03/08/2025: Ogni volta che passiamo a Urbino, questa città meravigliosa che purtroppo é a mio parere sempre poco pubblicizzata e valorizzata, veniamo in questo ristorante!! Ed ogni volta é una conferma di sapori, qualità e accoglienza!

30/06/2025: Nel cuore del centro storico di Urbino, il locale si distingue per la sua atmosfera intima e accogliente. Un'osteria rinascimentale con arredamento molto elegante e ben climatizzato. La cucina rispecchia la qualità del locale, offrendo una vasta selezione di piatti che utilizzano sapientemente l'eccellente materia prima del territorio con preparazioni innovative che mantengono i sapori autentici della tradizione. Noi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione da cinque portate, che è il modo migliore per conoscere l'offerta del ristorante e anche un affare dal punto di vista economico e siamo stati guidati dalla cameriera per la scelta del vino, che si è rivelato un perfetto accompagnamento per il percorso. Il menù degustazione è stata un'esperienza unica, con piatti che sono delle piccole opere d'arte, con gusti ben bilanciati e abbinamenti inaspettati che funzionano perfettamente. Consiglio caldamente "Esplosione di Manzo" e "Porgi l'altra guancia". Servizio impeccabile, attento e competente, che sa consigliarti e ti aiuta a districarti nella vasta selezione di vini. Anche le varie portate sono serviti con i tempi giusti, per un'esperienza rilassata e tranquilla. Prezzi in linea con il tipo di cucina offerto. Complimenti a tutta la squadra.

18/11/2025: A lovely place with small wooden tables lined up for a quick slice of pizza. The pizzas by the slice are delicious, and their array of different flavors, brightly colored, add a touch of cheer. Overall, the prices are reasonable considering the quality. Fast and professional service.

31/10/2025: Heart-stopping pizza with potatoes and truffles... delicious. The counter is full of pizzas with unusual ingredients and combinations... prices are slightly above average, but good things come at a price.

16/11/2025: One of my favorite restaurants in Civitanova Marche. The food is a taste experience! I highly recommend the gnocchetti...they're addictive. The staff, all young, very kind and super fast, are truly knowledgeable; it's a pleasure to watch them at work. The chef is brilliant!

13/09/2025: On our way back from visiting the old town, we stopped here for lunch. After sitting in the cave (much cooler than the outdoor terrace), we chose from the rather extensive menu: bruschetta, a mixed platter, and a hod dog, which were delicious, as were the other two dishes. The wait staff were very friendly. The bill wasn't excessive. We were satisfied.

24/08/2025: Very nice place, friendly staff, good music, excellent local products, however, contrary to what is stated on the website, absolutely not suitable for celiacs... high contamination.

24/09/2025: We stopped at this refuge because friends recommended it, even just to get a platter and some wine. A complete disappointment. Cold cuts for two served on a small plastic plate. 2 slices of ham, 2 salami, and 2 speck, perhaps bought at Tigre. They asked us if we wanted cheese with honey, and to our surprise, they brought us Asiago (a typical local cheese). As a final treat, the waitress asked us if we wanted bread too. Well, you see. 4 micro slices. Maybe something needs to be reconsidered.

31/08/2025: A beautiful refuge surrounded by nature. I called and asked if they could make amatriciana. They replied, "Give me 15 minutes and I'll put the sauce on." Four of us arrived, hungry, and the amatriciana weighed over 1 kg. Fantastic, they even brought us a bowl of extra sauce to mop up the sauce. Two appetizers, over 1 kg of pasta, coffee, and drinks, were 15 euros each.

28/09/2025: We chose this sandwich shop for its extensive menu of vegetarian/vegan sandwiches, which we browsed online. We had a great time, and the sandwich was really good. The owner is friendly and courteous. We'll definitely be back.

13/09/2025: If the sandwiches were twice as big, or at least twice as filling, I'd definitely go back. At €14-15 for a sandwich you eat in four bites (I'm 1.70m and 61kg, not exactly a giant, actually 😅), I'd be happy if the ingredients were of impeccably excellent quality.

04/12/2025: After reading the many positive reviews of this place, I decided to try the much-vaunted dishes at ANburger. We're not there, not at all. After more than ten days, both my wife and I still have clothes smelling of fried food and kitchen fumes. The place is very cramped, packed together; you have to push people up to get through. I'm not a burger fan, and neither is my wife, but we wanted to try it. House fries (that's what they call them... well...), a pile of greasy potatoes, like the ones from a packet. A sandwich with spare ribs, which arrived with cold spare ribs, not at all warm as is customary, with an unsavory sauce and two lettuce leaves. Horrible. My wife had a veggie burger, with two ounces of mayonnaise and somewhat questionable flavors. The only good thing was a noteworthy amber draft beer. No, we're not there. Prices are a bit high for mediocre quality products. Perhaps in the summer, having outdoor seating makes things different. It's certainly more livable, but the food remains the same. I'm sorry, we had good feelings, but it was an evening to forget. We entered at 8:15 PM, and at 8:40 PM we left in despair. P.S.: I don't understand the rave reviews on Tripadvisor; perhaps many are fake or written by someone who eats bread and water every day.

22/11/2025: The beer selection is the envy of many pubs, and I can say that the one I chose was truly good (I also appreciated the gluten-free option) and served with crispy, perfectly salty artisanal chips. The sandwich I chose was very good; you can sense the chefs' research into the pairings. It might seem expensive, but the ingredients are high-quality, and quality comes at a price. For just over €20 per person, you can enjoy a good sandwich and an excellent beer. Special mention goes to the owner, who stayed to chat with us and another customer, making everything feel more "familiar."

21/09/2025: If you want to experience what it feels like to be judged before you even order, this is the place. Having had a very positive impact since my last visit to this place, I decided to bring two of my friends. We went in: one of us went to the bathroom for an emergency, the other smoked a cigarette outside. The owner looked us over as if we'd just robbed a bank. My friend came back because he also needed to go to the bathroom. While my friend and I were looking at the menu, a rude gesture to the temple was sent from the counter, indicating that our friend was "not okay." (Drunk? On drugs? I had to specify that my friend was in the bathroom because I don't think he would have asked us about his mental and physical condition in front of him.) SPOILER: He was doing very well. When I replied, "No, he's fine," he jokingly exclaimed, "OH YES! HE'S SURELY BETTER THAN ME😆😆" But here, you just have to breathe to be labeled. Coincidentally, we were a group of young people in our twenties (maybe we didn't even look that "grown up", but for us that's certainly a compliment) and maybe the owner didn't like the fact that we wanted to drink a beer or some of their customised cocktails with a splash of IPA. I didn't even have time to explain to my friends that they don't serve typical drinks here (I know the specialty here is beer... He can keep it: he's so fond of it that he suggested we look for a cocktail bar. How nice of him, we clearly understood his message. We left disgusted as the owner greeted us with a "thank you ☺️" that sounded more like "thanks for getting rid of your balls." Honest advice: there are truly professional bars just a few steps away. Here they only serve nice, cold rudeness, like the beer I wanted to drink... A real shame, since I have nothing to say about the excellent quality of what's served... REVIEW UPDATE AFTER THE OWNER'S RESPONSE I admit I wasn't aware of my friend's request to smoke inside the establishment. The rule was respected, however, as he finished his smoke and went back inside without a care in the world (had it been the other way around, I wouldn't have dared). (I'll defend him.) Now I ask: have you ever tried taking friends to a different place than usual? As I wrote before, I didn't even have time to explain that they don't serve the usual drinks (like the Pina Colada my friend wanted). We know the internet exists, but I don't think it's mandatory to study every place's menu before entering. From the response, I received this sort of hostility toward my friend, but that doesn't justify the dirty looks my friend and I received without having done anything. (Then, the request to find another place was made to us, too.) We had decided what to order, but after that request, we had no choice but to get up. I love beer, but I don't love it enough to stay in a place after the owner explicitly asks you to "look around and find something else." If for you this is the model of professionalism that 'doesn't label,' then perhaps we have different definitions of the word, given that my friend was more than lucid.

19/10/2025: I've never had such a good pistachio semifreddo! I ordered it for my graduation party by chance, as I'm not from the area, and I was absolutely delighted! The pistachio flavor was delicious, not overpowering, and the cream used was top-quality, fresh, and light! The price was absolutely right! Thank you!

16/09/2025: Nice and clean apartment. There's a slight sewage smell coming from the pipes, but it fades with airing. Convenient location for the beach, and very friendly and cheerful staff, including the receptionist. We'll be back!
