29/03/2025: The waiters are not friendly and do not take orders in time. I left now after waiting twenty minutes. Apparently the one who serves drinks does not take orders and also answers you rudely if you ask politely to order. The service is just unspeakable! Take back the bivio was once a great place!

13/03/2025: We have been to this MAGICAL RESTAURANT on two different occasions. First for dinner and then for lunch. On both occasions we were accompanied to the table by the very kind lady who was at the reception. For dinner we opted for 3 first courses: -Pappardelle with turkey ragout and blueberries. -Gnocchi with bitto fondue, caramelized pears and crumbled walnuts. -Fusilli with pumpkin cream, Zola fondue and sausage (first off the menu). We were served excellently by Giovanni and to end the dinner we opted for tiramisu at Braulio. For lunch we opted for pizza: Sublime, good and super digestible! All highly recommended. I recommend the pizza only for lunch. We booked in both situations, the place deserves a lot but the food and everyone's professionalism deserves the experience 💯 The desserts are sublime

10/03/2025: Papardele and ravioli tasty, but the portion of ravioli was about half compared to papardelle, fresh vegetable salad, but only olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper for seasoning.

23/03/2025: Amazing dinner. Wonderful service, great food. I think this was the best meal in a ski resort I have ever had (Including some Michelin starred ones) All in all a perfect evening. Could not recommend more

02/03/2025: On Saturday evening, we went in to ask if there was room (I recommend booking 👍🏾) and the girl at the register was very nice to accommodate the request for a table for two. We wanted to try Roxy Bar and honestly now that we've tried it I think we won't be able to do without it. We took a Golosa pizza, a Contatina, Still Water, Coca Cola and Coffee and paid only €32 (well maybe €2.50 is too much for what the cover charge offers but you save on other things). Let's move on to the details: The Roxy Bar welcomes you as soon as you enter with a nice counter where you will also find tables, after the small corridor you will find another very very nice room!! Obviously there is much more on the menu than pizza, we chose pizza out of curiosity but we were impressed. Downstairs there is another nice room that we want to try next time. The service is quick, there was just a bit of confusion but this is dictated by visitor requests in my opinion! We had a good time and will return. We wanted to thank the girl at the register and the lady who takes the orders again, we certainly had positive feedback at least with you. We also work with the public and wanted to thank you for what you do. See you soon 💯

04/02/2025: I stayed for a long weekend with my family, excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, excellent breakfast both sweet and savory, we took advantage of their agreement with a restaurant 2 minutes walk away and what can I say... Satisfied! A special thanks to all the staff and a particular thank you to Zora, always kind, friendly and helpful at the top. We will be back for sure!

23/02/2025: Fine food, friendly staff with humour and nice interior. They are aiming for michelin like presentation and dishes, but the flavours are just missing that special touch. The wines were of a high level. Also the sommelier was very busy, so she did forget a couple of times how many wines we were having - my girlfriend 4 and I did pairing of 5. Shamefully she blamed it on being busy with a large group, but that should not be aired to other guests as it makes them look less important. The head waiter was by the way amazing.

26/02/2025: Ideally located 100 meters from a ski lift and the ski school, right in the middle of all the shops on the main pedestrian street, this beautiful hotel is managed by the owner, his wife and children, good bedding, good cuisine, good services, garage and parking, jakusi, sauna...I have been spending my winter holidays there for over 20 years with my children and now grandchildren and always the same pleasure. I can recommend it with my eyes closed and all this at reasonable prices.

24/01/2025: Siamo stati una settimana in vacanza alloggiando in questa struttura veramente stupenda, pulita e ordinata... abbiamo cenato al ristorante e le pizze sono davvero buone come presumo tutto il resto... la signora Graziella é di una dolcezza e gentilezza unica... ci ritorneremo senza dubbi...

11/02/2025: Unweit des Geschäftszentrums liegt dieses ansprechend-traditionelle Restaurant, welches sogar ein paar Parkplätze vor der Tür hat. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und in den gut besuchten hinteren Gastraum geführt, der einfach aber zweckmäßig möbliert ist. Auf der Karte gibt es eine schöne Auswahl von Pizzen und ich habe mich für die "Pizza Cervo" mit Steinpilzen, Parmesan und (Hirsch?)-Trockenfleisch entschieden. Die Pizza schmeckte sehr gut und meiner Meinung nach ist das eine originelle kulinarische Idee in dieser Zusammenstellung, d. h. mit typischen Produkten aus der Region. Bin dankbar für diese Erfahrung, die ich gern mit heim nehme.
