Excellent drinks, prepared by passionate and professional staff (the greats Anto and Nino!), helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional wait staff (the greats Susi and Mirko!), great music, and a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks for the wonderful evenings. My favorite place.

19/10/2025: Review for my parents, who came to eat a few weeks ago. The location is charming and meticulously maintained, but the food was perhaps a bit pretentious for those of a certain age (refinement doesn't always equate to deliciousness). The problem was the staff. My mother has serious vision problems. Besides the fact that the menu is digital only, when she asked for a paper menu, instead of helping her, they offered her a tablet... Now, I could understand if you have a full dining room after a grueling shift, but at the beginning of the shift, and by treating the only other table in a decidedly better manner, I think you could better assist your customers. I don't think it's such an unrealistic request to be able to read a menu to a visually impaired person. Thank you for your attention, hoping this doesn't happen to other customers at your establishment.

26/09/2025: Great spot for aperitivo, morning coffee or evening gelato. Delicious selection of aperitivo snacks that vary every day. Friendly staff, great service and vibe.

15/11/2025: Returning for lunch after years, I couldn't have made a better choice: we ate well and even managed to relax despite the presence of our two-year-old daughter, who didn't want to sit at the table but paced all around. It was so much appreciated that we received a generous helping of bread, a small bottle of oil, and salt as soon as we arrived; besides being hungry, it's my favorite snack! We had two and a half portions of spaghetti with clams, which were delicious and plentiful. The waitress was kind enough to suggest we make a version for our daughter without parsley and chili pepper. Then we had fried calamari and roasted sole, a sorbet, and a coffee. They also brought us a quart of licorice liqueur, cold from the fridge and appreciated even for me, who doesn't like alcohol or licorice. I loved it all! Water and a quart of wine. Cost €90. Note the attentiveness of the waiters, who promptly and ninja-like replaced a plate full of clam shells while we were still shelling them! The welcome and attentive service was so wonderful that it almost overshadowed the deliciousness of the food. That's a great thing because it sets the restaurant apart and leaves a lasting positive impression.

22/11/2025: Welcoming place, good food, live music and entertainment, good service, average prices.

28/10/2025: Located on the hills, it has ample parking and plenty of space. In the summer, there's also a lovely lawn for children. The atmosphere is very refined, yet still feels like a country house. Friendly staff. The menu features meat dishes, including grilled meats, and pizza. Generous, well-prepared portions, meticulously presented. Prices are moderate. Worth trying several times, whether for a small group or a group.

29/11/2025: I understand that the beauty of the restaurant and the decorations are important, but the quality of the food is truly horrendous, I was ashamed to have brought my relatives, and I don't know why this drop in quality compared to previous years even though the management is the same, speechless.

14/10/2025: This was my second visit during my work break for lunch, and I was once again met with the same kindness and quality of products as the first time. The service was attentive and refined, and the pizza was made with excellent ingredients and a wonderful dough. I highly recommend it.

22/11/2025: I found myself at Il Coccaro for a family lunch. We were inside due to the time of year and the rain. There were six of us and about ten children. The owner's service was excellent, not overbearing but always super helpful. The appetizers were good; we ordered cured meats, cheeses, and various fried olives. The first courses were superb, especially the homemade fried tagliatella. The macaroni were also excellent. For the second course, I ordered very good arrosticini! The homemade desserts were excellent!

17/10/2025: We returned for dinner again this year, as has been our tradition since 2011 (we even saw the restaurant under construction). What can I say: the pizza is always excellent, the view is unique in the area (we're about 460 meters above sea level), and the friendliness and courtesy of Mariano and his staff, who immediately make you feel at ease. I almost forgot about the delicious Ascoli olives and the delicious cremini.

30/11/2025: Excellent pizza, everything delicious, with very interesting and satisfying pizza and sandwich options. The combinations are very interesting and never disappoint. Friendly staff and excellent service. I'll definitely be back!
