24/05/2025: Arrivata a Livigno alle 14.00 dopo 6 ore di viaggio, andiamo a pranzare al Tagliede. Nonostante l'orario, personale gentile e alla mano con cui ridere e scherzare. Pietanze sempre ottime!!! Non si smentiscono mai!!!!

06/04/2025: A unique sensory experience – beyond all expectations 5 stars are not enough to describe the extraordinary experience I had in this restaurant. Each dish is a work of art, not only in its presentation but above all in its flavours, perfectly balanced, surprising and deeply respectful of seasonality and vegetable raw materials. The tasting journey was a sensorial journey: each tasting told a story, a territory, a creative and sustainable vision of cuisine. From the small initial bites served on natural and minimalist supports, to the delicacy of the main dishes such as the artichoke ravioli and the corn and truffle dish, everything was executed with almost surgical precision. The non-alcoholic drinks are excellent, very particular and thirst-quenching. The service is impeccable: attentive but never intrusive, with a fascinating narrative of each course. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the natural wood of the tables and the rustic details create a perfect contrast with the modernity of the gastronomic offer. An experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to rediscover vegetables in an innovative, elegant and deeply emotional way. I will definitely come back.

21/03/2025: A definite recommendation if you're in Livigno! Service, ambiance, dishes, and food are all well-thought-out and taste excellent! The food here is truly an experience! We had a fantastic evening. Excellent value for money! For me as a vegan, it was an absolute highlight!

04/04/2025: Per noi siciliani è stato un piacere conoscere il vero sapore dello speck, della bresaola e degli altri salumi, per non parlare delle irresistibili braciole. Per il resto la struttura è magica, con le stalle degli animali che mantengono tutto il calore nonostante la neve circostanze, mentre la mise en place e l'oste hanno un carattere che più tipico non si può!

19/03/2025: Un posticino tipico appena fuori dal centro. Cibo ottimo e pizzoccheri superlativi . Cosa carina è la vetrata dove si affacciano sulla sala deliziose caprette. Prezzi onesti . Siete una garanzia!

21/05/2025: For work reasons I spent two days in Livigno and, being there in the low season, most of the places were closed in the evening. I was quite worried about not being able to find a place to have dinner, until someone suggested I go to the Bowling Alley. I must admit that, as a city dweller, associating bowling with a restaurant had never even crossed my mind: I was more thinking of French fries and a quick drink. Instead, to my great surprise, I found myself in a large, welcoming environment, with a real restaurant and a menu that also included local dishes. I ordered the pizzoccheri della Valtellina, which even seemed homemade: a plentiful, tasty and authentic dish. Thank you for the wonderful surprise and for not leaving me without dinner! A special thanks to the staff and Mrs. Nadia for their kindness and availability.
