17/11/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant, and despite an event in the other room, the service remained attentive and friendly. The wait times were normal for a busy day, and the waiters did their best to make us feel comfortable. The set menu didn't feel like a "second-rate" option: it was simple, yes, but well-prepared. The polenta and beans were tasty, and the strozzapreti with mushrooms had a lovely homey flavor. The main courses—the mixed skewer and the rabbit—were also well-cooked and served hot. The portions weren't overwhelming, but just right for a Sunday lunch. The dessert, a slice of apple pie, was simple but pleasant, just like in a genuine trattoria. In short: a friendly setting, home-cooked food, and friendly staff even on the busiest days. I'll gladly return.

16/11/2025: Maybe I came on the wrong day, I don't know. I was there for lunch today. There was an event in the other room, they said, huh? Anyway, they offered me the set menu (almost by force because there were no alternatives other than plain pasta with oil, ridiculous in a restaurant). Anyway. We waited 30 minutes before a waiter arrived to take our order. The first courses were inedible; an instant polenta with beans and a strozzapreti with mushrooms in oil. The second course was a minimal skewer of dry and dried meat mixed with pork, almost certainly recycled from leftovers from the event table, and a tiny piece of rabbit. A small square of apple pie to finish. As for me, I will never go there again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this review to do the same so as not to ruin their day like I did.

17/08/2025: First time I've been to this place and definitely the last. Honestly, I wasn't thrilled with it. The service was slow and there was little choice from starters to main courses. The mixed grill, for a mountain place, was lacking in just two tiny pieces of meat.

14/10/2025: Nice place. I had the tagliatelle with duck, but unfortunately the sauce was sour. I tried the tagliatelle with varnelli, but I thought they were overcooked with a slight varnelli aftertaste. I definitely won't be back.

29/11/2025: I understand that the beauty of the restaurant and the decorations are important, but the quality of the food is truly horrendous, I was ashamed to have brought my relatives, and I don't know why this drop in quality compared to previous years even though the management is the same, speechless.

Excellent drinks, prepared by passionate and professional staff (the greats Anto and Nino!), helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional wait staff (the greats Susi and Mirko!), great music, and a pleasant atmosphere. 15/11/2025: Returning for lunch after years, I couldn't have made a better choice: we ate well and even managed to relax despite the presence of our two-year-old daughter, who didn't want to sit at the table but paced all around. It was so much appreciated that we received a generous helping of bread, a small bottle of oil, and salt as soon as we arrived; besides being hungry, it's my favorite snack! We had two and a half portions of spaghetti with clams, which were delicious and plentiful. The waitress was kind enough to suggest we make a version for our daughter without parsley and chili pepper. Then we had fried calamari and roasted sole, a sorbet, and a coffee. They also brought us a quart of licorice liqueur, cold from the fridge and appreciated even for me, who doesn't like alcohol or licorice. I loved it all! Water and a quart of wine. Cost €90. Note the attentiveness of the waiters, who promptly and ninja-like replaced a plate full of clam shells while we were still shelling them! The welcome and attentive service was so wonderful that it almost overshadowed the deliciousness of the food. That's a great thing because it sets the restaurant apart and leaves a lasting positive impression.

01/08/2025: A top-quality butcher's shop and delicatessen located in the newer part of town, popular with locals and the lucky few tourists who know how to find it. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, the shop is clean and tidy, and the prices are reasonable for the products offered. You can also enjoy their culinary offerings on site.
