07/06/2025: Pizza buona peccato per la lentezza mostruosa con cui ci hanno servito. Eravamo 25, alle 21:30 abbiamo ordinato, alle 22:30 hanno iniziato a servire le prime due pizze...alle 23:15 sono arrivate solo 15 pizze, perciò abbiamo chiesto di fermarsi perché era ormai tardissimo. La proprietaria è stata scortese e scocciata, quando le abbiamo fatto notare che c'erano persone che ancora non avevano mangiato. Al momento del conto ha continuato ad avere un atteggiamento sgarbato nonostante le stessimo pagando un conto piuttosto sostanzioso per mezza pizza, qualche fritto e da bere. Sconsigliatissimo

09/02/2025: The quality of the pizza is of a high standard... exceptionally light cooking... I will return because it is the best pizza I have ever eaten... the service was excellent, the lady was kind and gentle with the children...

30/07/2025: Rude and impolite staff. I've been there several times, but there's a problem with everything, and they only make excuses. The pizza was burned.

07/08/2025: After several visits with family and other occasions with large groups, I can say that it's a wonderful place where you can eat well and relax in the beautiful indoor and outdoor atmosphere. It's not easy to find a place like this. The appetizers are delicious, plentiful, and never predictable. The first and second courses are no less. Alessandro is extremely kind and helpful, as is the fantastic waitress. Thank you for the hospitality and attention you always give us. See you next time.

13/07/2025: A lovely place to eat, home-cooked food with house wines and top-notch table service! I'm not sure how much the prices vary because I was there as a guest for a wedding.

01/04/2025: The pizza is quite good, the prices are normal, but in my opinion it is greatly penalized by the location of the shopping center in which it is located...

25/07/2025: The pizza is meant to resemble Neapolitan pizza, but it's not always successful. I went with my family for lunch, and the Margherita pizzas were good. I ordered a baked calzone, and it was far too crispy, whereas traditional Neapolitan pizza requires a soft crust. Overall, a good place and good service. A bit pricey for what you get.

16/07/2025: I come to Fermo every week for work, and I've tried (and reviewed) at least 15 nearby properties. I finally tried the Hotel Astoria, which boasts a prime location, practically right on the main square. Just one piece of advice: DON'T GO THERE. The only positive is the view, which you can easily find for half the price at any B&B in the Marche hills. Reasons: - It's poorly maintained and dirty (hair and pigeon droppings on the terrace); - The toilet didn't flush, and it wasn't fixed despite requests, so I can only imagine the unpleasant odors and situations; - The fire alarm had a dead battery, so it FLASHED every 15-20 seconds, and I can only imagine how anyone could sleep with a constant flash above the bed; - Since the aforementioned device was "irreparable," I asked to be changed rooms and was told it wasn't possible because the hotel was fully booked, even though that same afternoon I personally witnessed a couple walk-in and were sold a double room; - Broken air conditioning, with the louver falling in the middle of the night, blown by the wind. Upon checkout, I owed €41 in extras; the manager present acknowledged the problems and didn't even mention offering a coffee. A very ordinary canteen-style restaurant, with Michelin-starred à la carte prices that are absurd in terms of value for money. Above all, there's no point in spending more when in the Marche region you'll find dozens of new, well-kept B&Bs that thrive on commitment, hard work, and love for their guests, rather than the pomp and circumstance of 30 years ago.

01/03/2025: While I didn't find this pizza exceptional, I have to admit there are worse options out there. My review, however, concerns something I noticed, which I personally won't compromise on, for reasons of hygiene. The pizza slices are cut with a regular knife (not a pizza cutter), and so far, you're completely free to do so. However, to do so, the woman placed her hand OVER the pizza to hold it in place, keeping her fingers in the toppings of a warm slice that had been there for a while. She continued in the same manner with a second slice, which I saw her cut later. Aside from using a bare hand, I believe the pizza you serve shouldn't be handled this way, and once cooked and ready to eat, the toppings shouldn't be touched, much less dipping your fingers in the center. If anything, you can hold it in place with a fork, not by dipping your bare fingers in it.

08/07/2025: Professional and lovely welcome and service from the two ladies. Top-notch gelato and pastries. I regret not having ordered more to go. The prices are very reasonable: 1.30 for a lungo macchiato, 1.50 for a cream and red berry pastry. The place is very pleasant. A great time, the flavors of which I will remember forever. Thank you.

06/07/2025: Locazione gradevole buona scelta di gelati, quando entriamo non c'è nessun cliente. Facciamo la nostra ordinazione, non veniamo serviti neppure dopo altri 3 tavoli di clienti giunti dopo di noi. Vediamo che agli ultimi vengono servite coppe gelato....chiediamo quando verremo serviti ci viene risposto che gli altri clienti erano giunti prima : falso. Vediamo poi che i clienti che hanno ricevuto le nostre coppe gelato , dopo un assaggino fanno riportare indietro le coppe dalla cameriera che adesso ci guarda...forse pensa di rifilare a noi i gelati piluccati ??? Peccato che un così bel caffè sia gestito così malamente ! E poi per favore un po' più di rispetto per i clienti!!!!!

08/04/2025: I was very disappointed with the treatment I received, with disdain and little attention to the customer's needs. The owner was rude, almost as if it bothered him that I was asking for more detailed information. The sales assistants are clearly embarrassed by their lack of knowledge of the product. Prices significantly higher than other ice cream shops in the area when comparing the same product and the same quality. I advise you to have more empathy and professionalism with people... I can only give one star... even too much I would say...🤷🏻‍♀️ She was in the laboratory...and she didn't hear the conversation with her sales assistant...I'm sorry, if I had wanted the cake in the window I would have taken it...spending even less...instead you made me believe that you decorated it with pink colours, simple but pink...instead you gave me the cake in the window by making me pay 10 euros more...you basically did as you wanted...not to mention her rudeness that instead of talking to the customer listen to needs...he shrugged disdainfully. Make the cakes a showcase and as long as you are not able to take orders in a different way. I have proof of this with other friends who have had a bad time....be humble. I decorated THE CAKE myself in the end...because yours was horrendous! And in any case I will spend my money somewhere else and that's for sure... the advertising will be 360° negative on all platforms.

10/07/2025: Anna and Giancarlo are two wonderful people. A well-designed agriturismo just a half-hour walk from Mezzavalle beach... Spacious and clean room... It's a shame the restaurant is closed due to lack of staff (it would be an added service), but the place certainly benefits from a more peaceful atmosphere.

31/01/2025: We've been to several Michelin-starred restaurants both in Italy and abroad. This was definitely one of the best experiences.

19/07/2025: You never find bread on Saturdays, so if you order it you have to wait or come back later... maybe it would take a little more planning.

14/04/2025: Shitty place A measly slice of pizza paid a fortune, only to then not even have a decent quality product which was cold and chewy. Among other things, a rude sales assistant who threw my change on the counter.
