I asked for an iron and they refused to get me the iron and asked me to go down in the dining room room where everyone is eating to iron my stuff
We asked for tissues she literally told us to go to the public toilet and get tissue from there
Their room service took the towels that we kept on the floor in the toilet in their place instead of changing them and everything that was dirty was kept it its place, i don’t get what kind of room cleaning is that

11/11/2025: The hotel is spread across several buildings, very close to the sea and quiet. It has a large garden. Convenient to the beach. Excellent breakfast. I didn't dine at the restaurant. Private paid parking.

20/10/2025: First time at Colle, but definitely an experience worth repeating. The service was prompt and courteous, and the cuisine was top-notch. Probably the best polenta with wild boar I've ever eaten.
20/10/2025: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had a really bad experience.
The price was really excessive for the quality served.
I won't go into details because I might seem heavy-handed.

12/04/2026: Too Good to Go canceled my order within a minute of the bakery, but they were incredibly kind. I'll definitely be going back after this!!! I'm so happy I discovered this bakery through the app.
03/02/2026: A well-managed neighborhood bakery. The products are always fresh daily, and the bread is of excellent quality.
They also offer excellent pizzas, savory pies, and especially sweet cakes such as crostata, Sacher torte, and pastries.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

17/05/2025: Cappuccino like grandma's latte, but colder, empty croissant, total €4.50
I only ordered it to while away the time waiting for a delayed flight.
The counter staff were distracted and sullen (typical Ligurian hospitality).
I wonder why these companies have to charge such exorbitant prices just because you can't go out and find a place with better quality food at a reasonable price.
