A huge place with plenty of seating, but contrary to what you might think, they're incredibly quick with service; you don't even have time to book before they're already served. The traditional dishes, as well as the one-pot meals, are very good and generous in portions. The only thing that's off-putting, and something I can't believe could still happen in 2026, is the fact that there are two 9-year-olds waiting around the tables... I understand it might be a way to engage them, but I wonder if they were to spill something hot on a customer or otherwise cause a mess, who would pay? Not to mention the risk of getting hurt...

03/05/2026: We were 4 bus drivers today, we ate really well, abundant dishes, fair prices, I highly recommend it
03/05/2026: I went for dinner during a day trip to Sondrio. The place is traditional and beautifully decorated, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I chose polenta with parmesan and eggs and loved it. I also tried the sciatt, pizzoccheri, and tagliatelle, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent value for money.

Hotel Alpina

19/04/2026: Historic hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent food. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it.
18/04/2026: The hotel is located in the heart of Livigno, with easy access to the ski lifts (walking distance). Delicious dinners, with a different selection every night, and plenty of flexibility with children's meals. The waiters were incredibly kind and made our evenings and mornings enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
