30/07/2025: Nice atmosphere, but unfortunately disappointing. We were there in July 2025. The outdoor area was very atmospheric, the ambiance rustic and charming – we were looking forward to a lovely evening. Unfortunately, the service was extremely hectic. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait, the waiters were very hectic, and communication when ordering was difficult – we had to point and gesture several times to order (which wasn't a big deal, since we didn't speak Italian), but the wrong dishes were still brought three times. Ordered drinks (water) were forgotten or brought very late, but wine glasses were set for the children. But you can live with that. The worst part was the extremely small portions! Adding lettuce leaves to the portions didn't help. Even with the appetizer, it wasn't filling. There was no bread. Side dishes had to be ordered separately, which ultimately drove up the price. Even the children weren't satisfied. The tiramisu was delicious – unfortunately, the highlight of the evening, if you wanted to get somewhat full.

03/08/2025: I went to dinner with my family at this restaurant. We had two appetizers (a farinata and anchovies), four first courses (maltagliati with clams, black spaghetti with trumpet mushrooms and cuttlefish, purple gnocchi with vegetarian sauce and salted ricotta), and two desserts (pistachio and Baileys tiramisu and a semifreddo with berries), two waters, and a beer, for a total of €105. The appetizers were very good, the first courses were good but nothing exceptional in our opinion, and the desserts, the semifreddo, was good, while the tiramisu, unfortunately, tasted like nothing. We had very high expectations, but we were a bit disappointed. The atmosphere, however, was very beautiful, and the staff was super kind and helpful.

02/08/2025: Top!! Absolutely the best in Finale that I've ever tried. The quality of the ingredients and the dishes is excellent. The service is impeccable and exceptionally kind. The farinata and pasta dishes are spectacular. Come try them and you'll agree with me.

16/06/2025: Calling it a gin bar is an understatement, given that it offers a wide selection of cocktails not only based on gin. Truly delicious place, impeccable service and, last but not least, imaginative and creative cocktails. Truly a unique place in an exceptional location. It deserves to be tried over and over again to test the variety of drinks offered. Superlative in its genre. Thanks for the welcome and friendliness. We will definitely be back!

19/08/2025: Super friendly staff. The three appetizers were excellent, as were the pasta dishes, all good in quality and delicious. The only negative was the desserts: the chocolate salami was inconsistent in taste and overall shape, the tiramisu was very watery and creamy, and the chocolate meringue was poor overall. 25/06/2025: The food is very simple – only lightly seasoned and prepared without any particular finesse. The meat dishes from the casserole were rather dry, quite fatty, and unconvincing in flavor. The same goes for the mixed appetizer platter: it wasn't bad, but overall very neutral and bland. The house wine is of a very low quality – it's worth opting for other wines instead. The ambiance is also rather simple. On a positive note, many locals eat there – usually a good sign. The service was attentive, and the food was served promptly. Overall, this is an inexpensive restaurant. However, I wouldn't say the value for money is convincing. Unfortunately, I have to say that I've perhaps never had such a bad meal in Italy.

08/05/2025: Ormai è da anni un punto di riferimento per pizza e i diversi tipi di focaccia uno più buono dell’altro, per i nostri appuntamenti fissi a Finale. I primi anni li abbiamo provati un po’ tutti, senza nulla togliere agli altri, per noi questo è il migliore. Il tutto accompagnato dalla cortesia e gentilezza del personale.

31/07/2025: The food was all good and good. I'm giving the service one star only because of the rudeness of the tattooed waiter. Saturday, July 19th. We arrived and hadn't even sat down before he asked us what water we wanted. One of us, in a hurry, replied that we'd think about it, and immediately went to complain to the boss, just for fun! At least have the decency to do it separately, not next to our table. He knows exactly what we're talking about! Moreover, given the embarrassment he made, from the moment he realized I'd witnessed his somewhat amusing show, he didn't have the courage to show up at the table again. All the rest of the staff were excellent!

09/05/2025: The extremely kind lady served us excellent gorgonzola and "Recco style" focaccias. The white focaccia was a little dry but still very good!
