06/06/2025: They deliberately over charge you if they think you are a tourist, be careful and check the prices, especially with drinks. We speak fluent Italian and have lived here for years, but they presumed we were tourists because we spoke English together as a family. Not a good experience unfortunately with poor quality food served (nothing like the photos online).

01/06/2025: Everything was perfect, the spritz was delicious and the food was good and plentiful. The staff was also very kind and the place was very quiet, close to the Lambro.

19/05/2025: Excellent pastry shop in Desio, can make gluten-free or normal cakes. We have a guest intolerant to gluten, we used the latter and I must say that it was really beautiful and good! The owner at first sight seemed very sure of herself and now we know why! Just look at what a beautiful cake she made, a few instructions were enough and the result was fully achieved!

11/05/2025: I purchased some pastries on May 10th for my birthday, thinking I would receive fresh produce of the day. After the purchase, upon my request, I was issued an indemnity to take to a place and only then, as written, did I discover that the desserts were not fresh and had been produced on 8-9 May (deadline reported as 13 May). Unfortunately, the quality confirmed my doubts: the pastries were not good, the creams were hard, the puff pastry was dry and the cannoncini were soft. It all felt stale. Obviously they advanced, it was awkward with the guests. In the photo you can notice the soft and stale appearance of the cannoncino that I tried to eat this morning, I'll let you imagine the flavour. All this for a good 40 euros (wasted) for just over 30 pastries. Bad experience, won't be back. I do not recommend.

07/08/2025: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING. If you order, there's a somewhat stout woman in her 50s from the South who's been delivering for at least two years. I've discovered that she ALWAYS RAISES the price DRAMATICALLY to be smart, just to make more money than she deserves. For a few months, I've had the same pizza delivered once a week and heard COMPLETELY EXAGGERATED prices. I tried to justify the price in my head by using inflation, but the truth is that the same woman who delivered to me would raise the price by a few euros every time, and I'd never asked. One day I had the stupid/brilliant idea to RECONFIRM THE PRICE OUT LOUD and lo and behold, they had (had) written the EXTRA price wrong OBVIOUSLY (which had always been the same when I ordered and it was delivered to me by this lady from the south) but she had wronged it by 3/4 euros EXTRA RANDOMLY (as was usual). Always double-check with every order how much you actually pay before some crook charges more than they should. The pizza is completely decent for the original price, but if you are fooled by the home delivery service, COMPLETELY FALSE, DECEIVING AND ABOVE ALL EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU PAY compared to ordering from other towns near Mezzago, like Bellusco or Busnago where the quality is often MUCH higher and the home delivery COSTS AS MUCH AS THAT OF A PIZZERIA IN MEZZAGO. It's not the managers' fault but the one they entrust with the deliveries, keep that in mind.

09/08/2025: I recently had the opportunity to try this restaurant, booking through The Fork to take advantage of their discounts. However, the experience was disappointing. Let's start with the service: only one waitress, unwelcoming and inattentive to the tables (despite the practically empty dining room). To get the missing dishes, one of us had to get up and ask for them ourselves. The quality of the food was poor: the lasagna was warm on the edges and cold on the inside, and the platters were disappointing. The tagliatelle, on the other hand, were very good. I still expected a better experience. Unfortunately, the value for money was terrible, even with The Fork's discount. I don't think I'll try again. Update to the restaurant's response: Thank you for your reply. However, I'd like to clarify a few things. The fries were ordered with the other dishes, but we had to ask for them again because they never arrived. The reorder you mention was for the gnocco fritto (which was definitely not unlimited as advertised). Furthermore, the lasagna wasn't completely consumed, contrary to what was claimed. I'd also like to point out that we arrived at 7:20 PM and were left outside the restaurant until it officially opened at 7:30 PM. Upon opening, we were given no greeting or apology for the wait. This kind of impersonal treatment might be expected at a fast food restaurant, but not at a place that aims to offer a different experience.

17/05/2025: Top pizzas, even the slices and flatbreads. I recommend the Arlecchino pizza, a very good piece of junk food!

27/04/2025: We have ordered a few times. The place doesn't feel clean at all, delays in home deliveries, grumpy owner, pizza nothing exceptional. The prices aren't bad, but that's not enough.

14/05/2025: I took a €13 work menu for lunch, cacio e pepe, pork burger and a kind of porchetta, boiled potatoes and fruit salad. Let's start with the bread, old and hard, the cacio e pepe pasta made with cream and without pecorino, the burger was raw, the boiled potatoes were cold and hard, the fruit salad was the only thing that was good, in conclusion, terrible.

21/04/2025: Nightmare hotel! Very old hotel, in need of renovation. Horrendous bathrooms without shower tray with a drain drain. Definitely not a 3 star! In 2025 it is not possible to have such a structure! In the corridor there was an unpleasant smell! In the back entrance courtyard there was an accumulation of rubbish which was not nice to look at. Not recommended for families and beyond! In one word AWFUL!

17/07/2025: Smaller portions, dirty glass (including the wall dividers), and a €2 cover charge for a paper placemat? It's gotten worse, to say the least.

14/08/2025: Lunch included a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee for €12. After the first course, the second course (lemon chicken) arrived: upon first bite, I noticed an unusual flavor. Shortly after, the waiter took the dish away, saying the kitchen had asked me not to eat it. At the cashier, the girl confirmed that "the meat wasn't fresh this morning." When it came time to get the bill, instead of the expected €12, they asked me for €13, explaining that "the first course and side dish cost this much," as if I had chosen this option myself. I found it surprising that, despite acknowledging the problem with the second course, the price was not only not adjusted, but actually increased.

21/05/2025: Good evening, if you want a truthful review and not to ruin your evening listen to me, I would have liked to read a review like this so I could have avoided throwing away a lot of money and having a terrible evening....let's start: we arrive at the restaurant, a 20 square meter place with 6 tables, there was NO ONE, we sit down, the menu had 4 things at most and only had fish, there were very few things and they were almost all dishes for 22 euros each, I wanted 1 coke but they didn't have it, they only had a few bottles of overpriced wine, Ichnusa beer, and tonic water...we had to buy water from the purifier. ...two of the dishes ordered arrive: two appetizers of cold cuts with fried dumplings, believe me they were really a few slices of cold cuts and 2 pieces of fried dumplings that were clearly frozen and crumbled when you touched them. Here come the first courses, they were VERY REDUCED, for people who want to taste and with frozen stuff on top, for example the almost RAW paccheri with (frozen shrimp) we also asked for bread because the portions were obviously insufficient to fill us up, in the end we took 4 coffees, ok... here comes the funny part: we were with the fork and had a 50% discount and despite this mega discount we spent the beauty of 122 EUROS!!! when we got the receipt we were disappointed to discover that the covers had cost us 3 EUROS PER HEAD! The water that had been taken from the purifier, we paid 3 EUROS EACH! The coffee also 3 EUROS PER HEAD!!! AND IT'S NOT OVER.... despite the cover charge being 3 euros which is too high for a cover charge, the bread was also on the side and it also cost us 3 EUROS EACH BASKET OF BREAD (I swear, that in each basket there was a slice of bread divided into 5 pieces)....in short, 2 inexperienced people opened a restaurant and charge 22 euros each for (poor) home-cooked dishes...believe me if you read this review don't waste your money, go somewhere else, because if I could I would never have gone, I hope you'll listen to me, have a good evening!

16/06/2025: The place seems nice but the staff at the entrance is arrogant and rude It doesn't even deserve a star They don't let you in despite the correct clothing according to the rules posted on their website Inventing rules at the moment they don't have a civil dialogue with customers Highly not recommended P.s. they also intimidate you by saying they are "delinquents" and that they will throw you into Valassina, it would be a threat but since I am not up to their level I have never lowered my polite way of communicating, which made them very angry by also putting hands on me to forcefully move me onto public land which would be the street in front with the adjacent sidewalk. No customer service

08/06/2025: Disappointing experience. Last night my friends and I booked a table at this nightclub, paying a significant amount with the idea - as usually happens everywhere - of having priority access. Instead we found ourselves queuing for over half an hour, while people on the simple list (who had spent much less than us) entered without problems and much more quickly. Frankly, it makes no sense to book a table, spend more, and then be treated worse than those on the standard list. No organization, no communication from the staff, just a lot of confusion and frustration. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the management of the evening was absolutely inadequate. If this is the treatment reserved for customers who book, I doubt we'll return.

26/07/2025: Extremely small place. Tiny portions and sky-high prices!

21/07/2025: The service was very sketchy, but in keeping with the small and unwelcoming atmosphere. The food was quite good, but the restaurant-like price tag in a place that isn't really a restaurant isn't justified: it's essentially a takeout with tables. After reading the owner's response, I'd like to add: calling a dish "cuttlefish with peas" isn't enough to earn it a 5-star rating; it also needs to be prepared in a certain way. I gave it a 3-star rating. I actually gave you 3 stars (which represents a pass mark despite other unmentioned issues like the dirty fork and the questionable quality of the Spritz) because I averaged the ambiance, price, and service. After reading the response, I'm downgrading it to 2 stars because telling a customer to "find a place within their price range" makes me reconsider my overall rating of the service.
