/01/2026: Excellent place, truly excellent food, every course has its own unique flavor. The owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They make you feel at home and make you want to try everything, but the prices are a bit high, so you have to moderate your spending a bit. I left my heart there... for another reason, too. I don't know if I'll ever go back 🥹... but... congratulations, truly.

It's one of the few restaurants in the area where you can enjoy a few dishes that aren't cloyingly standard. Good wine list and fair prices! Well done to the owners.

17/10/2025: A restaurant like they used to be: quality food, well-prepared, good wine, cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism. Kudos to all the staff and owners for their attention to detail. We ordered the hot and cold seafood appetizer trolley, all delicious and generous. The beautiful, spacious dining room with terraces and a small veranda is all welcoming. Thanks also for being open at noon on October 16th!

I'm only now writing my review of this restaurant... although I admit I haven't eaten there... because despite having a reservation for March 1st made a month in advance, a few days beforehand I was informed that the restaurant would be closed that day, creating difficulties for me as I had to accommodate a large number of people... so I can only apologize for the enormous lack of professionalism demonstrated... I should point out that I had to tick the options listed only to be able to publish my review... therefore they have no objectionable value...

07/12/2025: Enoteca Bar a Vino di Rossi Giuseppe is a true gem in Fermo. An intimate and welcoming place, with a warm atmosphere and extremely kind and attentive staff. We went for dinner after a theater show and were truly surprised by the surprise menu, entirely entrusted to the chef. A winning choice, because every course was excellent, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The variety of dishes and the quality of the flavors make the experience even more special. The price was absolutely fair for what was offered. A place we'll definitely return to.

19/11/2025: Always a positive experience, a way to spend time with friends or a partner, whatever it is. The atmosphere, music, and decor certainly exude a lightness and familiarity! It feels like being at home, tasting different, carefully crafted dishes. In these places, as I always say, you even get to eat the ingredients we often overlook because they're so tasty! Chef Rodrigo is top notch.

15/11/2025: A diamond set in the beautiful village of Ripe San Ginesio, a delightful experience from arrival to farewell. We enjoyed a selection of delicious appetizers, with special mention for the creamed cod and tuna focaccia. Two first courses, cappelletti and imperial minestra, were also exquisite. The service was exceptional. Your new favorite restaurant.
