11/07/2025: Hi. I want to tell EVERYONE that my stay at this hotel was nothing short of MAGNIFICENT.
Starting from the location with a beautiful view, followed by the truly EXCEPTIONAL food. From the welcome to the services managed by the owner Maura, very tenacious in her role and very willing to please all guests. Kudos to all the staff, especially the talented Patrik. Friendly, professional. BRAVO in his role. A FRIEND.
The room is always spotless down to the smallest detail.

26/06/2025: I advise against it!
First, we were guided to the underground parking garage with our motorcycles. But it was closed, and we had to laboriously turn the motorcycles on the exit ramp.
The waiter in the restaurant is very, very unfriendly.
The standard room for two people is much too small. Two people can't pass each other. There's less than 30 cm of space around the bed.
The breakfast buffet was also just so-so. There's a plague of flies there, but apparently no one recommends it.
22/06/2025: This time we were very disappointed. In a superior room there was no minibar, complimentary coffee and water. We had booked dinner and they gave us a table in the bar without it being properly set (only 1 fork and 1 knife). The only thing that was saved was the waiter who was visibly sorry. Too bad, because we had been customers for a long time. We will not return.
The fact remains that it is a central hotel with free parking on site.

22/03/2025: Service at the highest level - the waiters were polite, smiling and always ready to help, but not pushy at the same time. We felt really welcome.
As for the food - absolutely sensational! Every dish was perfectly prepared, fresh and full of flavor. You can see that the chefs put their heart into what they do.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates high quality food and professional service. I will definitely come back!
06/03/2025: Modern, casual, cosy and with a good vibe, fair priced and homemade food above average. Safe choice for all occasions. Great selection of wines. Best coffee Americano ever (not really an Americano - way too much good flavour).

04/04/2025: Per noi siciliani è stato un piacere conoscere il vero sapore dello speck, della bresaola e degli altri salumi, per non parlare delle irresistibili braciole. Per il resto la struttura è magica, con le stalle degli animali che mantengono tutto il calore nonostante la neve circostanze, mentre la mise en place e l'oste hanno un carattere che più tipico non si può!
19/03/2025: Un posticino tipico appena fuori dal centro. Cibo ottimo e pizzoccheri superlativi . Cosa carina è la vetrata dove si affacciano sulla sala deliziose caprette. Prezzi onesti . Siete una garanzia!

12/06/2025: Mensen GA HIER NIET HEEN! Waardeloos personeel. Een dame van de bediening let een blad met gluwein over de nieuwe jas van mijn vrouw vallen. Kan gebeuren. Ze wilde de jas wassen maar we zeiden dat dat niet zal gaan. De vlekken zijn er niet uitgegaan. Vanaf dat moment werden ze heel onvriendelijk en negeerde ze ons. Ik eiste een oplossing maar ze zeiden stuur maar een mail. We zijn nu al een half jaar aan het mailen maar we krijgen geen reactie. Het gaat hier om een spiksplinternieuwe jas van €700. En daar willen ze niet voor betalen.

02/06/2025: Siamo stati in latteria per una merenda a base di gelato,i bambini hanno gradito parecchio sia il sapore che la quantità di gelato e devo dire che hanno ragione,quindi abbiamo voluto provare anche altri prodotti acquistati allo spaccio,il latte buono con un sapore particolarmente gustoso lo yogurt ai frutti di bosco molto buono,sorpreso piacevolmente dalle bibite saor fatte in vari gusti a base di siero di latte prezzi nella norma per prodotti artigianali.Alla prossima visita assaggerò anche i formaggi.locale consigliato per ora solo come gelateria
23/04/2025: A few steps from the center, a beautiful hotel full of comforts with very kind staff willing to explain and please you, good food and various types of choice with a fixed à la carte menu and one of the day that changes every day, excellent in every way. I also thank the Galli hotel for offering us the Flora hotel for this mini holiday. Simona
