29/12/2025: I've been eating pizza here for a while. Recently, I found hair baked into my pizza. It's a shame, the pizza is good, but this is the third time in a row. Unfortunately, I won't eat here again because it's no longer hygienic. Please check your employees' hair situation. EDIT: The owner is very unprofessional; look at how he responds to negative reviews, not just mine. He could have simply apologized, but I guess I hurt his ego.

05/01/2026: We ate here for lunch in December 2025. The location behind Castel Gavone is lovely. The hostess was friendly and the food was delicious (especially the house appetizer, chestnut tagliatelle, and bonet). We'll definitely return, perhaps after a nice hike! The price was fair: appetizer, main course, dessert, and coffee were around €30-35.

03/05/2026: Very quiet place, the pizza is really good, and the desserts are homemade and all delicious. But above all, the service is commendable: it's friendly and very, very friendly; the owners' two sons are so kind that they're almost old-fashioned. Congratulations! Keep up the good work, we'll be back when we pass through Finale!

24/10/2025: We've eaten here twice, the first time definitely before the change of management, so I won't review that, obviously. The second time, after the change of management. After being seated, we waited on the beautiful pergola terrace for about forty minutes before the waitress remembered us. The service was definitely not the highlight of the evening; it was extremely slow, and the waitress herself seemed like a fish out of water! Very unprofessional. The food wasn't bad, with a special mention for the Ligurian-style rabbit, definitely the house special. The prices were generally too high for the quality of the cuisine offered. Definitely not up to the level of the previous management. The evening ended worse than it began, when we saw mice starting to roam the terrace. Please do something about this; it's unacceptable.

03/07/2026: A typical Ligurian osteria in the heart of Finalborgo that I regret not having tried sooner. The Bagnun is delicious, as are the Caloretti with Trombette (a type of pasta) and the Panissa (a type of bread). The soup isn't as flavorful as the rest, but it's good. A casual eatery with friendly staff. I recommend booking.

01/07/2026: A bistro-tavern serving dishes made with local ingredients: easily digestible and in generous portions. A quaint restaurant with attention to detail. Try the calamari with cherry tomatoes and trumpet zucchini, and the traditional biscuits filled with berry jam. The staff are friendly and flexible. A unique place, where I would happily return: located in the historic village of Finalborgo, in the hinterland of Finale.

01/06/2026: The wonderful evening that kicked off the season has just ended. There were 10 of us at our table and we had a great time. For this event, the aperitif was offered by Moroni, and we were expected to pay for our drinks. What we weren't expecting were the various fish courses, which were truly delicious. So we were completely amazed by such a generous menu, completely on the house. Plus, there was a delightful DJ set with 80s and 90s music, a perfect choice. We all danced, there were people of all ages, it was a wonderful evening. Thank you so much!!!

03/05/2026: I celebrated my birthday with friends yesterday, an exceptional aperitif, excellent food, a very clean place, very kind staff!!!! I highly recommend it, ask for Mr. Gianluca who is available to fulfill your every need!!!! Daniel and Emiliano served, what can I say, they were also excellent!!!! If you go you will not be disappointed, for me one of the best places in Finale, where you can eat really well!!!! Excellent quality and price!!!!!
