25/06/2025: We had dinner in the village of Altidona. In a small square, Amaca is located, a family-run restaurant where you can rediscover the flavors of the Marche region. On the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and hills, we sampled the tasting menu of local dishes, including Ascoli olives and cremini, local cured meats and cheeses, fried tagliatelle, and much more. The Barbula di Altidona wine was truly delicious and fragrant. Everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and welcoming. Impeccable service. Absolutely fair pricing. Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: I went to lunch at this lovely trattoria, searching for the best vincisgrassi in the Marche region. I was right: they were excellent. The dessert also deserves a mention. I'll be back to learn more about the other dishes. Prompt service. Good ingredients. Fair prices. Recommended, we'll be back.

03/10/2025: EXCELLENT. The food at this historic restaurant in the center is spectacular. We ate wonderfully, and there was truly a lot of attention paid to the service. Everything was delicious and traditional from Macerata. Vincisgrassi, ciauscolo, and varnelli, all seasonal, like the truffles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The staff is also wonderful; Andrea, the waiter, was exceptional. P.S. The braised beef in the photo is a half portion (my boyfriend ate the other half).

15/09/2025: What can I say? I'd start by saying that the location is very charming and homey; you really feel at home. A wonderful welcome filled with smiles, warmth, and friendliness. A truly impressive menu and, above all, quality products, so I'd say it's worth a try. Friendly and professional service; the staff are truly dedicated. My rating is in line with many other places that strive to offer good food while keeping prices affordable for families. Everything is perfect, I'd say. 13/09/2025: On our way back from visiting the old town, we stopped here for lunch. After sitting in the cave (much cooler than the outdoor terrace), we chose from the rather extensive menu: bruschetta, a mixed platter, and a hod dog, which were delicious, as were the other two dishes. The wait staff were very friendly. The bill wasn't excessive. We were satisfied.

24/08/2025: Very nice place, friendly staff, good music, excellent local products, however, contrary to what is stated on the website, absolutely not suitable for celiacs... high contamination.

17/10/2025: Beautiful campsite by a large pond with a peninsula in the lake where you can also camp. Beautiful location, friendly operators, and clean restrooms. One minor drawback: there's only one sink in the restroom, which resembles a kitchen sink. Highly recommended.

14/10/2025: October 13th. Friendly welcome Absolute relaxation. You just have to find the entrance. Don't worry, the path is clearly marked at the end. The campsite is located around a nice pond. Quiet. Electricity. Water. Very clean toilets. Shower: 50 cents for 3 minutes, which is more than enough (outside dispenser).

15/09/2025: A simply wonderful restaurant; everything is perfect, from the location, the decor, the kindness of the waiters, and of course the delicious food. There were five of us, and we shared three different appetizers, three first courses, two different second courses, and a couple of side dishes, and not a single dish was anything less than exceptional. We left after two hours so happy and satisfied that we promised ourselves we'd return to Ascoli Piceno specifically to eat here again. I'd like to give a special standing ovation to the first courses (especially the gnocchi alla norcina), but as I said, every dish was delicious. We noticed great attention to the quality of the ingredients used and their pairing in the dishes. I also want to highlight the great professionalism and kindness of all the waiters; even though the place was packed, with a huge table of a basketball team, they always treated us with a smile and a calm attitude, without making a single mistake. 13/09/2025: One of the best restaurants (unmatched value for money) I've ever been to. Delicious food, a rustic-elegant atmosphere typical of the area, and the girl who served us was friendly and welcoming. If you're ever in Ascoli Piceno, this place is a must-visit.

14/07/2025: I've been to this gelateria once and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, the gelato scoops weren't overly large but offered a wide variety of flavors, and above all, they were good, though not all were perfect. The prices are reasonable, though whipped cream could be included. The place is cute, and the view of the square is pleasant. Overall, a good experience, though not perfect. I recommend trying it if you're in the area.

05/09/2025: We were there tonight just for drinks, good selection of beers. But we'll be back for something to eat besides beer. We sat in the garden.
