27/01/2026: I'll start with the food because it's really good, the portions are ample, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant itself isn't bad, but I should add that it was expanded at a cost, but that's not a problem. Service, too, varies between quick and slow. We were shown to our table and given menus within a few minutes (when walking with a customer, the waiter might already be taking the menu, especially since when a customer enters from the street, the waiter waits with a stack of menu cards). The food is served faster. The biggest plus is the Vulcano pizza.

01/01/2026: Too many pointless rules.
Menu sells meat by the 100g but you can only have a minimum of 900g, but they don't tell you that. If it's cheese, they do tell you the minimums on the menu however.
Self service bars at random times of day, hardly the luxury, ranger rover sponsored, establishment they're aiming at.
Selective over where you sit at others. We we're confined to stools one day, outdoors only the next. I gave up the third and kept my money.
30/12/2025: I only had a small appetizer, which was very good! They even let my dog in.

29/01/2026: Perfect place to chill after skiing
Such a great bar to relax after a long skiing day. They have loads of fun activities like pool, air hockey, and different games, so it’s never boring.
We played pool here several times while having beers, and the atmosphere was always super chill and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful.
One time a ball got stuck inside the pool table, and a staff member fixed it immediately — and even gave us a free game of pool as a nice gesture. Small things like that make a huge difference.
Really pleasant experience overall - highly recommend!
16/01/2026: Very nice food, nice service, high prices for bowling but that's seems like the only place in town, also - it's the highest bowling in europe, so prices should be high

28/01/2026: Everything was perfect. Especially the restaurant staff. Just a few suggestions for improvement. The wellness area lacks hangers, there is nowhere to put things except on the loungers. The ski room doesn't have a single hanger, which is sorely lacking. Jackets have to be put on a bench and when there are more than two people, it's impossible to get ready.
19/01/2026: Welcoming and comfortable, strategically located in the center of Livigno, just steps from the slopes, Hotel Flora is a place that makes you want to return. The excellent La Posa restaurant is an added bonus that makes all the difference, along with the attentive service of owner Luca Galli and the entire staff.

31/12/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, top food, I ate very well
29/12/2025: We ate at this restaurant twice during our vacation in Livigno. I recommend it first and foremost because the staff is very friendly (even though it was almost 3:00 PM and there were eight of us, they sat us down and served us quickly!). Secondly, the food is good (especially the pizza) and the prices are very fair! I recommend booking.

The rooms are excellent, with attention to detail and always spotlessly clean.
The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

05/08/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante, abbiamo ordinato il piatto unico, pizzoccheri, salmi di cervo con polenta, tutto molto buono e abbondante, prezzo nella norma, camerieri gentili e disponibili, locale carino e con bellissima vista, lo consiglio. Due piatti unici, una bottiglia di acqua e due caffè, abbiamo speso 46€
11/07/2025: Locale molto bello con personale gentile e professionale, abbiamo cenato con la pizza max buonissima e con ingredienti di prima qualità. La pizza era formata da una pala grande per due persone che metà l'abbiamo portata via. I prezzi giusti per la quantità e la qualità.

30/08/2025: Emanuela, the owner, is rude and uncouth (we think). The table was left dirty, with coffee cups and saucers. My wife, out of politeness, offered it to the cashier, but it was refused, saying she would come by herself. After a long wait, she arrives and we order. We serve ourselves, but the table remains dirty with stains, crumbs, and tea bags. I point this out, but she says she'll clean it up one step at a time. Even though she'd already put the cappuccinos down, after the remark, she's forced to take them back to the cashier and clean them, complaining loudly. Then she serves us again. At that point, she takes everything away from us, including the bar napkins. We get up to clean ourselves. I get ready to pay and politely approach the cashier, but she jokes that I should have stayed where I was. I pay €10.60 after the bill, I'm about to give coins, but she's already doing something else, breaking a glass, and I say, "Do you want the 60 cents there?" She stammers in her own language and explains that a glass had broken, but she would have gotten there one step at a time anyway. ZERO staff. Good food.

19/12/2025: Being downtown with the option of parking in the restricted traffic zone is a great convenience.
The room, unfortunately, is so small it's almost unlivable (there's a gap of about 20 cm between the bed and the shelf).
4 stars is a lot!
03/12/2025: Unfortunately, I only stayed one night with a group of friends, but it was enough to understand that this hotel is what I was looking for: comfortable, clean, beautiful, with exceptional staff who made us feel at ease. ☺️ The chocolates were also delicious. Excellent anyway. Four stars well deserved. I will definitely be back.

01/01/2026: Terrible. We ordered a cured meat appetizer that arrived with two hairs on it. I pointed out the inconvenience to the waiter, and he brought back the same plate of cured meats without a hair (but left the other hair, so they didn't notice there were two). The third time we tried it, the platter was fine. There was also a hair on the coffee spoon. No discount or apology at the checkout for what happened. Excessively expensive for the amount of food. I gave it one star, but if I could have given it even less!! Not recommended; there are better places in Livigno.
