La vecchia Cartiera, situata in un punto strategico, uscita superstrada Fabriano Ovest comodissima per chi viaggia o arriva dalle grotte di Frasassi. L'atmosfera è calda e accogliente, con un arredamento che richiama la tradizione Marchigiana. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare i loro antipasti i sapori si distinguevano uno dall'altro impiantati con raffinatezza, il primo Cappellacci con funghi porcini una poesia, rispetto della cucina del territorio ma con un tocco di modernità preparati in modo impeccabile. Il servizio è stato attento e cortese, e il conto è stato in linea con le aspettative. Un'esperienza da ripetere. Complimenti allo chef e al personale di servizio

12/02/2024: Excellent pizza, stuffed with quality ingredients and with really tasty assortments. I especially appreciated the digestibility despite my 4 really large pieces. The quality justifies the price. I will definitely come back.

13/12/2024: Hotel in a strategic position, free parking, surrounded by greenery, 10 minutes walk from the Frasassi Caves. Renovated, clean and welcoming structure, we liked it a lot. The rooms are very welcoming, with excellent mattresses to sleep on. "We would like to compliment the hotel staff on the exceptional level of cleanliness of our room. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the care with which the room was kept impeccable during our stay. Staff, super friendly, compliments to the professionalism of the Director Alberto and the welcome and kindness of the reception manager Lorena, who got us tickets for the visit to the Frasassi Caves, so we avoided the queues. We had the half board formula, dinner with superlative cuisine, with well-prepared dishes and excellent food, also the continental breakfast was delicious and offered a wide range of high quality products. The great variety, including a delicious continental breakfast, met our every expectation and made our stay even more enjoyable. A beautiful Detox experience, with many places to visit and discover in the heart of the Marche hinterland. We will definitely return

09/11/2024: A few too many problems with the heating (19.5 degrees in the room) and the workers who started sanding a terrace at 8:00 in the morning next to our window, normally it would not have been a problem but having arrived at the hotel at 1:00 on in the morning we would have preferred to wake up differently. Breakfast with many desserts but overall not exciting. For 130 euros per night I expected a little more.

24/07/2024: For three weeks we took advantage of their excellent take-away dishes, everything delicious, in particular the parmigiana and the tagliolini or gnocchi with seafood as well as vegetables of all kinds (tomatoes, courgettes, mushrooms, herbs...) all cooked to perfection. However, the restaurant is also equipped for on-site consumption, with internal and external tables. Well done!

23/07/2024: Ho provato varie cose e tutte super buone, porzioni giuste e sughi al pesce spettacolari, magari si potrebbe alzare leggermente l’aria condizionata, ma si sta bene comunque.

20/07/2024: Charlie is the best for me, Paola is a splendid lady with a huge heart....I go there every Saturday to have breakfast and I would have no other place to recommend to get ice cream, aperitifs, pastries, sweets, croissants etc.. ..Charlie is family, quality, an extreme explosion of taste, cleanliness and the best you could wish for...
