Good products, a pleasant, clean shop, and friendly salespeople.

15/09/2025: As a resident of the historic center, I expect at least a minimum of respect, which was not the case this evening. The staff were rude, obnoxious, and violent.
15/09/2025: Very bad experience.
I went to this bar and politely asked if I could have tea served at my table. The lady at the counter responded rudely, saying she didn't want to get up and that I should serve myself.
Despite the unprofessional tone, I took my tea and sat down. Shortly afterward, the same person came to the table and slapped me on the hand while I was drinking, causing me to spill all my tea.
Incredibly, she then insisted I pay for it.
I was very disappointed by this behavior: not only rudeness, but also an aggressive and unacceptable gesture toward a customer.
I will never return, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
