20/08/2024: Ahmad is a nice old acquaintance, he has been serving us delicious pizzas for years, both when he worked as a pizza chef at La Marinella di Luciano and when he started his own business at Pepe Verde. Prepare the pizzas after a long leavening and with excellent ingredients. It is a guarantee of goodness and digestibility. I highly recommend it.

07/11/2024: We arrived there on the advice of friends and our expectations were not denied. We had a trio, that is, generous tastings of tortelli with meat sauce, gnocchi with porcini mushroom sauce and pappardelle in white with porcini mushrooms and truffles, all strictly made by the lady. Delicious, flavors of Tuscan cuisine which today is increasingly difficult to find. The osso bucco with sautéed porcini mushrooms. The tart with super cherry jam. And after such a meal, no heaviness. Very smiling and kind managers. Simple place, bar and tobacconist in front and a nice room in the back, a dive into childhood! It also has outdoor tables. Super recommended for those who find themselves passing through these parts and for those who love the traditional flavors of Tuscan cuisine. The kilometers traveled will be well compensated.

20/10/2024: We went for lunch on a Saturday with a group of friends. The menu had been agreed upon. We arrived early because unfortunately it was raining and it was not possible to go for a walk. We sat down and while waiting for the first courses, they brought some fresh sausage which was not expected. We ate excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles, tasted tagliatelle with ragù, spinach and ricotta tortelli with butter and sage and with ragù. The pasta is made by the restaurateur's wife and is superb. Especially in tortelli you appreciate the fact that it is very thin. Afterwards they served suckling pig and roast chicken with potatoes and fried porcini mushrooms: all very good. We also tasted two types of cheese, one made from cow's milk and one from mixed cow and goat's milk. To conclude, chocolate salami with an alcoholic note (rum) and a still warm cherry jam tart. The latter, very good, reminded me of the tart my grandmother used to make. The service was fast, the portions were very generous and the cost was more than honest.

23/07/2024: Il mio locale del cuore quando voglio mangiare un buon sushi ad Ascoli. Servizio ottimo, sempre cordiale, prezzi giusti per la qualità e la preparazione che c'è dietro, unica pecca: quando ci sono stata il locale non era climatizzato e purtroppo era un po' caldo, ma siamo comunque stati benissimo!

29/10/2024: Locale carino ma cena deludente. Una presa in giro con questi taglieri di 14 portate di cui la maggior parte verdure, senza assaggio di primo un sacco di costine di suino, affettati inesistenti e formaggi fantasmi. Noi eravamo in 6 ed era tutto poco un cestino di pane decente e poi crostini del supermercato. Mi dispiace molto fare questa recensione ma non si può prendere in giro così i clienti che non torneranno più w faranno una pubblicità negativa. Forse sarebbe il caso di migliorare.

09/12/2024: Mi è stato consigliato.....mi sono fidata e ho sbagliato. Piatti scialbi. Nomi promettenti qualità e gusto assenti. Olive come al supermercato, antipasto mancate di pezzi senza che ĺa cameriera abbia anticipato il problema. Quando ho fatto notare che mancavano delle cose mi è stato detto che mi sbagliavo, gli ho mostrato il menù e hanno confessato di aver terminato il giorno prima alcune pietanze. Mi hanno fatto pagare il piatto x intero come nulla fosse....nemmeno un gesto di scuse o parole di scuse x aver cercato di prendermi x cretina. La serietà e la professionalità sono altro. Mai più in questo ristorante. Solo il vino era buono!

26/08/2024: We were there on a Saturday evening. Very good pizza, both dough and ingredients. It's a real shame about the wait, 40 minutes for 1 portion of mozzarella and well over 1 hour for pizzas is excessive (without anything else in the meantime), especially for a place that isn't even half full. I hope it improves because the food deserves it.

18/07/2024: Locale piccolo e confortevole gestito direttamente dalla proprietaria che è anche la cuoca. La proposta dei cibi è prevalentemente di pesce , le porzioni sono super abbondanti e i prodotti davvero di ottima qualità. L’antipasto caldo con cozze gratinate, moscardini e crostacei è davvero eccezionale , così come la frittura di pesce, freschissima e davvero soddisfacente per quanto riguarda la porzione , infatti ce ne hanno portato una aggiunta senza che lo avessimo chiesto. Tutto molto molto apprezzato! Consigliatissimo. I prezzi sono super adeguati alla qualità e alla quantità.
