This center, too, isn't particularly large, but it stands out for its diverse offerings, the rational layout of its common areas, and the extensive restaurant offerings located on the top floor. Suggestions - For mall management: I suggest restoring the benches in the corridors. Their presence doesn't compete with the bars, which likely influenced the decision to remove them, but rather helps build customer loyalty, making the mall an even more welcoming place and, over time, encouraging increased spending. - For clothing stores: Unfortunately, the decision not to place a bench near the fitting rooms is common among many stores, but this decision not only limits the comfort of those waiting but can also negatively impact sales in the long run. For example, consider husbands who accompany their partners while they try on different items: offering them a comfortable seat would make the wait more pleasant, which could consequently increase their willingness to indulge in further purchases. These small adjustments can help improve the overall visitor experience and strengthen the competitiveness of this shopping center, which, in my opinion, is certainly among the best in the Marche region.

04/07/2025: I brought colleagues (from all over Italy) here for dinner, because Falconara was the most convenient logistics choice. What can I say? EVERYONE was very satisfied. Excellent fish, fast and attentive service, very kind staff.

30/06/2025: È un bar ed un ristorante od un luogo in cui si beve e si mangia, aperto per colazione, pranzo e cena, bel posto, sembra di essere a casa, clienti vengono accolti e trattati bene, c'è sempre un po' di musica, si può stare all'interno oppure all'esterno, tenuto benissimo, se venite a Fabriano fateci un salto e non solo!

02/02/2025: Locale intimo e gradevole. Si può andare per un normale pasto o aperitivo. Bella scelta di vini che però non abbiamo potuto apprezzare, essendo un gruppo di astemi. Il locale è perfetto per andarci con amici e offre buone pietanze per tutti i gusti. Buon servizio. Piccolo difetto: bagno unico per uomini e donne e dirimpetto alle cucine.
