13/04/2026: A big plus for the central location. Outstanding dinners—worth another star. Friendly service, a hotel in my typical Alpine style. Ski storage, parking, beautiful mountain-style rooms. A great bar. Be sure to ask for a specific street to enter—only the one provided in the reservation email is acceptable; otherwise, you might get a fine for driving on an internal city street. I rate the hotel as divine!

19/04/2026: What a shame, high expectations, but nothing in and of itself. The waiters bicker among themselves, thinking the customers don't see their tantrums... Snobbish, arrogant, and falsely polite. Not to mention the receptionists, unsuitable and lacking a minimum of attention and professionalism; for a 3-star hotel, having unqualified staff is a serious problem. The breakfast is minimal, things are moved almost every day; the day before you find things in one place, the next in another... There's no attention, not to mention some waiters who are certainly more attentive than others. The "maître d'" (if you can call him that) is unprofessional; he thinks he works in a trattoria, but instead he works in a 3-star hotel. The attire and hairstyle were completely unprofessional for a maître d' (one day he was a pizza chef and the other a waiter, completely wrong and unprofessional, especially since the day he made the pizzas, they were pretty awful). The other waiters were much better dressed and professional; I don't know how the maître d' became a maître d'... The perfumery, on the other hand, was decidedly better, with courteous and attentive staff. It's a shame about the hotel staff, who were unprofessional and arrogant.

02/04/2026: I ate with some colleagues/friends here at the Passero... menu 10 and praise with truly excellent combinations and consistencies... appetizers and starters with flavors that are worth trying all... in this case second courses cooked to perfection with hints of home but taken to another level... genuine and first choice products modified according to tradition but enhanced by small and ingenious gems that enriched the dishes... not to mention the impeccable service of the guys in the dining room... thanks again... we will return to taste what we have not yet been able to bring to our palate... thank you very much from Paolo and the rest of the gang.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

22/04/2026: We ate in the basement restaurant, which had a seafood menu, and we were delighted. The head waiter and chef were incredibly friendly, the fish was freshly caught daily from the Milan fish market, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

09/01/2026: We had dinner this evening, 2 people with a 6-course vegetarian menu... We were truly satisfied, an experience of unique flavors... Warm, welcoming and intimate atmosphere... The elegance of the presentation of the dishes by the very professional, knowledgeable and super kind waiter was truly unique... I don't know if the chef always makes an appearance in the dining room, we were very pleased especially seeing the passion he puts into his work despite being so young... Oh I forgot, we were also given some jams as gifts... We will definitely be back 😊😊

07/04/2026: Excellent place for a break, whether breakfast or aperitif. The platter was good. The girl was kind, and all the staff were attentive and helpful. I'll gladly return. And that's how things change. After a week, I returned and, as always, they were kind. However, when I asked for more focaccia because we were on our second and third rounds of beer and wine, the girl (different from the previous week) didn't bring anything, saying they'd all run out. We were disappointed, me and my four friends. Hmm... never mind.

24/03/2026: I love it, the inside, the outside, the bar, the food, and the waitresses. It's my favorite place when I come to Livigno.

14/12/2025: Atmosphere: The place is very welcoming and warm. The staff, very friendly and always available, also makes it unique. Service: The service is top-notch. As soon as you're seated, you'll be served a tray from which you can choose your favorite bread, accompanied by a small plate of flavored butter. Food: The food is purely traditional. I recommend the pizzoccheri, onion soup, sciat, and polenta and bresaola gnocchi. After your coffee, they always bring a small dessert (spuglie, chocolates). Price: The price is very much in line with the service and food. It's become a regular. We'll definitely be back.

01/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The atmosphere is made unique especially by the young woman in the dining room: she has a gift for the gab and is a natural entertainer. I'm serious: her job isn't to be a waitress; we need someone who only speaks to customers, like this waitress. She has a talent for holding court and telling stories—telling, telling, telling—these are truly her forte! This is precisely why the service suffers a bit, and that's unfortunate. Between one story and the next, the wait times get longer, and some tables are left waiting. Huge potential; all it takes would be to divide the roles: she handles public relations and someone else takes orders and does the work for her. I would gladly return for a pleasant chat and a good meal.

15/04/2026: The sandwich was excellent value. Besides the food, we were particularly impressed by the service: the curly-haired woman who served us was cheerful and super attentive. You can tell when someone is passionate about their work.
