21/08/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, with excellent and friendly staff, and truly excellent fish, expertly cooked by the lady! Perhaps the portion of the fish soup was too large, I'd say for two people, but I wish we had more "criticisms" of that kind!

23/07/2025: I was charmed by the reviews... it was a complete disappointment. I found the place to be sad. The tagliata with arugula and cherry tomatoes was the worst I've ever had. I found the meat full of sinew, it tasted smoky, and it wasn't cooked to perfection. For these reasons, my experience was disappointing.

06/07/2025: This evening, passing through Fabriano, we decide to have dinner at this place. A very welcoming place, suitable for dinners with friends, but also for dinners as a couple. Very good appetizer as well as the mixed grill cooked to perfection, accompanied by a good white wine. The tiramisu was very good even if the portion was a little small. Overall, an excellent place.

01/08/2025: We get the best pizzas in the area here. It's convenient to order pizzas by phone, as it can get busy. The staff is incredibly friendly.

18/05/2025: I went to eat pizza with some friends and I found a quiet and welcoming place, well-trained and kind staff, very good pizza at normal prices, recommended.

23/08/2025: I went with a friend to eat at Fontalba after a trek between Monte Acuto and Monte Catria. The restaurant is new, modern, and very bright and spacious. The outside area is also spacious, with some children's games. The location is strategic, along the provincial road connecting Fano and Cagli. The staff is organized and helpful. The menu is varied, with meat, fish, truffles, and pizza in the evening. We tried an appetizer and a couple of first courses, one meat and one seafood. All the dishes were delicious and plentiful. We will definitely return.

08/09/2025: A well-known seaside restaurant in Pedaso, it's not the easiest to find the first time; you have to find the pedestrian underpass beneath the railway (which practically runs along the seafront) that overlooks the restaurant (but that's not their fault). The menu is exclusively seafood, reasonably priced, with generous portions and good quality. There were six of us and we had made reservations (definitely a good idea). When we arrived, we lined up to be greeted, and after a reasonable wait, someone came to direct the small groups that had gathered. To view the menu, you need to open it on your smartphone by scanning a QR code. The waiter taking the orders immediately warned us that six people could only order two first courses, which I don't think is very fair. Two of us ordered risotto (minimum for two) and we were warned that it would take at least 30 minutes. On the bright side, it means they make it fresh, and we were warned anyway. As for the ordering time and the punctuality of delivery (which was a bit of a challenge, anyway), there's nothing to complain about. However, there is something that could be improved regarding the service: it is not easy to intercept a waiter who does not follow the orders, even just for a bottle of water.

18/06/2025: Good food and nice big place, only flaw the waitress is too much on top of the customer staring and running to remove the empty plate like a condor 🫤🫤🫤not only does it make you anxious but they bring you all the dishes together so you don't have space on the table, definitely not suitable for relaxing and eating calmly😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

16/05/2025: A large and beautiful trattoria located on a hill with a beautiful view. You come in and you feel at home, everyone is very friendly and nice, they make you spend a nice evening. The cuisine is typical of the Marche region with products made or produced by them, therefore good raw materials. Large dishes, you would like to eat everything but you can't. From the delicious appetizers, to the tagliolini alla chitarra, everything is really very good. Excellent value for money. To return

Si mangia bene, all’esterno in un chiosco interno alla piazza. Una perfetta soluzione per chi si trova ad Urbino e cerca il giusto equilibrio tra qualità e velocità

19/07/2025: Fabric is a truly unusual burger joint and beer garden, where every burger showcases the region's rich history, using quality local ingredients and authentic, zero-mile flavors! The wide selection of craft beers pairs perfectly with the meal, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the outdoor space: the tables and chairs are a bit precarious, set up on a sloping area in front of the restaurant, which isn't particularly comfortable. Alternatively, we could have eaten inside... Despite this, it remains a highly recommended stop for those seeking flavor, originality, and a casual atmosphere.

21/05/2025: Excellent sandwich, crispy bread on the outside and soft on the inside. Excellent meat and tasty condiments. Despite the generous size, the sandwich did not fall apart and I enjoyed it without recovering pieces scattered on the plate 😅 Excellent beer that really went well with the sandwich. The sweets were good, but nothing compared to the sandwich 🤩🤩🤩
