03/10/2025: Yesterday we had perfect marinated alici with caramelized red onions, delicately breaded, fried calamari and prawn skewers, and pesce spada with spinach and Taliasche olives. Everything was very tasty and aromatic. Especially the risotto di frutti di mare! Very creamy! Not overpriced and of very good quality. The owners are very friendly and regulars.

02/09/2025: A small restaurant in Baia Flaminia with outdoor seating. We ordered mixed fish skewers and octopus with potatoes. It was really good, and we had a great time. Prices are average.

07/09/2025: The spring rolls had a strange taste of some substance, otherwise they are really good too.

Yesterday, they confirmed their professionalism and attention to detail even in a simple maritozzo for our son's birthday. A spectacular cake, richly filled and decorated. GREAT AS ALWAYS. 14/05/2025: It is the best pastry shop in Fermo, only that the pastries cost a little too much, I would say if you can make a discount on the pastries for example in the afternoon instead of €1.30 if you can put them at 50€cents especially in the evening if there are no buyers. They make both pastries, cakes and quality pastries just as tradition dictates, they make them with eggs from free-range hens for those who don't know and also chocolate both dark and flavored and then they also do other things, go there and you will see

05/09/2025: I stayed at this hotel in the last week of August 2025 on a half-board basis and was amazed by the efficiency and courtesy of the restaurant staff. They were quick to serve and attentive to the guests' needs. The food was tasty and plentiful! I especially thank Martina for helping me ship a bag I'd forgotten on my day of departure. Well done everyone!

26/08/2025: We had a wonderful holiday, everything was perfect, from the wonderful breakfasts with a sea view, to the always smiling and kind staff, to Mrs. Cinzia and Mr. Giuseppe, the managers who were always very attentive to our needs and available. Excellent location facing/on the sea. We didn't want to leave.

04/09/2025: Beautiful panoramic terrace with impeccable service, but an extremely short menu and almost a half-hour wait for our orders to arrive. The tagliatelle were good and homemade, with a very thick ragù but too much oil; the tagliatelle was decidedly mediocre, tough and stringy. But the price was very reasonable.

15/08/2025: I dined here with friends. I ordered a wine by the glass from the wine list, and was silently served a different one. (It's a screw-top bottle, by the way, but I don't want to be intransigent about that.) When I pointed this out to the waitress, she looked at me askance as if it were the most normal thing in the world. Serving a wine different from the one listed on the wine list without informing the customer is a disgrace. Even by the glass. Especially if I order by the name of the winery and not the grape variety. And it would be polite to have the wines tasted by the glass as well to resolve these situations—which wasn't done—even though I realize it's rarely done. However, not offering to somehow resolve the problem when it's pointed out is very rude, and it's a serious problem. Offering to change the wine seems the least I can do, but evidently not here. An apology, too, wouldn't hurt. If we're going to assume that one wine is as good as another, then I'm going to open a watch shop and sell a Casio for the same price to every customer who asks for a Daytona... And the quartz Casio is more accurate, right? 🙄 The food is okay, but not unforgettable. Prices are medium-high, only justified if you eat on the terrace.
