16/10/2025: What a pleasure to find this place in Riomaggiore! We had all our breakfasts there. The welcome is extremely warm, I loved the yogurt bowl and the many choices of fresh fruit for the smoothies 🌱
11/10/2025: The owner was very nice and the pesto smoked tofu panini was a 10/10! She even gifted me a cornetto which was amazing as well!
A must visit if you are vegan or not.

13/12/2025: The service was the best of the trip. They don't charge per person, which is much appreciated, and they only serve locally sourced products. We had delicious pasta of the day with tuna and Italian beer. The waitress was lovely and explained everything to us. This town is one of the best places to eat compared to others that will rip you off as a tourist.
07/12/2025: The best pasta I've ever eaten. The service was amazing. If I ever visit Cinque Terre again, I'll definitely be visiting Cappun Magru again.

The dishes are good, but not exceptional. Too expensive for the quality (that's why it only gives them 3 stars).
Exceptional desserts!!
The cuts of meat are good, but not very varied.
First courses are so-so.
The photo shows appetizers of mixed crostini (liver, lard, and raw sausage), capon magro with 3 meats, and Vino Santo semifreddo.
10/11/2025: I often come to eat here because of the meat 💯... kind and smiling staff... good value for money always depending on what you choose...

02/11/2025: The place is nice and quiet, and the decor is tasteful. The dishes we ordered were good, with one exception: the pizza dough, while tasty, was definitely not homemade. As a pizza lover, I know this same elongated shape with the same consistency is available commercially under the name PINSA. Furthermore, we didn't see the chef working the dough at all. However, the toppings were of good quality, let's be honest. In short, a nice place, admittedly, but a bit pricey.

06/12/2025: I went to Quintilio for my birthday and I couldn't have given myself a better gift. We ate superbly, a true sensory experience!! The owner is incredibly kind and I felt like I'd known her forever. I even ended up getting a birthday surprise, complete with a candle! Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
03/12/2025: The hospitality, professionalism of all, and excellent ingredients expertly crafted by the chef make Quintilio a point of reference. A special mention goes to the foie gras, a true highlight on the menu.

The menu is varied and intriguing. The fish is incredibly fresh and seasonal.
We were a party of five, and all the dishes we ordered were superb.
The gluten-free option, from appetizer to dessert, is particularly noteworthy! The chef, being celiac, understands the importance of this, and she's also a great pastry chef!

12/09/2025: We bought the Baci cookies. They are simply delicious. The ones with chocolate and especially the ones with pistachio filling. We enjoyed every single cookie and bought three packs to take home.
You have to be quick for the pistachio Baci cookies, otherwise they'll be gone quickly.
