There were three older men and one younger woman working in the service, and the atmosphere between them was clearly tense. I hope this message can help improve that situation — it's not only unpleasant for guests (for me it's fine, I simply won't return), but above all, it's a pity for them. We ordered spaghetti with lobster, and were gently but insistently encouraged to also take a starter. The codfish starter was extremely salty, and the lobster pasta was so unbalanced that we left it almost untouched. 02/08/2025: The selection of ice creams is good...not only classic flavors but also refined ones like my favorite "40 degrees" or "yogurt and pomegranate sauce" but also "booo", "mare d'inverno", "nocciatella", "carato"...and the whipped cream on offer is spectacular, the girls at the counter are always kind, helpful and friendly. In short, a regular stop at Joseph when I go to Marotta.

20/09/2025: The croissants are good. For a lunchtime treat, you can eat quickly and well, considering it's practically a bar.

15/05/2025: I have been there a couple of times and have always found it to be excellent. The quality is excellent, the mix of flavours is excellent, the service is precise and professional, the quality-price ratio is excellent, definitely recommended for those who are in the area.

11/10/2025: I don't know what to say... at 1:15 pm on a Saturday we asked if they had a place for 2 people and they told us that it was completely booked with all the tables inside empty and 4 tables for 2 outside empty and cleared...

10/10/2025: It was one of the few restaurants in ancona that also has vegetarian options, so I had go come and was not disappointed. The service was lovely, the food was amazing, and it had vegetarian twists on classic Italian dishes. We had an amazing experience!
