11/04/2026: I wanted to have dinner here with my girlfriend. We ordered a beautiful tigella platter and a vegetarian platter. As soon as everything arrived, we noticed that the vegetarian platter was missing the grilled cheese, which was listed on the menu. We pointed this out to the staff and they replied, "It's not available today, we added more vegetables, though." When we tried to explain that we wouldn't have ordered it had we known this in advance, they interrupted us, saying, "But it was a small tomino anyway." First of all, I find it incredible that the staff would disparage their own product after listing it on the menu by saying it was small. If that were the case, they could have avoided it. The food wasn't bad, but as for the lack of notice that there was no cheese, we took it as a joke and didn't enjoy the evening after being left with a bill of 45 euros for two. Such a situation could have easily been avoided.

01/06/2026: The place is poorly maintained. Too touristy. The octopus was tough and the purple mashed potatoes that accompanied it were too dry. The pumpkin pie was dry. The truffle was lacking in flavor and nonexistent. The risotto with Amarone was decent, but it tasted like it was made with red wine. Honestly, I wouldn't return. And I wouldn't recommend it.

22/05/2026: We were very disappointed with our stay. The atmosphere was cold and uninviting. It was particularly annoying that the pool was unusable. That was precisely why we booked the hotel, but it wasn't clearly communicated during the booking process that it was closed or unavailable. This is a major drawback for a holiday on Lake Garda. Furthermore, we weren't even allowed to enjoy a coffee outside, which we found completely incomprehensible and made our stay even more unpleasant. Overall, the price-performance ratio was completely unacceptable. The online description unfortunately doesn't reflect the actual holiday experience. We would therefore not book this hotel again.

17/05/2026: Nice lakefront hotel, ideal for a getaway (if you can handle kids). Pros: • Service: Friendly staff, good dinner, and excellent, plentiful breakfast. • Location: Beautiful lakefront property. Cons: • Spa not relaxing: This is not an adults-only hotel. There were lots of screaming children diving in; the lifeguard on duty didn't enforce the silence rule. Furthermore, rubber slippers are not included (you'll need to bring your own), which is unusual for a hotel with a spa. • Room and amenities: Pillows definitely too thin. There's no kettle for herbal teas (which can be requested at reception) or a welcome bottle of water, details you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.

01/02/2026: I'll start by saying that I'm rating my experience based on my reservation on The Fork with a 50% discount on food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The place is well-heated and the tables are spaced apart. The food is good, the presentation could be improved, but what matters is the quality and deliciousness, and there was no shortage of both. We ordered two first courses and a fried seafood platter, two glasses of wine, a bottle of water (€3), and a coffee (€3), for a total of €50. The prices would be high in my opinion without the discount, but with the discount, I'd say everything is perfect: quality, size, and deliciousness. There are about eight private parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

25/01/2026: Not a great experience. The place is very small, with tables quite close together, and it was cold; we mentioned this, and I noticed that this was a concern noted in other reviews, including the bathrooms. Furthermore, the rechargeable table lamp was out of power. Service was slow: a single waiter managed the entire room, with occasional support from another person who was mostly busy in the kitchen. We waited a long time both to order and to receive the bread, as well as between courses. The cover charge was €3 per person with paper napkins. House water was served in bottles refilled by the restaurant at €3 per bottle, which I found a bit high. Additional bread was available for €1. We didn't order wine, but the glasses were left on the table anyway. The staff was friendly, however. There was one small, unpleasant incident: there was a hair in my companion's appetizer. The dish was replaced with appropriate apologies, but by then my appetizer had already arrived, and to avoid eating separately, we had to split the courses. The food was average. I wasn't satisfied with the sbrisolona for dessert, either because of the dessert itself or the zabaglione cream that accompanied it. Overall, without the TheFork discount, I wouldn't recommend it.

27/03/2026: We were greeted warmly and overwhelmed by the delicious treats, from small baked goods to cakes. Unfortunately, there was no seating in the shop; otherwise, I would have tried one of the cakes right away 😅😋. The value for money is excellent 👌.
