21/09/2025: The following will be a serious and honest review. The other day, my friends and I were faced with the choice of where to go for lunch: we'd been wanting to try Art Club Food for a few months, so we decided to go. The location is quite convenient, just steps from the center and the lake, but there's no parking. The place functions like a real canteen, as it's all self-service, but the staff is present enough to serve the portions and take payment (you pay on the spot). We chose the €10 "menu," which included a first course, a second course, and a side dish (cover charge and drinks not included). That day, I had ravioli filled with polenta and tomato (I'd never heard of this combination, and unfortunately the waitress gave me very little tomato), a cutlet (it was dry), and potatoes with pesto and olives (the potatoes were rather cold and a bit tough). We also decided to have a dessert, and that day, among the options, there was an apple pie with chocolate chips (huge chips), and aesthetically, it appealed more than the others. The waitress told us we had to heat them in the oven (since they were in the refrigerated display case), which was essentially a microwave. The problem with this "oven" arose when we took our cakes out and they were still cold. I recommend replacing them. The cake wasn't great, but it didn't taste bad either; the only thing that upset the flavor were the chips, which were almost bitter. The final product was probably frozen, too, and for €4.50, it was definitely not worth it. We also used the bathroom, and what can I say? It seemed like a windowless bathroom, since the only available window was practically unopenable, which is why the smell was so strong and concentrated in the room. This wasn't the only problem with the bathroom, but the floor was very slippery, with a risk of falling, and given the predominantly over-50 clientele, it needs fixing. The atmosphere wasn't even pleasant, as the music was blaring loudly (not suitable for a place where you eat), so people tended to shout. Unfortunately, that day there were also children who kept jumping down the stairs, causing a nuisance. I don't think I'll return. It's best for those who are in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot, although I'd personally recommend a piadina.

10/09/2025: Just steps from the lake, this is an excellent Italian alternative to the increasingly popular American fast food joints. Homemade food for all tastes. Children's menu for €7 (pasta/cutlet + side dish) and adult menu for €10 (first course + second course + side dish). Excellent value. Free municipal parking nearby.

17/09/2025: One of our favorite places, with excellent quality cured meats, delicious gnocco fritto, and tigelle. Plus, a great selection of beers. One of the best value options in the area. Recommended!

27/07/2025: The menu is excellent, with gluten-free tigelle. The gourmet menu is generous, with quality cold cuts and sauces. Fast service, extremely courteous and helpful staff. Always a sure thing! What can I say....you have to try it once in your life!!

28/09/2025: I went there for dinner yesterday with my boyfriend. We had a great time. The menu offers a variety of choices, and the dishes are prepared very quickly. Generous and tasty portions. I didn't even have time to help myself to the appetizer buffet before my main course arrived 😍. I had the paccheri with seafood carbonara, which were delicious. My boyfriend had the tagliatelle with hare stew and said it was delicious. For dessert, we had two to share: the tiramisu and the amaretto semifreddo... both very good and tasty. I recommend it as a place, I would definitely go back.

01/10/2025: So, after a 24 hour shift at work I came here for experience this place. Walked in and was ignored until some rude chick stood there staring at me. Had gloves on and used these gloves to fix her hair in the mirror rather than help me. I told her it was my first time and her attitude was the rudest I’ve ever experienced. I told the manager about my experience. Neither cared. I. Will. Never. Spend my money here. She used her gloves to adjust her hair then pick up napkins then around the food. Nasty attitude, nasty 🤢 hygiene.

22/07/2025: The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. But I think a flat rate of €2 per person for service is a bit cheeky. We didn't even get placemats or bread. We won't be back.

04/08/2025: Very, very expensive and the portions are tiny; you really have to order every course to feel full. The service is sometimes friendly (a friendly gentleman), but sometimes unfriendly (the young ladies). We had to wait 15 minutes before we were served, even though we made eye contact several times with the younger ladies who were just standing around. Without a reservation, you have to sit inside, where the ambiance is unfortunately not as pleasant as outside.

02/10/2025: Unassuming from the outside, inside you receive a very friendly welcome and are shown to your seat. Very friendly staff. You are not immediately rushed to order, but have plenty of time to study the menu. We opted for pizza. Very large pizza, bigger than the plate, thin crispy base that isn't drowned in tomato sauce. Plenty of toppings. Overall, our first visit was excellent and it won't be the last. The menu is very extensive; you have to try everything. Excellent value for money. As for what they say, Italy (especially Lake Garda) is no longer something Germans can afford (I can't hear it anymore). In Germany we would have easily paid €15 more for what we ordered, including tip.
