Persief is a restaurant that captivates from the first moment with its cozy and intimate atmosphere, just six tables for service that is meticulously curated and never distracting. The dishes are a surprising journey: radiant and bold flavors, showcasing the finest ingredients with original yet balanced pairings. The menu offers three different tasting menus, each with its own distinct identity. We chose to pair them with a truly excellent wine tasting, perfectly balanced with each course. The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable: unpretentious, yet extremely professional. You feel welcomed naturally, like at home, yet pampered with a level of care that only great restaurants can offer. A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended to anyone seeking something unique in Livigno.

14/01/2026: If I go to Livigno, the Hotel Cristallo is my go-to. Unfortunately, I almost always only manage to stay for 2 or 3 nights, and I've even been unable to find a single room available. But I can explain why perfectly well. The thoughtfulness, Maura's hospitality, Lorenza's excellent cuisine, and the kindness of all their staff contribute to making every guest's stay a success.

20/12/2025: Excellent! 5 well-deserved stars. We've been coming to this hotel for three years now (that's saying something) on ​​a half-board basis, and we also stayed at the sister hotel Valtellina a year before. The staff is magnificent, as is the welcome. The owner, Maura, is very kind and always available. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The food is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of Livigno's center and some ski slopes. There's a heated locker for your ski equipment and a covered garage (so your car doesn't freeze). The bus stop is in front of the hotel (blue and red lines), and the yellow and green lines are a three-minute walk away—a truly strategic location for reaching every part of Livigno. The addition of the wellness area is a plus; after a day of skiing, spending an hour in the hotel spa is very relaxing. Then we continued to the city center for a bit of shopping and a visit to the Christmas markets before dinner to stretch our legs a bit. Breakfast buffet with eggs and toast included in the price (gluten- and lactose-free options are also available—the omelette is highly recommended!) A la carte dinner with multiple choices (accommodating everyone from carnivores to vegetarians to fish eaters—a very varied selection. The meat, cheese, fish, soups, pasta, and salads change daily, including traditional dishes. Delicious desserts; the strudel, crème brulee, panna cotta, gelato, Nutella cake, and tiramisu are highly recommended—we tried almost everything.) We only stayed in Livigno in the winter, but we'll be back in the summer/spring with our dog—an extra star because the hotel is super pet-friendly and is also home to two friendly dogs who will brighten up your day. Excellent price - Free ski pass (low season) + half-board hotel. Unbeatable value for money.

05/02/2026: Let's start with the positives: The ambiance is wonderful, the wine very carefully selected and perfectly paired with the food. Ultimately, however, we felt the value for money wasn't quite right. Unfortunately, the mussels weren't entirely fresh during our visit, and some of the dishes seemed rather bland and unimaginative. The portions aren't really designed for a large appetite. While the food is beautifully presented, overall I'd say it's more style than substance. Nevertheless, it was a lovely evening – with room for improvement.

On a Livigno scale – the food is delicious! Each dish is refined, with fresh ingredients and flavors that stay in your memory. I wholeheartedly recommend it, a good place for a relaxing evening.

07/03/2026: Nice to sit and watch the black slope from Carrosello 3000. Food, especially the pasta is price/quality very good. Music and atmosphere overall good. Service is fast! I go back here everytime in Livigno.

29/12/2025: We dined here twice during our vacation and were always very pleased. The service from all the girls was friendly, courteous, and efficient. My compliments to the wait staff. The food was good, the prices fair. We ordered both first and second courses, as well as pizzas, and everything was excellent. I recommend it.

26/12/2025: We found this place on our second-to-last day. We really enjoyed the dinner. The prices were reasonable, and everything we ordered was delicious. Compared to other places we'd visited in Livigno, Canoe was unbeatable! We returned for lunch.

17/12/2025: A minute after ordering, I asked for a change from fries to potatoes. The lady said it was impossible because it was ready. I then waited another 10 minutes. Poorly...

29/08/2025: Great lunch consisting of tagliata di manzo, semifreddo di taneda and a glass of local red wine. Everything was top notch. Very comfortable and attractive dining area inside, and a covered patio with tables outside to enjoy the view when the weather is nice. I walked there from the bus stop at the bottom of Val Federia, which was nice as the last half of the walk was on a trail. To return I walked straight down the meadow to town as the hay had recently been cut. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

09/03/2026: I discovered this restaurant by chance three years ago, and now it's a regular stop for us (we come to Livigno every year). The food is excellent, and the place is very cute, clean, and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

27/02/2026: This place - to be honest - neither surprised nor offended. There was basically nothing to criticize about the food. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The ingredients were ok too. They even tried with pizza (by the way, you can also get a takeaway box for that). But overall, everything, including the atmosphere and the food, seemed boring, dull, and unimaginative. I just didn't enjoy it. No specific taste. Nothing surprised me. Overall, it was like there was no imagination. It was almost sterile. I probably wouldn't go here again, even if I was just very hungry. But maybe I'm just demanding and spoiled and I expect a comprehensive experience from gastronomy - and you'll like it here...

16/02/2026: We were staying in the apartment upstairs and chose Real Pemont for our everyday apres-ski dinner. First of all kind owners and welcoming service, second of all fantastic simple, truly Italian pizzas from wood fired oven. Some days we tried pasta dishes and they were also very delicious. Good prices compared to Livigno city-center, definitely recommend to visit!

06/03/2026: The perfect stop between runs! Came for a quick Aperol, stayed for the amazing vibe. Great food, great drinks, and the free Bombardino definitely improved our skiing skills (or at least our confidence). The live music makes the atmosphere even better. Will definitely be back!
